Abstract

Statement of the problem in this study is how learning management which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning in Mentari Kids Early Childhood Education, Klaten is. The aims of this study are: (a) to analyze and describe plan of learning management, (b) to analyze and describe implementation of learning management, (c) to analyze and describe evaluation of learning management of Mentari Kids Early Childhood Education, Klaten, Central Java. The approach in this research was using qualitative approach. Data collecting technique was done by using interview, observation and documentation. The subject of the research was 9 informants, which consist of 7 primary subjects, i.e 4 teachers, 1 education staff, and 2 guardians of the students. Moreover, 2 secondary subjects are the manager of the institution and principal. Validity of the data was received by the use of data triangulation and triangulation method. The results showed that the planning of curriculum learning was conducted based on top down and bottom up by considering moral and religious values, physical, linguistic, cognitive, emotional, and art. Implementation of learning is conducted based on Daily Action Plan, Weekly Action Plan, Semester Program, Annual Program which uses integrated thematic curriculum model. The learning model is centers or Beyond Centers and Circle Time includes imtaq, natural materials, art and creativity, role play, briquet, and preparation. Learning evaluation was done by observation, anecdotal recording, and portfolio. The evaluation was carried out by diagnostic, formative, summative, until placement evaluation.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze and explain the role of tutors in creating a meaningful learning environment for early childhood at the Mamba’ul Huda Educational Foundation in Sidoarjo Regency. A meaningful learning environment is key to supporting children's growth and development, especially during the golden age. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that tutors serve as adaptive facilitators, child development observers, emotional guides, classroom dynamics managers, and communication bridges between children, parents, and the institution. Additionally, tutors are able to implement individualized strategies and meaningful learning approaches tailored to the needs of the children. Despite facing challenges such as limited facilities, a small number of tutors, and diverse backgrounds of the children, tutors consistently demonstrate creativity and resilience in managing the learning process. This study concludes that the strategic role of tutors is crucial in creating early childhood education that is humanistic, contextual, and sustainable. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran tutor dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang bermakna bagi anak usia dini di Yayasan Pendidikan Mamba’ul Huda Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Lingkungan belajar yang bermakna menjadi kunci dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak, terutama pada masa golden age. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tutor berperan sebagai fasilitator adaptif, pengamat perkembangan anak, pembimbing emosional, pengelola dinamika kelas, serta penghubung komunikasi antara anak, orang tua, dan lembaga. Selain itu, tutor mampu menerapkan strategi individualisasi dan pembelajaran bermakna yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak. Meskipun menghadapi sejumlah tantangan seperti keterbatasan sarana, jumlah tutor yang minim, serta variasi latar belakang anak, tutor tetap menunjukkan kreativitas dan ketangguhan dalam mengelola proses belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran strategis tutor sangat penting dalam menciptakan pendidikan anak usia dini yang humanis, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

LKP’s managerial ability is one of the keys to being able to run an institution in achieving its goals in improving the quality of training participants, so that training participants are able to complete for job opportunities with DUDI partners. LKP's good managerial ability, which is also supported by the results of quality training participants, increases the job opportunities of trainees at DUDI partners. The research objectives (1) to determine the managerial ability of LKP in Malang City, (2) to determine the job opportunities of training participants in business partners and the industrial world through the Job Skills Education Program (PKK), (3) to determine the effect of LKP managerial abilities on opportunities the work of training participants for business partners and the industrial world through the Employment Skills Education Program (PKK). LKP managerial ability has a significant effect on the job opportunities of trainees at DUDI partners. Thus, simultaneously, the LKP managerial ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the job opportunities of the trainees.
