Abstract

Developing exercise equipment is one way to modify the fitness training concept. This research focused on developing a smartphone-based physical fitness exercise program for athletes working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used was a descriptive procedural model, which identified the procedures that must be carried out to make a product. Quantitative and qualitative data were used in this study. The results showed that the approval rating of the practical category was 93% from material experts and 92 percent from media experts. The application has eight fitness movements, including warming up, sit up, plank, wall sits, push up, back up, lunges and squats. The application is available and can be downloaded on the Google Play Store for android users. It can produce effectiveness and influence the users by reminding them to exercise at home. This application is ready to be used by the community, with a small group trial result of 93.2 percent and a large group trial result of 86.1 percent. This application is a breakthrough for coaches to develop athletes' physiques during a pandemic to exercise at home.

Abstract

Endurance plays an active role in basketball games as a support for implementing strategy and tactics, so players must have excellent endurance. The study aims to determine the impact of interval training on high school basketball players' endurance. The research applied the experimental method. The samples are ten participants of the As-Shofa basketball team determined through a total sampling technique. The research uses the one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument in this study is a bleep test. Based on the test analysis, the tcount value obtained was 2,371, and the ttable value obtained was 1,833. These values indicate that the tcount value is greater than the ttable at a 0,05 sig. value. The results of this study can conclude a significant influence of interval training exercises on high school basketball players' endurance. The determinant value of endurance is 67 percent contribution. Thus, high-intensity interval training significantly increases the Vo2max endurance capacity.

Abstract

 (Indonesian)Tujuan pengembangan produk smartphone berupa aplikasi edu-touch pada materi pembelajaran sepak takraw sebagai bahan ajar dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (reseacrh & development) ini menggunakan model dan pendekatan 4d yang di kemukakan Thiagarajan, yang terdiri dari 4 tahap: analysis, design, development, implementation. Responden yang digunakan dipenelitian ini seluruhnya 6 guru PJOK dan 80 peserta didik dari dua sekolah yaitu SMPN 1 Paciran dan SMPN 1 Brondong. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan angket yan disusun secara uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Persentase dari para ahli sebanyak 96% oleh ahli pembelajaran, 88% oleh ahli materi, dan 80% oleh ahli media, maka produk pengembangan valid/layak digunakan. pada uji keefektifan pada kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar diperoleh nilai 81,25% dan 79,78%, maka keefektifan produk pengembangan tergolong baik. Hasil analisis data uji kelompok kecil dan kelompok lapangan sebesar 81,25% dan 80,10%, dalam hal ini produk pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini ditarik kesimpulan sangat layak digunakan aplikasi edu-touch untuk materi sepak takraw berbasis smartphone untuk tingkat satuan pendidikan menengah pertama. (English)The objective of developing a smartphone product in the form of the Edu-Touch application for sepak takraw learning materials as teaching material is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process, research, and development method (research & development) this uses the 4D model and approach put forward by Thiagarajan, which consists of 4 levels: analysis, design, development, implementation. The respondents used in this research were all 6 PJOK teachers and 80 students from two schools, namely SMPN 1 Paciran and SMPN 1 Brondong. The instrument used in this research used a questionnaire which was prepared to test validity and reliability. The percentage of experts is 96% learning experts, 88% by material experts, and 80% media experts, so the development product is valid/fit for use. In the effectiveness test in small groups and large groups, the values obtained were 81.25% and 79.78%, so the effectiveness of the development product was classified as good. The results of the analysis of small group and field group test data were 81.25% and 80.10%, in this case, the development product was included in the very feasible category. Abstract

The constraint this research is that learning motivation of physical education students during the Covid-19 pandemic through the Google Classroom media is very lacking. The aim is to find out the learning motivation of students in Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Class of 2019 FKIP UNRI. The population and sample in this research were students of Penjaskresek's Classes A and B of 2019 using a total sampling technique of 78 students. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire and student semester scores. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is obtained as follows: The average attention factor in the pass category is in the range of 55.32%. relevance factor) then the average in the sufficient category is in the range of 61.70%. The confidence factor means that the average in the category less is in the range of 57.45%. Satisfaction factor then the average in the sufficient category is in the range of 65.95%. That the learning motivation of physical education, health and recreation students for the 2019 FKIP UNRI through Google Classroom media during the Covid-19 period was in the sufficient category or at 61.70%.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini kurangnya peran orang tua pada perilaku hidup sehat anaknya di sekolah sehingga untuk melakukan pola hidup sehat agar tercipta sekolah dan lingkungan di sekitar sekolah yang sehat pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua pada perilaku sehat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah orang tua wali murid se kota Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling  yang berjumlah 120 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengunakan lembar angket yang di isi oleh wali murid. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bagian sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua pada pola hidup sehat memberikan dampak atau pengaruh yang baik untuk siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai skor ideal didapat skor 3452 Poin dari 4500 atau sebesar 76,71% dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

Some efforts to maintain health are by doing physical activity and maintaining quality sleep. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between physical activity and sleep quality in class X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib. This research is a type of correlational research. The sample in this study consisted of 25 students of class X IPA 2. Data collection to determine the level of physical activity of students was obtained from completing the The Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQA) questionnaire, while to determine the level of students' sleep quality was obtained from filling out the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI) questionnaires were given directly to students and then data analysis was carried out. and hypothesis testing using the parametric statistical method Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results found in this study were 7 (28%) students whose physical activity was included in the moderate category, and 18 (72%) students who were included in the low category, then there were 11 (44%) students with good sleep quality and 14 students . (56%) students with poor sleep quality. The results of data analysis obtained rx.y = 0.569, and rx.y = 0.569 > r table: 0.505. Based on the results of this study, the level of association of 0.569 is at the "Moderate" level, which is equal to 0.40–0.599, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and the sleep quality of students in class X IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Koto Gasib.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan multimedia interaktif Articulate storyline dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN [nama sekolah/sebutkan jika relevan], dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 32 orang.  Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I, hanya 28,13% peserta didik yang mencapai ketuntasan, meskipun terjadi peningkatan dari pertemuan pertama (59,89%) ke pertemuan kedua (65,15%). Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan: 71,80% peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan dengan rata-rata capaian 83,30%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Articulate storyline efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa. Perbaikan strategi pembelajaran melalui refleksi antar siklus berperan penting dalam pencapaian hasil yang optimal. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa penerapan dua siklus pembelajaran dapat mendukung pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila.
