Abstract

Feeder merupakan angkutan yang bertugas untuk mengumpulkan penumpang untuk disalurkan khusus ke angkutan trayek tertentu. Pada kasus ini feeder di manfaatkan untuk mengangkut penumpang Light Rail Transit (LRT) dari stasiun ke beberapa kawasan yang tidak terjangkau Light Rail Transit (LRT). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik pengguna feeder dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna feeder serta mengelompokkan parameter kedalam 4 kuadran. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil analisis rata – rata tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan dari faktor bukti fisik dengan persentase sebesar 89% penumpang merasa puas, faktor kehandalan dengan persentase sebesar 73% penumpang merasa puas, faktor responsiveness dengan persentase sebesar 91% penumpang merasa puas, faktor jaminan dengan persentase sebesar 90% penumpang merasa puas, dan faktor empati dengan persentase 91% penumpang merasa puas dengan fasilitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia jasa feeder fasilitas Light Rail Transit (LRT) Kota Palembang. Aspek yang menjadi kepuasan masyarakat dalam menggunakan feeder fasilitas Light Rail Transit (LRT) Kota Palembang berada pada kuadran II yang terdiri dari 12 atribut tingkat pelayanan yaitu kenyamanan didalam feeder LRT, kelengkapan fasilitas AC, kecepatan petugas dalam merespon keluhan pelanggan, petugas selalu siap melayani/membantu penumpang, kesiapan petugas dalam menyampaikan informasi, petugas bersedia memberikan bantuan kepada penumpang, kemampuan petugas dalam melayani penumpang, penumpang merasakan keamanan saat menggunakan feeder, kerapihan dan kebersihan feeder LRT, memprioritaskan penumpang yang berkebutuhan khusus, kepedulian petugas terhadap penumpang, dan keramahan petugas dalam melayani penumpang.Keywords: Feeder, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Diagram Kartesius dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Abstract

The effect of congestion causes the creation of a condition of traffic congestion or cessation due to the number of vehicles that are too many and exceed the available road capacity. Based on Average Daily Traffic (LHR) data from the South Sumatra National Road Implementation Center (BBPJN SUMSEL) on the Sudirman Km 0 - Km 5 General Road section, it shows that the average daily traffic volume value has increased from 2019 to 2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of traffic growth and estimates of future traffic volume. The results of this study are the traffic growth value on the Sudirman road section based on the average daily traffic volume using four methods for grouping vehicles based on the types of MC, LV and HV and the traffic growth value on the Sudirman road section based on daily traffic volume is MC = 4.87% LV = 1.26% HV = 12.38%, for Total Vehicles / day 5.71% and 4.55% for Total Vehicles in Smp/day.    Keywords: Traffic Growth Rate, LHR Value, Congestion.

Abstract

In an effort to improve services for existing traffic, one of the efforts made is to improve the quality of road equipment. As explained in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation Article 25, it states that every road used for traffic must be equipped with road equipment in the form of one of which is traffic signs. The Palembang City Government, especially the Palembang City Transportation Agency itself, does not yet have data on road equipment, such as traffic signs that have complete attribute data. However, the existing condition of incomplete road equipment causes the management of road equipment data to not be managed properly. Which will have an impact on the obstruction of every activity such as monitoring and maintenance of existing Road Equipment. So that it will have an impact on decision making to improve road services and safety. In addition to the incomplete Road Equipment data, the condition of the signs on Jalan Letda Abdul Rozak is also absent. In addition to the problems with road equipment signs, according to data obtained from the author's analysis results, it is known that the free flow speed of light vehicles is 44.7 (km/hour) while the function of the collector road with the results of the analysis in the field, the maximum speed must be below 30 (km/hour) this causes Jalan Letda Abd Rozak to often experience congestion, especially during work and school hours. Keywords: services for existing traffic, quality of road equipment, congestion,

Abstract

Rumah ramah lingkungan muncul sebagai respon terhadap masalah-masalah lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh pembangunan yang tidak berkelanjutan. Dalam perencanaan rumah ramah lingkungan selain mengutamakan konsep berkelanjutan, aspek keselamatan dan kekuatan struktur tetap menjadi prioritas utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan struktur rumah tinggal yang ramah lingkungan dengan pemodelan struktur menggunakan AutoCAD dan ETABS, perencanaan diawali dengan menentukan material struktur yang ramah lingkungan, dilanjutkan penentuan dimensi dan gambar 2D menggunakan AutoCAD lalu pemodelan struktur dengan ETABS meliputi struktur pondasi, kolom, balok, pelat. Dalam perencanaan ini, hasil perencanaan yang didapatkan yaitu rangka atap menggunakan rangka baja ringan, dimensi Balok 25 cm x 45 cm, Kolom 30 cm x 30 cm, pelat lantai ø12, analisis perencanaan juga menggunakan program ETABS dimana dengan dimensi yang telah direncanakan mampu menahan beban yang bekerja pada bangunan. Kata kunci: Struktur Rumah Ramah Lingkungan, ETABS, AutoCAD.

Abstract

Pembangunan rumah tinggal ramah lingkungan semakin penting seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan. Rumah tipe 200 m2 dua lantai dirancang untuk memberikan kenyamanan serta mendukung kesehatan penghuninya dengan menerapkan prinsip ramah lingkungan, yang mencakup efisiensi energi, pengelolaan limbah, dan penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan. Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sangat penting untuk memastikan prinsip keberlanjutan diterapkan dengan baik, termasuk estimasi biaya material, tenaga kerja, dan volume pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis RAB pada pembangunan rumah tipe 200 m2 yang teridiri dari dua lantai untuk mengetahui total biaya yang diperlukan dalam proyek tersebut.Kata kunci: Ramah Lingkungan, Volume Perencanaan, Anggaran Biaya

Abstract

Bukitkecil District is one of the rapidly developing areas in Palembang City, South Sumatra, with various land uses. Therefore, accurate data regarding land use is needed to plan the management and utilization of natural resources sustainably. One of the tools that can be used to produce land use maps is QGIS (Quantum GIS) software, which is an open-source Geographic Information System (GIS) application. This research aims to use QGIS for creating land use maps in Bukitkecil District, using spatial and non-spatial data to visualize existing land use. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas desain arsitektur rumah ramah lingkungan yang mengintegrasikan elemen modern dan keberlanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan material seperti panel surya, cat ramah lingkungan, dan elemen dekoratif alami seperti kisi-kisi bambu serta tanaman merambat, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi hunian yang hemat energi dan estetis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan desain ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi energi, kenyamanan penghuni, dan estetika lingkungan secara harmonis. Abstract

Pavement is one of the most important things to support smooth transportation to create a sense of comfort and safety for road users. Seeing the very high increase in population mobility, it is necessary to improve the quality of road transportation infrastructure development that is environmentally friendly, cheap and durable. For this reason, it is necessary to innovate pavement methods that are able to produce quality that meets the standards, but by using the minimum material possible. One of the environmentally friendly pavements is using the recycling method. recycling method is a method used to repair damaged pavement. This recycling method has several advantages, including restoring the strength of damaged pavement and overcoming dependence on new materials. in this research, PG 76 asphalt type material was used with used cooking oil as a rejuvenator and the percentage used in this study was 1%; 1.5%; 2%; 2.5%; and 3% of the weight of old asphalt.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a major problem in developing urban areas, including Palembang City, which is experiencing rapid economic and population growth. Jalan Captain A Rivai, as one of the main routes in Palembang, experiences high traffic volumes but this is not balanced by adequate road capacity, causing congestion, especially during rush hour. This research aims to analyze the relationship between volume, speed and traffic density on Jalan Captain A Rivai using two mathematical models, namely the Greenshield model and the Greenberg model. The analysis results show that the highest volume based on the Greenshield model is 2445.28 smp/hour and 6717.56 smp/hour with Greenberg. The top speed using Greenshield is 31.38 km/h and 22.09 km/h with Greenberg. The highest density reached 115.60 smp/km with Greenshield and 685.20 smp/km with Greenberg. Based on this analysis, the Greenshield method is more appropriate for describing traffic conditions in the field. It is hoped that this research can provide input in traffic management in Palembang City. Keywords: Greenshield model and Greenberg model

Abstract

Traffic safety is a serious issue that directly impacts the security and well-being of the community, including in Bengkalis District. A survey involving 42 respondents from various age groups and backgrounds identified a number of risky driving behaviors, such as non-compliance with helmet use, high-speed driving, and negligence when crossing intersections. This data served as the basis for implementing a community service program focused on preventing risky behavior on the road. The program was designed with a data-driven approach that took into account local conditions and the behavioral characteristics of the local community. The implementation team designed and implemented an interactive educational session attended by 40 participants, consisting of motorcycle riders, students, and local community members. The educational materials included theoretical explanations, visual simulations, group discussions, and case studies relevant to the situation on the ground. This method aimed not only to convey information but also to build critical awareness regarding the risks and consequences of unsafe driving behavior. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of traffic safety regulations and the importance of complying with safety signs and procedures. Several participants reported changes in attitudes, such as a commitment to always wear a helmet and reduce speed when driving. These findings indicate that relevant, participatory, and community-based educational interventions can be an effective first step in shaping safer driving behaviors. The program's sustainability is expected to be achieved through collaboration with schools, community organizations, and local government agencies, as well as the integration of traffic safety materials into educational curricula and community activities. This approach has the potential to create a culture of safe, disciplined, and sustainable driving in Bengkalis District, while also serving as a model intervention that can be replicated in other areas with similar challenges.
