The Institute for Research and Community Service or Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) is an activity institution at the University Mohammad Husni Thamrin (UMHT) which functions to manage all research and community service activities. Every research conducted by lecturers aims to improve their quality in gathering tri dharma values, especially on research and community service. But at this time the processing of research data and community service to the LPPM UMHT has not used a database because the data processing uses excel and data archiving is still in physical form which can make it difficult to find data when the data is needed. Data management by using a database and a special application program is expected to be able to support an information system that is fast and accurate, so that the problem of time and the level of effectiveness in managing research data and community service can be optimized. In addition, the need for information from this institution is needed in a fast and appropriate condition to support the improvement of the quality of lecturers and others in terms of research and community service.

In the midst of the lively development of information technology applications nowadays, it has a good impact from various aspects. There are several aspects that have been affected by the development of information technology applications, one of which is administration in an organization or institution. Therefore, on this occasion we will take advantage of information technology applications to support administration in data collection at the Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) at Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin (UMHT) so that it can be done using applications or programs. The application or Sistem Informasi Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (SILPPM) is expected to improve LPPM's performance in terms of data collection for lecturers. In recording or collecting data in terms of activities related to LPPM such as research activities, publication of lecturers' articles, scientific works and others. To apply the SILPPM application to LPPM UMHT, socialization is needed to the user so that this application can be used properly. Therefore, it is necessary to hold this community service activity with the aim of disseminating the SILPPM application to admins or users of LPPM employees by providing training in accordance with the modules (manual books) that have been prepared in advance.

Abstrak Bank sampah adalah suatu sistem pengelolaan sampah kering secara kolektif yang mendorong masyarakat untuk berperan serta aktif di dalamnya. Sistem ini akan menampung, memilah, dan menyalurkan sampah bernilai ekonomi pada pasar sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi dari menabung sampah. Bank Sampah RW.04 Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Selatan, Kecamatan Jatinegara Kota Jakarta Timur adalah suatu Bank yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampah warga yang sudah dipilah. Para nasabah Bank Sampah dapat menabung berupa sampah sesuai dengan jenis sampah dan harga perkilo nya yang ditetapkan lalu ditimbang berat sampahnya sehingga menjadi tabungan berupa uang. Hasil dari pengumpulan sampah yang sudah ditimbang akan dicatat dalam tabungan nasabah. Sedangkan sampah akan disetorkan ketempat agen pengepul sampah atau dapat dijual dipasar. Saat ini dalam pengelolaannya belum menggunakan sistem informasi sehingga sering terjadi permasalahan dalam transaksi dan laporan bulanan, dan sering terjadi tertukarnya jumlah timbangan beserta jenis sampahnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis bermaksud memberikan solusi dengan merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah untuk mengolah data tabungan nasabah menggunakan framework codeigniter dan bootstrap dengan metode prototype. Hasil dari perancangan Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah ini adalah kualitas sistem sangat baik untuk pencatatan transaksi dan laporan bulanan lebih efektif. The use of technology as a learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic is an alternative solution to be able to continue to carry out long-distance learning activities. Existing technologies such as Google Meet, Google Classroom and Google Drive strongly support students and teachers and other academics in teaching and learning activities. The use of the facilities provided by Google can be useful for academics. Teaching and learning activities synchronously (synchronous) using video conferencing is an effective way. Not only that, asynchronous learning media using existing Google Classroom facilities such as discussion and chat features are one of the media to support distance learning to keep it running smoothly. The activity was carried out at Majlis Ta'lim Hidayatul Mubtadiin, which consisted of teenagers aged 12-17 years. Based on the questionnaires distributed during the activity, that as many as 96% were able to absorb the material with this distance learning media. So that learning can still be carried out effectively and conducively in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Credit may be meant money provision orcollection that can be equavalent with that, basedon credit approval or loan agreement between bankand other party who oblige lender to pay off thedebt after specific terms period with interestexpenses. Commercial Bank is a bank that operateits business in conventional and or based onsyariah principle which is in operation provide inand out payment service. In this business operation,commercial bank provides loan/credit facility to thecustomer in Rupiah and foreign currency. Workingcapital credit is a credit used to finnance workingcapital purposes are depleted in one or several timethe production. For example: to buy raw material,salary, rent a building, purchase merchandise andso forth. Working capital credit approval providedby commercial bank need to predict because it hasincreased of credit provision provided bycommercial bank that can be used as measurementof economic growth and country stability or asmeasurement of economic growth indicator frommonetary sector by Bank of Indonesia. In thisresearch will conducted working capital creditvalue approval prediction will be provided bycommercial bank using support vector machinealgorithm that is compared with artificial neutralnetwork algorithm. From the result of testing onsupport vector machine algorithm using kernel dotproviding the accuracy result : 68,8% and RMSE :11928,594 and the result acquired using artificialneutral network algorithm providing the accuracyresult : 84,7% and RMSE : 5806,350. This resultshows that the best performance for workingcapital credit value approval provided bycommercial bank is artificial neutral networkalgorithm.

The Employees are the most vital element of the company as they had a big contribution and involved almost for all section on how the company will go up and down. Employees and the company affect the efficiency, effectiveness,designing, producing goods and services, oversee the quality, market products, allocating financial resources, and determines the overall goals and strategies of the organization. Therefore, organizations need accurate information and sustainable in order to get suitable candidates with the qualifications of the organization. Model algorithms are widely used in research related to the employee is C4.5 decision tree classification model. Advantages of using adecision tree classification models are the result of the decision tree is simple and easy to understand. Many studies using the method of decision tree and classification tree in predicting the employees selection but results theaccuracy of the resulting value is less accurate. In this study created a C 4.5 Algorithm model and C 4.5 Algorithm model based on particle swarm optimization to get the rule in employees selection and provide a more accuratevalue of accuracy. After testing C 4.5 algorithm model based on particle swarm optimization, Implementation of particle swarm optimization can produce accuracy value of C 4.5 algorithm model from 80.80 % to 85.20 % and theAUC value from 0.878 to 0.891. By the formation the model selection of employees, the company can be helped for employee selection.

Currently it is the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where the industrial sector as well as companies and organizations in various fields are required to change. This change is when information and communication technology is used to reach the highest point in the use of digital technology. The Industrial Era 4.0 has had a rapid impact on all activities carried out in the industrial sector and company organizational organizations. The higher the information and communication technology used, the faster the information delivery process will be. A fast information process can help the smooth running of administrative activities in a company or organization, especially administrative activities related to correspondence activities. In managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Mohammad Husni Thamrin University, currently there are shortcomings that are still stored and recorded in making correspondence. This can result in information being presented too late. It is that the need for a technology that will help of the smooth running of the administration in making correspondence by writing letters at the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Mohammad Husni Thamrin University. Making a letter application is done quickly and easily by using UML (Unfied Modeling Language) as a tool that helps analyze the flow of the correspondence system and makes it easier to build applications that are needed as well as in the development process. Dalam membangun suatu sistem untuk mendukung manajemen klinik agar dapat mengolah administrasi klinik menjadi tersistem maka hal yang perlu dilakukan terlebih dahulu adalah merancang sistem nya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan administrasi klinik Pesona Medika. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) untuk metode pengembangan sistem nya sedangkan model nya menggunakan Waterfall, karena penelitian ini lebih berorientasi kepada dokumentasi yang mana dengan model waterfall lebih sesuai untuk keperluan ini. Proses model waterfall terdiri 5 tahapan yangb mana yang pertama adalah Analisa Kebutuhan Sistem. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dari analisa kebutuhan sistem pada administrasi klinik maka dibutuhkan kerja sama dari pihak klinik dalam hal ini staff admin atau operator dari klinik untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan dokumen atau data apa saja yang berhubungan dengan proses administrasi nya, proses ini berada di tahapan Analisa Kebutuhan Sistem. Sedangkan untuk bahasa pemrograman dalam membuat website ini dengan menggunakan HTML 5 Sebagai tampilan user nya, sedangkan untuk backen nya menggunakan PHP, sedangkan database yang digunakan Kata Kunci: Sistem Klinik, SI Klinik, SIK.
