Abstract

The findings of the tracer study have the potential to strengthen the curriculum, but often the results are just administrative fulfillment, with regard to that this study aims to analyze the results of the tracer study as a basis for strengthening the curriculum of the Islamic education management study program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive study approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that Islamic education management graduates are relevant to industry needs, with high job absorption and suitability of fields. Stakeholders assess soft skills as good, but foreign languages and innovation need to be improved. Tracer study is important for curriculum evaluation, although it has not been maximized. Steps to strengthen the curriculum can include revising materials, improving training, and integrating labor market needs. The implication of this research is to contribute to the development of deeper insights into the use of tracer studies as an instrument for evaluating the effectiveness of curriculum strengthening, especially in the context of the Islamic Education Management Study Program.

Abstract

This research aims to see the school's efforts in strengthening community-based character education, especially related to how to build participation and collaboration between schools and communities in the successful implementation of character education strengthening with school extracurricular activities. Research This is Qualitative research as this study uses a natural setting , with the aim of interpreting phenomena that occur and are carried out by means of involving several existing methods. In conducting data collection, this study uses FGD, interviews and observations. The next data is processed quantitatively from the results of the study. First; that the ability of schools to build collaboration and involvement of the community in KDP, still faces various obstacles and can be categorized as not optimal. Second; in general the community is enthusiastic about welcoming the KDP program, and has the willingness to actively participate in participating in the success of the KDP program. Third; schools have not yet discovered the design activities or design implementation that fits the needs of the school (interests, talents, abilities and creativity of the school and local wisdom in the school environment). And fourth; the design model for KDP implementation through extracurricular activities offered in this study is still a basic model, which can be adopted and modified by schools that adjust the school conditions, willingness and readiness of the community.

Abstract

Pelayanan pendidikan adalah bagian dari berbagai faktor yang  ikut menentukan kesuksesan mahasiswa menyelesaikan serangkaian proses akademik secara tepat waktu di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Berbagai keluhan diungkapkan mahasiswa terkait dengan pelayanan akademik, hal ini menjadi alasan penting dan menarik untuk diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan  capaian  kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan jasa akademik pada program studi MPI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN raden Intan Lampung. Kualitas pelayanan dalam penelitian ini diukur  rmelalui SERVQUAL dengan lima aspek kulitas, yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mengukur presentase ketercapaian setiap dimensi kualitas pelayanan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pencapaian pada dimensi tangibles sebesar 65%, pencapaian pada dimensi reliability sebesar 73,75%, pencapaian pada dimensi responsiveness sebesar 63%,   pencapaian pada dimensi assurance sebesar 68%, dan pencapaian pada dimensi empathy sebesar 68%. Dengan kata lain,  tingkat kepuasan pelanggan/mahasiswa, secara umum baru berada pada kategori sedang/cukup. Kata kunci:     Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan mahasiswa, tangible, reliability,                          responsiveness, assurance, emphaty.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the waqf management and asset empowerment of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. Also, it aimed to know the main obstacles in the implementation of management functions in the management of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. This research was qualitative research with descriptive approach based on case studies. The data weretaken from the leader of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7, YPPWPM management, teachers and the management of Gontor organization. This study used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection tools. Then, the data that had been collected was analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the development of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda could be separated from the role of waqf management, starting from the waqf of infrastructure facilities, waqf of business unit and waqf from the teachers in Gontor. They did not belong to individuals but to the people, which has been donated to the boarding school. Therefore, Gontor had a rapid development because of its waqf.

Abstract

To make students independent, fostering togetherness and awareness of worship Full Day School students is one program that can be an alternative to improve it. Full Day School is one of the excellent programs initiated by several schools in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to study the input and output of a full-day school Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. With data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate the full system of schools in the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah running effectively, successfully visible from the input and output in the school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the academic supervision of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMKN Tanjungsari, South Lampung Regency. A phenomenological approach with a case study design was used in this field research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews with school principals, vice principals in the academic field, vice principals in quality management, Islamic Religious Education subject teachers. The results showed that good management of school principals in academic supervision which included planning, organizing and supervising resulted in an increase in teacher performance which could be seen in the many types of activities carried out and the many school members involved.
