So, make an easy bussiness application program understand by use (user friendly) as liaison (interface) that connects user with database.In this time author uses Visual Program Visual Basic 6.0 marginally focus weigh against to the loaning and return program in SMP IT RPI cover member data processing, user data, book data, loaning transaction data that at will print in the form of report every month Intisari— Dalam kaitannya dengan dunia pendidikan, efektifitas dan efesiensi serta up to date merupakan suatu tuntutan yang harus dipenuhi. Komputer sebagai alat data, merupakan sarana yang tepat untuk mengolah data yang ada pada perpustakaan mengingat dokumentasi secara manual sudah tidak memunginkan lagi, dikarenakan semakin banyak volume transaksi yang terjadi, yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Dengan sendirinya komputerisasi sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang sangat vital bagi setiap perpustakaan dalam memperlancar minat membaca.Untuk memudahkan pencarian dan penggunaan, biasanya data transaksi disimpan didokumentasikan dalam suatu wadah yang disebut database, yaitu kumpulan data sejenis yang telah diintegrasikan suatu file, untuk mempermudah penyuntingan database, maka dibuatlah suatu program aplikasi bisnis yang mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna (user friendly) sebagai penghubung (interface) yang menghubungkan pemakai dengan database. Saat ini penulis menggunakan program Visual Basic 6.0 yang secara garis besar menitikberatkan kepada program peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang meliputi pengolahan data buku, data anggota, data petugas.. Kata Kunci— SistemInformasi, Perpustakaan, Ms.Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

Covid-19 was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (World Health Organization) on March 11, 2020. This has resulted in the government urging the public not to carry out activities outside the home which is an effort to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. Activities that were suddenly stopped had a negative impact on the community. Starting from the decline in economic growth to the lagging of students in studying. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various perspectives of human life today, especially in the field of education. So that the teaching and learning process continues. All students are required to study at home online or online. However, online learning raises pros and cons among the public, so research needs to be done to analyze public sentiment about online learning and find out the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by utilizing Twitter as a source of data to be researched. Based on the results of the analysis of public opinion sentiment about online learning using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with Rapidminer as the software used in data processing, the accuracy value is 60.00% with 65.67% precision and 53.30% recall

Abstract

Abstract – Information technology system has been successful in the development of trade through an electronic network which of course makes it easier for companies in operation. Competition would make the market makers compete to provide various facilities and conveniences to invite consumers to enter her website with the ultimate goal for purchase of course. Facilities on offer certainly is an easier way for users to trace data and ordering goods. In scientific writing the author discusses the use of PHP as a language that supports the website as a dynamic information and can be managed easily and can provide accurate and effective. The author also uses MySQL database as the database. By using a database application that integrates with web-based view to provide information on the sale of ball T-shirt online so customers who want to know about products, prices, models and ways of payment can be done anytime and anywhere origin connect with the Internet.Abstrak ditulis dalam Fonts Arial seperti ini dalam ukuran 10, ditulis dalam jarak spasi tunggal. Keywords: Sales, Sales Methods, PHP and MySQL Abstrak – Sistem teknologi informasi telah sukses dalam perkembangan perdagangan melalui jaringan elektronik yang tentu saja memudahkan semua perusahaan dalam beroperasi. Persaingan yang ketat tentunya membuat para pelaku pasar berlomba-lomba untuk menyediakan berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan untuk mengundang konsumen untuk memasuki website-nya dengan tujuan terakhir agar membeli tentunya. Fasilitas yang ditawarkan tentunya adalah kemudahan bagi user untuk menyusuri data-data barang dan cara pemesanan. Pada penulisan ilmiah ini penulis membahas penggunaan PHP sebagai bahasa yang mendukung website sebagai informasi yang dinamis dan dapat dikelola dengan mudah dan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan efektif. Penulis juga menggunakan database MySQL sebagai database. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi basis data yang diintegrasikan dengan tampilan berbasis web untuk menyediakan informasi penjualan Produk Percetakan secara online sehingga pelanggan yang ingin mengetahui tentang produk-produk, harga, model serta cara pembayaran dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja asal terhubung dengan internet. Abstract

Abstract - In the field of financing the LOS Application (Loan Origination System) is very helpful in daily activities and facilitates work so that jobs are easier, faster and more effective. The era of globalization has demanded that all information be accessed quickly and practically. The use of LOS applications becomes very important to support the process of business work activities in dealing with situations and conditions that are developing quickly. LOS application in general has been used by several banking institutions to support the work process. With the use of the LOS application in the corporate environment, credit analysts feel helped to facilitate the implementation of tasks and their work in processing data, calculating credit simulations and recording data from prospective customers. in this study is measuring the influence of the LOS Application on the acceleration of Credit Aproval in the corporate environment by processing the results of questionnaire data and analyzing the results of the study. The purpose of this test is to find out how strong the influence and magnitude of the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable which in this case is the LOS Application as the independent variable and the Credit Acceleration Acceleration as the dependent variable. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, the value of tcount is 0.218 with a significance level of 0.066 with a table of 0.435. It means that the result has a very positive value from the respondent. So it can be decided that the research hypothesis (H1) which states "LOS application affects the Credit Aproval Acceleration", is accepted. Then hypothesis H1 can be accepted, and hypothesis H0 is rejected.Keywords: LOS Application Quality, Kredi Aproval Acceleration Abstrak – Dalam bidang pembiayaan Aplikasi LOS (Loan Origination System) sangat membantu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan memudahkan pekerjaan sehinggga pekerjaan lebih mudah, cepat dan efektif. Era globalisasi telah menuntut segala informasi dapat diakses secara cepat dan praktis. Penggunaan Aplikasi LOS menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung proses kegiatan bisnis pekerjaan dalam menghadapi situasi dan kondisi yang sedang berkembang dengan cepat. Aplikasi LOS pada umumnya sudah di gunakan oleh beberapa instansi perbankan untuk mendukung proses kerja. Dengan penggunaan Aplikasi LOS di lingkungan perusahaan , analis kredit merasa terbantu mempermudah pelaksanaan tugas dan pekerjaannya dalam mengolah data, mengitung simulasi kredit dan merekan data dari calon nasabah. dalam penelitian ini adalah mengukur pengaruh dari Aplikasi LOS terhadap percepatan Aproval Kredit di lingkungan perusahaan dengan mengolah hasil data kuesioner dan menganalisa hasil penelitian. Tujuan pengujian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat pengaruh dan besarnya konstribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel tidak bebas yang dalam hal ini adalah Aplikasi LOS sebagai variabel bebas dan Percepatan Aproval Kredit sebagai variabel tidak bebas. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0,218 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,066 dengan ttabel sebesar 0,435. Berarti hasil tersebut mempunyai nilai yang sangat positif dari responden. Jadi dapat diputuskan bahwa hipotesis penelitian (H1) yang menyatakan “Aplikasi LOS berpengaruh terhadap Percepatan Aproval Kredit”, diterima. Maka hipotesis H1 dapat diterima, dan hipotesis H0 ditolak.Kata kunci: Kualitas Aplikasi LOS, Percepatan Aproval Kredi

Abstract

Mobile banking merupakan suatu layanan perbankan yang dapat diakses langsung oleh nasabah melalui handphone dengan menggunakan menu yang sudah tersedia di Subcriber Identity Module Card (SIM Card) atau biasa dikenal dengan Menu Layanan Data atau SIM Toolkit. Kebanyakan dari pelanggan, terutama pada nasabah bank menginginkan suatu pelayanan yang bersifat sederhana dan praktis. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan mobile banking yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan (nasabah). Penelitian juga dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui indikator apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas dari mobile banking. Obyek penelitian adalah pengguna mobile banking DIGI by bank BJB. Metode yang digunakan adalah use questionnaire dan Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan prioritas utama peningkatan mobile banking DIGI by bank BJB yakni mudah dioperasikan, tampilan warna enak dilihat dan tidak membosankan, tampilan menu mudah dikenali, halaman aplikasi mudah dicari, mudah dibaca, simbol-simbol gambar mudah dipahami, mudah mengakses informasi produk yang ditawarkan, spesifikasi produk yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, transaksi pembayaran mudah diakses, menu dan tampilan halaman mudah diingat. Item ini harus segera ditingkatkan oleh pengelola untuk memenuhi harapan pengguna.

ABSTRACT - PD. SARI JAYA is a company engaged in the sale. The system used is still using a manual data processing system where the data-data can be changed freely without any certainty of data. PD. SARI JAYA requires the existence of an innovation in the form of a system that is build and that support the service for the creation of a satisfaction that is perceived by employees and customers for that the author tries to make the final task on Sales System needed on PD. SARI JAYA which until now has not been computerized. At this time PD. SARI JAYA company which is engaged in "LPG Sales". The system used PD.SARI JAYA currently all still done manually from the Process of Ordering and Payment Process until the Process of Making Financial Statement or Sales Report so as possible during the process of going wrong error in recording. Therefore, the computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in PD. SARI JAYA, and with the existence of a computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activities to support the activities of PD.SARI JAYAKeywords: Information System, LPG Sales Information System ABSTRAK - PD. SARI JAYA adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Penjualan. Sistem yang digunakan masih menggunakan sistem pengolahan data secara manual yang mana data-datanya dapat diubah secara bebas tanpa ada kepastian data. PD. SARI JAYA membutuhkan adanya suatu inovasi yang berupa suatu sistem yang bersifat membangun dan yang menunjang pelayanan agar terciptanya suatu kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan maupun pelanggan untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai Sistem Penjualan yang dibutuhkan pada PD. SARI JAYA yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Pada saat ini PD. SARI JAYA perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang “Penjualan LPG”. Sistem yang digunakan PD.SARI JAYA saat ini semua masih dilakukan secara manual dari Proses Pemesanan dan Proses Pembayaran hingga Proses Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan atau Laporan Penjualan sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Maka dari itu, Sistem secara komputerisasi  adalah solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di PD. SARI JAYA, serta dengan adanya sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi dapat tercapainya suatu kegiatan yang efektif  dan efisien untuk menunjang aktifitas PD.SARI JAYAKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Sistem Informasi Penjualan LPG

Abstract

Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI) yang berlokasi di Jl. Kemang Raya No. 35, Jakarta Selatan 12730 merupakan lembaga pendidikan perbankan yang memiliki hubungan dengan Bank Indonesia. Saat ini telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui website dengan alamat https://lppi.or.id/. Terdapat banyak sekali fitur-fitur yang ada pada website LPPI seperti beranda, produk, tentang kami, pengumuman, kontak dan highlights. Walaupun LPPI sudah memiliki layanan website untuk membantu banyak masyarakat, belum ada studi kasus evaluasi kegunaan pada website LPPI. International Organization for standardization (ISO) mendefinisikan usability sebagai tingkat dimana produk bisa digunakan oleh pengguna tertentu untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan lebih efektif, efisien, dan memuaskan dalam ruang lingkup penggunanya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi usability untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengguna saat berinteraksi dengan website LPPI. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan metode Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE). Hasil point usability Content, Organization, and Readability sebesar 0,82 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”. Kemudian perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Navigation and Links sebesar 0,79 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Good”. Begitu juga dengan perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability User Interface Design sebesar 0,80 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”. Terakhir perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Performance and Effectiveness sebesar 0,88 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”.

Abstract

Community Service is a medium to bridge the world of education with society. Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim (RBH) Started as a gathering of Muslim youths, not only for spiritual interests but also as a place to exchange ideas to deal with problems that are being faced together. Information technology media is one of the media that helps a lot in the world of business or organizations, such as facilitating the processing and utilization of digital archives. This Community Service activity aims to improve the performance of the Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim, especially in the manufacture and management of the archives they have. This community service training introduces an application that has been made for archiving digital data that will be studied by Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim. The training was carried out by Lecturers and Students at Nusa Mandiri University. The main purpose of this community service is to train Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim to tidy up digital archive data.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of a combined approach utilizing Neural Matrix Factorization (NeuralMF++) and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to enhance personalization in e-learning recommendation systems. The primary objective is to address significant challenges commonly encountered in recommendation systems, such as data sparsity and the cold start problem, where new users or items need prior interaction history. NeuralMF++ leverages neural networks in matrix factorization to capture complex non-linear interactions between users and content. GNNs model intricate relationships between users and items within a graph structure. Experimental results demonstrate a substantial improvement in recommendation accuracy, measured by metrics such as Hit Ratio (HR) and Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain (NDCG). Additionally, the proposed model exhibits greater efficiency in training time than traditional methods, achieving this without compromising recommendation quality. User feedback from several universities involved in this research indicates high satisfaction with the recommendations provided, suggesting that the model effectively adapts recommendations to align with evolving user preferences. Thus, this study asserts that integrating NeuralMF++ and GNNs presents significant potential for broad application in e-learning platforms, offering substantial benefits in personalization and system efficiency

Abstract

In the development of the electric motorbike industry in Indonesia, this research focuses on the influence of price and quality on vehicle purchasing decisions, especially Gesits electric motorbikes. Manufacturers, facing fierce competition, continue to improve product quality, price and design to meet consumer needs. By involving 52 respondents (25% of the population of 207 units sold), this study exceeds the recommended minimum sample size. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that price and quality factors have a significant correlation and strongly influence Gesits purchasing decisions. This research contributes to understanding the purchasing factors of electric motorbikes, providing strategic insight for manufacturers in improving quality and pricing.
