Abstract

Al-Quran legal debate and strategy in an effort to improve justice for human life. The legal principles enforced in the life of the community can be seen in the implementation aspect. This writing examines and examines and the substance of law enforcement that is principally seen in the perspective of Qur'anic interpretation as well as the legal problems that are in the community environment. Writing uses the method of tafsir maudhu'I as one of the main points in the principle of law enforcement in the view of the Qur'an. The existence of the law universally becomes an integral part of humanity. It is an objective and an analysis of conditions that every human can feel without looking behind him.

Abstract

This paper is behind the concept of innovation that became one of the universal and fundamental strategies. The substance of innovation in education has the purpose of improving and updating the context of human development and educational institutions. Reference and inspiration of Islamic principles into modern theoretical problematic have a significant impact as the basic foundation of management science study in the future. Planning is part of a management science resulting from the process of human innovation as the object of education. This paper uses a method of commentary maudu'I or thematic interpretive analysis, which refers to a unity of certain themes in the verses of the Qur'an, as well as analyze the innovative part of planning in the perspective of Al-Quran. The study of educational innovation embodied in the Qur'an has implications for the human mindset to be able to plan the educational process systematically, objectively and dynamically. Planning human resources in the stage of management is a manifestation of human success to improve the paradigm of innovation that entered the world of education.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fenomena Rhotacism Fonetis (Cadel) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa arab terhadap anak yang mengalami gangguan berbicara. Secara fenomenologis yang kaitanya dengan proses pembelajaran akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap beberapa factor salah satunya ialah kesulitan untuk mengucapkan beberapa huruf dengan baik akibat dari adanya kendala pada artikulatornya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-diskriptif dengan mencoba menelusuri berbagai karya dan tulisan yang berhubungan dengan fokus kajian, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Karya-karya itu dibaca secara seksama lalu dianalis dan diinterpretasi secara kualitatif mengikut permasalahan kajian yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Ada beberapa kelainan yang menghambat kemampuan artikulasinya, diantaranya yaitu distorsi (distortion), dimana adanya pengubahan bunyi bahasa kepada bunyi yang tidak bisa digunakan, atau dapat mengubah arti dari keseluruhan kata atau malah tidak mengandung arti, hal ini disebabkan bunyi-bunyi tersebut tidak dikenal dalam bahasa pertamanya, yaitu bahasa Indonesia, seperti bunyi ق (qof), ط، ( ta), ظ، (za) diubah menjadi bunyi ض (dad); ث،ر،س، ز، ش، ك diubah menjadi bunyi ي, dan juga bunyi ف (fa) yang diubah menjadi bunyi م (mim) atau ن (nun). Serta semua bunyi vokal I (kasrah) akandiubah seperti bunyi vokal e^. Selain itu kelainan produksi suara yang disebut dengan nasality (produksi suara sengau), yang disebabkan karena adanya penyempitan atau tak berkembangnya lubang hidung sehingga pengeluaran udara tidak semestinya.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine and analyze the problems education of Islamic moderation from the viewpoint of Wahbah al-Zuhaili's Tafsir al-Munir and al-Fiqh al-Islamiy wa Adillatuhu science. The focus of the study in this paper is to analyze the moderate thoughts of Wahbah al-Zuhaili in understanding Islam through Tafsir al-Munir. Wahbah al-Zuhaili as a Muslim intellectual who mastered various scientific disciplines and had a moderate perspective. Wahbah al-Zuhaili's thoughts on moderation in Islamic law through his work al-Fiqh al-Islamiy wa Adilatuhu. In the book of al-Fiqh al-Islamiy wa Adillatuhu, indicators of moderation in Islamic law are a) Flexibility in Islamic Law, b) Renewal in Islamic Law, c) Views in Schools.
