Abstract

This study evaluates the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) for the 2020-2024 period using a quantitative descriptive approach. Financial ratio analysis includes Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio, Return on Equity (ROE), Dividend Yield, and Dividend Payout Ratio, with data obtained from BRI's financial reports and other official sources. The results indicate a significant increase in EPS and ROE, reflecting improved profitability and equity management efficiency. The decrease in the P/E Ratio suggests BRI's shares have become more affordable, while the increase in Dividend Yield and Dividend Payout Ratio demonstrates the company’s commitment to shareholders. This research provides strategic insights for investors, managers, and policymakers in assessing BRI’s financial performance. The main conclusion highlights that BRI has maintained solid financial performance amidst global economic challenges, making it an attractive option for investors seeking stability and growth.

Abstract

This research was being conducted based on the condition of international trade and the condition of Indonesian economic at the macro level. The researcher chose to use dependent variables as to exsport(Y1) and import(Y2) activities. In the meantime independent variables used is the exchange rate that is used by the biggest amount of export based on country destination. That current exchange are CNY(X3) from Tiongkok, JPY(X2) from Japan, and USD(X1) from United States of America. The result of the research with dependent variable of export showed that the USD and JPY partially have significant influence to exsport activities. Meantime the CNY variables has not significant influence to export activities. The result of the research with dependent variable of import showed that the trhree variables partially have not significant influence to import activities.

Abstract

Non-performing Loan menjadi salah satu indikator mengenai kondisi kesehatan perbankan, dan kondisi NPL Perbankan di Indonesia di masa pandemi mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, angka-angka NPL sejak bulan mei senatiasa berada pada angka lebih dari 3 persen jika dibandingkan dengan bulan-bulan sebelumnya yang senantiasa berada dibawah 3 persen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan data-data yang bersifat sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai tulisan, baik jurnal, berita nasional, laporan keuangan perbankan yang dirilis resmi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dan data-data lain yang juga dirilis resmi oleh Badan Pusat Statistik. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kebijakan-kebijakan stimulus dan relaksasi kredit yang diberikan oleh pemerintah beserta OJK mampu menahan angka-angka NPL perbankan tetap terkendali berada di bawah angka 5 persen, dan dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang telah dan akan di berlakukan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kembali pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

Supportive work motivation can improve employee performance, while a longer length of service can enhance experience and skills. The combination of good work motivation and a long service duration synergistically improves employee performance effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and length of service on the effectiveness of employee performance at Bhakti Kartini Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative statistical approach with multiple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing, namely the T-test and F-test. The sample size consists of 133 respondents, using a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance effectiveness with a t-value of 2.958 > T-table 1.987 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. Length of service also has a partial effect on employee performance effectiveness with a T-value of 4.831 > T-table 1.987 and a significance value of < 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, both work motivation and length of servic, when considered simultaneously, have an effect on employee performance effectiveness with an F-value of 64.262 > F-table 3.07, and a significance value of < 0.01 < 0.05.

Abstract

The Human Resource Scorecard is a measurement tool used to assess a measurement of human resource (HR) performance in improving the organization's overall performance. In this study, the weight/priority of key performance indicators (KPIs) was calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), where the results of the measurement were divided into four perspectives, the Financial perspective for the first criterion was 0.079 and the second criterion was 0.082 meaning excellent performance, the Customer perspective for the first criterion was 0.053 which meant outstanding performance and for the second criterion of 0.110 it meant that improvements needed to be made, The perspective of Internal Business Process for the first criterion is 0.046 and for the second criterion of 0.054 means excellent performance, and the Learning and Growth perspective is for the first criterion of 0.051 and the second criterion of 0.053 means excellent performance, this helps in more objective and structured decision-making. This research can contribute to the development of human resource management at Yayasan Mentari Indonesia Jaya, as well as provide insight into the application of HR Scorecard in non-profit organization certification

Abstract

The automotive industry has grown rapidly as a key economic pillar, with workshops serving as vital components in the vehicle service ecosystem. ZicSpeed Workshop, as an automotive service provider, faces challenges in maintaining service quality standards amid increasing competition. This research aims to analyze mechanic performance at ZicSpeed Workshop using the 360 Degree Feedback method, focusing on comprehensive evaluation from various stakeholder perspectives. The research methodology adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, involving a sample of 10 mechanics consisting of 5 motorcycle mechanics and 5 car mechanics, with a research period from October to December 2024. Data collection was conducted through surveys, interviews, and literature studies, with assessment criteria including work quality, work speed, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and technical competence. The results show that car mechanics demonstrate higher performance in work quality (86%) compared to motorcycle mechanics (81.6%), while work speed for both divisions remains consistent at an average of 2.9 hours per job. Customer satisfaction and teamwork levels in the car division reached a score of 8.0, while the motorcycle division achieved 7.65. Technical competence in both divisions showed high standards with scores above 8.5. In conclusion, the implementation of the 360 Degree Feedback method proved effective in identifying workshop strengths and development areas, with recommendations for improving motorcycle division performance, work time optimization, evaluation system development, continuous professional development programs, and implementation of structured reward systems.

Abstract

- In the era of globalization, business competition is becoming increasingly intense, and companies must enhance the work productivity of their employees to stay competitive. This research aims to examine the effect of job training and performance appraisal on the work productivity of PT Airkon Pratama employees. The study utilizes an associative descriptive quantitative method. The respondents included 131 employees working at the PT Airkon Pratama office in Bekasi City. The data sources consisted of primary data obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution, while secondary data was collected through literature studies. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results revealed a positive and significant impact of job training on work productivity. Similarly, performance appraisal was found to have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The F test also demonstrated that job training and performance appraisal together have a significant influence on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registration Office. The type of data used in this study is quantitative research data and the data is processed using SPSS version 27. The sampling technique that will be used is a saturated sample with a census of 99 people. The data sources used in this study are primary data such as observation and questionnaire distribution. Meanwhile, secondary data used in this study is literature study. The results of this study used several testing methods, namely, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. Based on the test results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work-life balance and employee performance as indicated by the results of the t-test of 6.380> 1.984 with a significance value of 0.000 1.984 and a significance of 0.030> 0.05. Based on the F test, work-life balance and work environment together have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registration Office with a value of 44.280 > 3.09 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research is driven by the importance of employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Work motivation and work discipline are considered crucial factors influencing performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Cibodas Sub-district Office. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study comprises all employees of the Cibodas Sub-district Office. Data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the t-test indicate that work motivation (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a Sig. value of 0.000 (< 0.05), and work discipline (X2) also has a significant partial effect with a Sig. value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The F-test results show that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a Sig. value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The partial coefficient of determination for work motivation is 36.3%, and for work discipline is 34.6%. Meanwhile, the multiple coefficient of determination is 71.2%, indicating that work motivation and work discipline explain 71.2% of the variation in employee performance.

Abstract

This study measures the level of understanding of PT. Fajar Budi Lestari employees regarding Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3) handling procedures using a non-statistical quantitative descriptive method with a questionnaire survey. The sample for this research consists of all operational employees directly involved in B3 waste management. The results show that the majority of employees have a high level of understanding, especially in identifying important parts of SOPs (average score 4.48), differentiating between mandatory and additional procedures (average score 4.30), applying SOPs (average score 4.30), and reporting awareness (average score 4.48). However, some areas, such as understanding the location of Temporary Storage Sites (TPS), waste storage time limits, and emergency coordination procedures, still need improvement. Overall, employee understanding positively contributes to company compliance, although retraining, socialization, and routine simulations are still needed to maintain consistency.
