Abstract

Penggunaan financial technology (fintech) pada usaha fashion sangat penting, mengingat sub-sektor fashion tercatat memiliki nilai ekspor tertinggi pada industry kreatif tahun 2017-2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat pelaku UMKM Sektor Fashion di Kota Tasikmalaya dalam mengadopsi fintech berdasarkan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji konseptualisasi teoritis terhadap 56 responden pemilik usaha fashion di Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi fintech pelaku usaha fashion di Kota Tasikmalaya dipengaruhi oleh faktor sikap, norma sosial, dan control perilaku, selain itu informasi yang berkualitas menjadi input dari ketiga variabel tersbut untuk menggunakan fintech. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terkait literatur tentang minat menggunakan financial technology dari sudut pandang teori TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) pada usaha fashion di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's participatory leadership and school’s culture on the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih. The population of this study were 100 teachers at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih and the sample taken using the Slovin formula was 80 teachers. This type of research uses quantitative research with correlation and descriptive methods, while the sampling is done by random sampling, the research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between the principal's participatory leadership and school’s culture in the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih. Then between the participatory leadership of the principal and school’s culture in the implementation of distance learning are accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous significant Influence between the participatory leadership of the principal and the culture schools in the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a reform in the world of education that aims to improve quality, anti-discrimination, equalize or expand access to education and efforts to change the public's view of Children with Special Needs (ABK). This study aims to describe inclusive education services in Playgroups. The study focused on three Playgroups in Jatiuwung District. The research method used was qualitative descriptive and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. In the observation activity, the researcher observed teaching and learning activities in three playgroups that implemented inclusive education, then interviews were conducted to determine the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing inclusive education. The documentation was carried out to show that the researcher had indeed conducted interviews with the principal, teachers and parents of students to obtain research results. The results of the study showed that inclusive education services in Playgroups had not been running optimally. Although efforts have been made, there are still obstacles, namely the lack of training for educators, there are no educators who are graduates of Special Education (PLB), there is no responsive curriculum for ABK and inadequate school facilities. This research is expected to provide recommendations for school principals and stakeholders, in this case the Ministry of Education, to improve the quality of inclusive education, so that all children, including children with special needs, can obtain equal access to education.
