Abstract

Road planning techniques need some technical criteria to use as consideration for optimation of planning results to anticipate problems because of road, like social issues or technical issues. One of the criteria necessary planning is value of traffic growth. However, in developing countries including Indonesia, traffic analysis could support planning data with accuracy difficult that adequate. Because of lack of required data, so that difficult to predict future developments. This study aims to analyze value of traffic growth based on value of traffic volume from UR Research Institute survey on Sp. Lago - Sorek street in 2006 until 2013 without traffic volume data in 2008. And also to estimate the future of traffic volume on periods 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years later using value of the traffic growth and regression analysis method. The results show the value of traffic growth on Sp. Lago-Sorek street based on daily traffic volume average are 6.82% of total vehicle (kend/hari) and 4.12% for total vehicle (Smp/hari), traffic volume predicts of total vehicle based on value of traffic growth for year 2018 are 8429 (kend/hari) and 10050 (smp/hari), for year 2023 are 11721 (kend/hari) and 1230 (smp/hari), and for year 2033 are 22666 (kend/hari) and 10513 (smp/hari). Estimated volume of traffic Total Vehicles by regression analysis equation without traffic volume data in 2008 for year 2018 amount to 6915 (kend/hari) and 9239 (smp/hari), for year 2023 amount to 7480 (kend/hari) and 9759 (smp/hari), and for year 2033 amount to 8320 (kend/hari) and 10513 (smp/hari)Keywords: the value of traffic growth, estimate the future of traffic volume, traffic volume.

Abstract

The road is an infrastructure that plays an essential role in the development of a region which is a connection between one region and another. The concrete asphalt layer (laston) is the most commonly used road violence in the Indonesian region consisting of asphalt, aggregate and filler. In an effort to add substitutes of fine material that can be used as a material in asphalt mixture, then easy-toobtained rice husk ash are used in research as an alternative to fine material in asphalt mixture. The asphalt used in this research is the rubber asphalt sir 20 (Standard Indonesian Rubber) which is derived from PT. MBS (Modifikasi Bitumen Sumatera). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the optimum value of the mixture rice husk ash as a fine material replacement against AC-BCNR coated laston and to find out how much the effect of the smoothness of rice husk ash as a fine material replacement against AC-BCNR coated laston is reviewed from stability and density. The percentage of rice husk ash used in this research is 4 %, 6 % and 8 % for zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 as well as zone 3 as substitution of fine materials in a mix of AC-BCNR and normal test objects without rice husk ash. The research used marshall testing methods by reviewing the effects of rice husk ash on the value of stability and density. Based on the results of testing the marshall parameter, reviewed by the variety of zones and the percentage of the level of substitution of rice husk ash it can be concluded that the optimum value of the use of the rate of rice husk ash exists in the zone 2 percentage 4 %. Marshall standard optimum stability value is located in zone 2 percentage 4 % by 1301 kg while in zone 2 percentage 6 % there is a drop back to 1285.6 kg. Optimum density value (bulk density) lies in zone 2 percentage 4 % of 2,297 gr/cc whereas in zone 2 percentage 6 % there is a drop back to 2,291 gr/cc.Keyword: Rice husk ash, Rubber asphalt, AC-BCNR, Stability, Density

Abstract

Asphalt concrete is a flexible pavement structure mixed with asphalt concrete which is composed of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and filler material, with asphalt also as a binder. Rice husk ash is the result of burning rice husk waste. Rubber asphalt is a natural polyterpene synthesized through the enzymatic polymerization of isopentyl pyrophosphate. SIR 20 solid natural rubber is made from coagol (used latex) with an impurity content of 0.2 or processed products such as lamps, sitangin. The aim and objective of this research is to determine the effect of fly ash (rice husk ash) on the stability and density of AC-WCNR and to determine the optimum mixture value of AC-WCNR. The research method is a quantitative method that collects data from the results of experimental research in the form of numbers and can be calculated and is in numerical form. The fineness of rice husk ash to AC-WCNR asphalt increases the stability and density of the mixture up to zone 2 with a percentage of rice husk ash of 4%. The standard Marshall stability value increased in zone 2 with a rice husk ash percentage of 4%, amounting to 1294.9 Kg. The density value increased by 2.287 gr/cc in zone 2 with a percentage of 4%. The optimum value for using rice husk ash content is in zone 2 with a percentage of 4%.Keywords: Asphalt Concrete, Rubber Asphalt, Rice Husk Ash, Stability, Density

Abstract

Dinding penahan tanah merupakan struktur bangunan yang menahan tanah atau memberikan kestabilan gaya horizontal tekan tanah aktif atau bahan lain yang memiliki beda ketinggian dan tidak memperbolehkan tanah memiliki kemiringan longsor lebih dari kemiringan alaminya. Supaya dapat menahan tanah yang memiliki kondisi khusus tersebut, konstruksi ini harus mampu memberikan kestabilan terhadap pengaruh gaya-gaya eksternal maupun gaya-gaya internal. Fungsi utama dari konstruksi penahan tanah adalah menahan tanah yang berada dibelakangnya dari bahaya longsor akibat benda-benda yang ada diatas tanah (perkerasan & konstruksi jalan, jembatan, kendaraan, dll), berat tanah, dan berat air dalam tanah.

Abstract

The increasing development of construction technology in Indonesia has resulted in a variety of new innovations in its application. In concrete, for example, there have been many modifications and substitutions in the constituent materials. In the case study, cohesion soil can be applied as a mixed material with mortar-foam. This material is a local material which, when mixed with foam, will expand to four times the initial volume so that the material required is not much and the procurement of embankment material does not need to be imported from other locations. Another advantage of this method is that the weight and strength values can be planned according to needs. Foam mortar is a cement-based mixture with water, foam and fine aggregate. This mixture is called mortar because there is no coarse aggregate used in it. Foam is produced by mixing water with a foam agent derived from vegetable protein using a foam generator.Keywords: foam mortar technology

Abstract

Flyover atau jalan layang adalah jalan yang dibangun tidak sebidang melayang untuk menghindari daerah atau kawasan yang selalu menghadapi permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas atau melewati persilangan kereta api untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas dan efisiensi, mengatasi hambatan karena konflik dipersimpangan, melalui kawasan kumuh yang sulit ataupun melalui rawa-rawa. Salah satu bagian struktur flyover yang sangat utama yaitu pondasi. Proyek Pembangunan flyover Gelumbang ini terletak di Kecamatan Gelumbang, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Pembangunan flyover Gelumbang ini adalah Pembangunan flyover dengan panjang 700 m dan dengan lebar 18,5 m. Tujuan dibangunnya flyover ini sebagai penghubung Kabupaten Ogan Ilir/Kabupaten Muara Enim dengan Kota Prabumulih dan juga untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan karena adanya perlintasan kereta api. Pondasi yang digunakan pada proyek Pembangunan flyover Gelumbang adalah Pondasi Tiang Bor (Bored Pile).Kata Kunci: Flyover, pondasi bored pile, kapasitas daya dukung tiang Tunggal, pile cap.

Abstract

Fenomena kemacetan menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dikaji, seperti halnya kemacetan yang diakibatkan oleh adanya pengaruh aktivitas pusat perdagangan. Permasalahan kemacetan ini kemudian dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala antara lain terbatasnya ruas jalan sebagai prasarana dan sarana transportasi yang kurang sebanding dengan berkembangnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang menggunakan prasarana dan sarana tersebut. Proyek pembangunan flyover/underpass adalah suatu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kepadatan kendaraan pada satu titik akibat adanya pertemuan 4 titik jalan raya yang berbeda arah. Jalan Basuki Rahmad sampai jalan R Sukamto merupakan penghubung antar daerah  yang sedang mengalami kegiatan pengembangan ruas jalan dan pelebaran. Sebagai sarana penghubung yang utama antar daerah, maka jalan harus dapat memberikan tingkat pelayanan yang nyaman bagi semua pengguna. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Pembangunan, Deck Slab, Fly Over.

Abstract

Palembang City is the capital city of South Sumatra Province with a population of 1,718,440 people in 2024. The Kambang Iwak area is one of the recreational areas in Palembang City which is located in the city center. With a relatively large population in Palembang City, an adequate recreation area is needed so that there is no accumulation of people in an existing recreation area. The accumulation of people causes a buildup of vehicles which can disrupt traffic flow. The survey was conducted at the Talang Semut Intersection which connects 4 roads, namely Jalan A Rivai, Jalan Ki Ranggo Wirosantiko, Jalan KH Ahmad Dahlan and Jalan Jaksa Agung R Soerapto. The survey was conducted for 7 days starting at 06.00 - 18.00 WIB which was carried out in the Kambang Iwak Area, namely at the Talang Semut Intersection. It can be seen that the highest traffic volume at the intersection occurs on Sunday mornings. After the survey was conducted, the data obtained was analyzed with reference to the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI).
