Abstract

Employee work performance is the result achieved by a person both in quality and quantity according to the responsibility given to him. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the recruitment and employee development simultaneously affect the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment and employee development simultaneously on the work performance of employees in Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung. This research method is quantitative. Teknik used in this research data collection used observation, wawancara and questionnaires. Later in the data analysis used quantitative methods, namely kemudian analyzed data collected. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis and processed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SPSS, the conclusions of the recruitment and development of employees have significant together with the performance of employees at Perum Bulog Subdivre Central Lampung.

Abstract

Faktor utama penyebab rendahnya kemampuan pengolah data siswa adalah kesulitan yang mereka hadapi saat menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang merupakan salah satu program pengolah data. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan adalah agar peserta memahami materi yang diberikan secara menyeluruh dan dapat menggunakannya di tempat kerja. Selain itu, mereka harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui penerapan di laboratorium komputer, tutorial (pendampingan) menggunakan modul Microsoft Excel 2010, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. SMK 11 MARET BEKASI adalah populasi siswa angkatan 2023 yang akan diwisuda, dan kegiatan ini dilakukan di Laboratorium sekolah. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa dari 44 orang peserta, sebagian besar bersedia untuk mengikuti pelatihan tersebut. Dari 44 orang yang berpartisipasi, lima puluh empat persen mendapatkan nilai yang sangat baik, dua puluh lima persen mendapatkan nilai yang sangat baik, dan dua puluh lima persen mendapatkan nilai yang cukup

Abstract

This proposal is named "The Impact of The capacity to understand individuals on a profound level on Learning Results of Social Examinations Subjects for Class VIII An Understudies of SMPN 4 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regime". Abstract

Handling post-Pacu Lintas waste involves adequate government strategies and policies to overcome the environmental impacts produced by this event. This article investigates waste management after the Pacu Lane event and government policies implemented in waste management. By taking examples of experiences in several regions, this research analyzes the challenges and opportunities in post-Pacu Lane waste management as well as the policies implemented by the local government. Post-Pacu Lane waste management requires a holistic approach that involves community participation, the application of environmentally friendly technology, and policies that support recycling. This study also evaluates the positive and negative impacts of existing policies and explores innovations that can be implemented to increase the efficiency of waste management after the Pacu Lane event. The results of this research can provide insight into how the government can optimize waste management efforts after traditional cultural events such as Pacu Lane. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can help policymakers and practitioners in designing more effective and sustainable strategies for facing the challenges of waste management after cultural events in the future.

Abstract

Green energy harvester, known as wind turbine, able to convert mechanical works to electrical power. There are two main type of wind turbine that considered thoroughly, which are the horizontal and vertical axis wind turbine respectively. This project mainly focus on the design of new wind turbine that can operate well together in low wind speed condition in Malaysia. For the first stage of this project, the problems, purpose, and planning regarding with the project properly determined. Literature survey then furthered analyzed in order to know the wind power or behavior across the world, and specifically in Malaysia, research of turbine that can work in low wind speed condition, as well as parameter that often used in designing wind turbine by previous researcher. From the literature survey, the selected turbine was a Three-Bladed Savonius Wind Turbine, which is one type of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT). That turbine will be attached to another VAWT turbine system to help generate more power and better performance. Design theoretical calculation and material selection have been properly analyzed before fabrication can be done. Upon completion of the fabrication, Savonius wind turbine section properly tested through experimental works by using simple wind tunnel in Faculty of Engineering Mechanical Workshop, and all readings and data collected using applicable tools and equipment. For the experimental works of Savonius rotor, the variable includes of blades curve angle from its center at different wind speeds. The data collected then interpreted through charts and graph for comparison and performance analysis, and conclude that 1200 blades curve angle from its center was the best among the other type of blades. From this project, it can be concluded that this type of mix wind turbine able to works in low wind speed condition in Malaysia, but a better improvisation and modification of the mix wind turbine will certainly improve its further performance and efficiency.
