Abstract

Pemeliharaan jalan merupakan aspek krusial dalam memastikan infrastruktur transportasi yang aman dan efisien. Ruas jalan Tgk Bakurma Desa Cot Iri, Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar sepanjang 3 km, menjadi fokus penelitian karena mengalami tantangan kerusakan yang perlu dievaluasi secara mendalam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kerusakan jalan dengan menerapkan metode Pavement Condition Index. Evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang kondisi jalan dan memberikan dasar untuk pemeliharaan yang lebih efektif. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei lapangan dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan langsung untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan jalan, serta menghitung PCI sebagai parameter evaluasi kondisi pavement. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang akurat tentang tingkat kerusakan dan kondisi jalan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya kerusakan signifikan pada ruas jalan yaitu Segmen 1 sebesar 73,3 m2 (17%), Segmen 2 sebesar 270 m2 (62%), dan Segmen 3 sebesar 93,14 m2 (21%), dengan nilai Corrected Deduct Value (CDV) rata-rata sebesar 83,34. Setelah didapatkan nilai CDV maka kemudian didapatkan nilai PCI sebesar 16,67 sehingga dikategorikan sebagai kondisi jalan buruk sesuai dengan kategori kondisi jalan buruk yang berada pada range 11–25. Faktor tertentu seperti beban lalu lintas dan kondisi cuaca telah berkontribusi pada penurunan kondisi pavement. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan tersebut memerlukan tindakan pemeliharaan yang mendesak. Pendekatan PCI dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi dampak kerusakan jalan. Kesimpulan ini memberikan dasar untuk perencanaan pemeliharaan yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan demi memastikan keberlanjutan infrastruktur.

Abstract

Al-Munawarah Mosque is one of the prayer rooms located in Kajhu Indah, Aceh Besar. Which one to functions as a place of worship, but also has a role as a means of community interaction, such as playgroup, Al Qur'an of Education and sport. The purpose is to give a specially design for mosque between administrators and the community about the importance of discussion and consultation on design in planning for fence renovations in their environment. The expected output from the implementation of this program is to produce a good decorative design element on the fence, so that the fence can be realized as magnificent and beautiful as possible. Almost around the fence on the outer side of the mosque, it is no longer feasible so renovation is needed. To achieve this, a good design concept is used and a method of assisting design consulting services so that the objectives of this program can be appropriate as needed together. Abstract

Penerapan SMK3 di industri konstruksi wajib dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan melakukan penerapan SMK3 serta menilai strategi penerapan SMK3 yang terintegrasi secara optimal pada perusahaan konstruksi di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu (X1) Predisposisi (Prodisposing), (X2) Pendukung (Enabling), (X3) Penguat (Reinforcing). Hasil uji validitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata r-hitung 0,766 > 0,205 dan nilai Sig. hitung rata-rata 0,001 < 0,05 maka dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas diperoleh Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,750 > 0,6, maka jawaban responden sudah reliabel. Dari Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1 (Predisposisi) memiliki nilai rata rata mean tertinggi, yaitu 4,03, yang menandakan kesadaran terhadap keselamatan kerja sangat mempengaruhi penerapan SMK3. Distribusi responden pada variabel X1 (Predisposisi) menunjukkan 78% setuju (S) dan 16% sangat setuju (SS). Variabel X2 (Pendukung) menunjukkan 71% setuju (S) dan 11% sangat setuju (SS), dengan 17% kurang setuju (KS) dan 1% tidak setuju (TS), menunjukkan perlunya perhatian pada aspek pendukung dalam implementasi SMK3. Variabel X3 (Penguat) menunjukkan hasil positif dengan 75% setuju (S) dan 12% sangat setuju (SS), sementara 12% kurang setuju (KS) dan 1% tidak setuju (TS). Dalam analisis SWOT, skor kekuatan adalah 1,97, kelemahan 1,94, peluang 2,41, dan ancaman 1,46. Peluang yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa ada potensi besar untuk memperkuat penerapan SMK3. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, strategi yang paling sesuai untuk penerapan SMK3 yang terintegrasi adalah Growth Strategy.

Abstract

Ada tiga karakteristik arus lalu lintas yaitu volume lalu lintas, kecepatan, dan kerapatan. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Jalan Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kota Banda Aceh yang memiliki dua jalur dua arah tak terbagi (2/4 UD) dikatagorikan kawasan jalan arteri, Data yang diambil dari lokasi penelitian adalah data volume kendaraan, kecepatan, data geometrik, dan data kecepatan yang digunakan adalah model Greenshield. Validasi hubungan model lalu lintas adalah untuk mendapatkan koefisien korelasi (r) dan kesesuaian kapasitasvolume maksimum atau kapasitas berdasarkan sebaran data, nilai koefisien untuk hubungan volume, kecepatan, dan kerapatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian model Greenshild Volume tertinggi yaitu 1564,8 kend/jam, Kecepatan tertinggi yaitu 39,60 km/jam dan Kepadatan tertinggi yaitu 39,52 smp/jam pada hari kamis jalur kiri. Nilai hubungan diketahui nilai tertinggi kecepatan – kepadatan 82,584-1,361D, hubungan volume-kepadatan tertinggi 82,584- 1,361D2dan hubungan volume-kecepatan 60,667-0,735S2 pada hari sabtu jalur kanan model Greenshild. Nilai korelasi Metode Greenshield Nilai tertinggi (R2=0,987) pada hari kamis.

Abstract

The Study on the Selection of Mode of Transportation to Campus by Students of the University of Muhammadiyah Aceh to identify the characteristics of the choice of transportation mode and determine the factors that influence students in choosing the mode of transportation to campus. This study was conducted using the Binomial Logit modeling on the characteristics of the choice of transportation mode by students that affect the choice of transportation mode by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Aceh using the SPSS statistic V.24.0 application. Based on the most influential factor in the choice of mode to campus by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Aceh is the ownership of private vehicles, where each student prefers a private vehicle (motorcycle) obtained the equation Y = 0.311 + 0.239(X4) + 0.435(X8). This equation has a strong correlation with R which is 0.630 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.397. This model can be interpreted that for every increase in the number of vehicle owners, there will be an increase in users of private transportation modes by 0.239 and every increase in ownership of private vehicles, there will be an increase in users of private transportation modes by 0.435. From the results of the modeling equation, the probability of students choosing private transportation modes reaches 72.8% Private vehicles. While the probability of students choosing public transportation mode reaches 42.3% occurs when students do not have a driver's license and private vehicle.

Abstract

Abstrak Pertambahan jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang pesat tanpa diikuti dengan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana transportasi akan berdampak terhadap turunnya kinerja persimpangan dan mempengaruhi pergerakan arus lalu lintas. Salah satu persimpangan bersinyal dengan tingkat arus lalu lintas yang padat dan sering terjadi kemacetan adalah Simpang Surabaya Kota Banda Aceh. Saat ini fasilitas ruang henti khusus (RHK) sepeda motor telah dibangun di persimpangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas RHK di Simpang Surabaya. Tahapan penelitian meliputi survei geometrik persimpangan, volume, kinerja persimpangan, dan kondisi RHK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RHK belum efektif, namun keberadaan RHK telah mempengaruhi kapasitas persimpangan. Ditinjau dari tingkat keberhasilan dan kecukupan, penerapan RHK masih terbatas pada beberapa lengan persimpangan yang diakibatkan tingginya jumlah kendaraan sepeda motor, penumpukan sepeda motor yang tidak teratur, dan terjadi kemacetan panjang. Kata kunci: Persimpangan, penempatan, ruang henti khusus, sepeda motor   Abstract The rapid increase in the number of motorized vehicles without a corresponding improvement in transportation infrastructure will lead to a decline in intersection performance and affect traffic flow. One of the signalized intersections with high traffic volume and frequent congestion is Simpang Surabaya in Banda Aceh. Currently, advanced stop boxes (ASB) facility has been constructed at this intersection. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of ASB. The research stages includes a survey of intersection geometry, volume, intersection performance, and ASB conditions. The research findings indicate that the implementation of ASB is not yet effective, but the presence of ASB has influenced the intersection's capacity. In terms of success rate and adequacy, the implementation of ASB is still limited to certain sections of the intersection due to the high number of motorcycles, irregular motorcycle accumulations, and prolonged congestion.  Keywords: Intersection, placement, advanced stop boxes, motorcycle

Abstract

Improving subgrade bearing capacity is a crucial aspect of highway construction. Clay soils, which have high plasticity and low bearing capacity, often require improvement to increase their stability and strength. This research examines the effect of coconut shell ash addition on the bearing capacity of clay soil in Glee Gurah village. The research aims to identify the impact of coconut shell ash stabilization on the mechanical characteristics of clay soil as a highway subgrade, focusing on soil compaction and CBR values. The research was conducted through a series of laboratory tests which included soil classification according to AASHTO and USCS, as well as compaction (Proctor) and CBR testing. The percentage variations of coconut shell ash used were 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. The results showed that the addition of coconut shell ash increased the bearing capacity of clay soil. The maximum dry volume weight increased from 1.464 gr/cm³ (no mixture) to 1.540 gr/cm³ at the addition of 12% coconut shell ash. The optimum moisture content decreased with increasing ash percentage, from 22.70% to 20.20%. The unsoaked CBR value also increased significantly, from 11.06% (no mixture) to 17.78% at the addition of 12% coconut shell ash, with a total CBR percentage increase of 60.80%. Thus, the use of 12% coconut shell ash > 20% (Good), so that ANOVA shows a p value <0.05, which means that the addition coconut shell ash significantly increases the bearing capacity of clay soil and is effective in strength of subgrades with moderate traffic categories.
