Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education programs at Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis through interviews with the principal and teachers who teach at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. The research results show that the management of the early childhood education program at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The research results illustrate (1) that the planning shows that the management has compiled and developed the school's vision and mission as well as determined the program that will be implemented. (2) Organization describes the duties and responsibilities of school principals and teachers as structured. (3) Implementation illustrates that the principal and teachers have carried out their teaching responsibilities well. (4) Supervision describes that the school principal supervises teacher performance so that they carry out their duties and responsibilities well.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the role of parents in facilitating the growth and development of early childhood in Kaccope Hamlet, Bulu-Bulu Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency. The research focus includes the role of parents as facilitators, motivators, and mentors, as well as how these roles can be improved to support children's development more optimally. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach, with a population of 45 parents who had children aged 4-6 years. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires with a Likert scale and documentation of children's daily activities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the level of implementation of parental roles in three main aspects. The research results show that the role of parents has generally been implemented well, with success rates for each aspect as follows: facilitator (87.9%), motivator (95.6%), and guide (92.9%). However, there are still weaknesses in providing conducive learning facilities and the ability to guide children to make independent decisions. Therefore, a parenting education program is needed to increase the capacity of parents to support the growth and development of early childhood.Keywords: role of parents, early childhood education, facilitator, motivator, guide

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar "tunas muda" Desa Tonasa melalui edukasi psikologi pendidikan dan parenting. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kebutuhan mendesak guru dan orang tua untuk memahami konsep psikologi pendidikan yang dapat mendukung perkembangan anak secara optimal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dalam bentuk seminar interaktif dengan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan sesi tanya jawab. Peserta seminar, terdiri dari guru dan orang tua, dibekali pengetahuan mengenai strategi pembelajaran efektif, pola komunikasi, serta pola asuh yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip-prinsip psikologi pendidikan. Para peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme untuk menerapkan materi yang diperoleh dalam praktik sehari-hari. Refleksi dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seminar Pendidikan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap peningkatan wawasan Pendidikan dan parenting bagi peserta. Dengan melibatkan dua elemen utama dalam, yaitu guru dan orang tua, kegiatan ini memberikan pengaruh dalam membantu mewujudukan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung generasi muda Desa Tonasa.

This study aims to evaluate Paulo Freire's theory of education for liberation within the context of non-formal education in Indonesia. Freire's theory, emphasizing the importance of critical consciousness, dialogue, and the active role of learners in the educational process, serves as a conceptual foundation for designing emancipatory educational practices, particularly for marginalized groups. Employing a literature review method, this research examines studies relevant to Freire's ideas and their implementation in non-formal education, especially community-based approaches oriented towards community empowerment. The analysis reveals that applying Freire's critical education principles can strengthen learners' positions as subjects in the learning process and promote social transformation through contextual and participatory education. These findings recommend the development of non-formal education models that are more reflective, dialogical, and rooted in the learners' social realities, as efforts toward transformative and inclusive education.

Abstract

LKP’s managerial ability is one of the keys to being able to run an institution in achieving its goals in improving the quality of training participants, so that training participants are able to complete for job opportunities with DUDI partners. LKP's good managerial ability, which is also supported by the results of quality training participants, increases the job opportunities of trainees at DUDI partners. The research objectives (1) to determine the managerial ability of LKP in Malang City, (2) to determine the job opportunities of training participants in business partners and the industrial world through the Job Skills Education Program (PKK), (3) to determine the effect of LKP managerial abilities on opportunities the work of training participants for business partners and the industrial world through the Employment Skills Education Program (PKK). LKP managerial ability has a significant effect on the job opportunities of trainees at DUDI partners. Thus, simultaneously, the LKP managerial ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the job opportunities of the trainees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what programmes of work exist in the HIPMI PARE organization affect the development potential. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The subjects of this study are members of HIPMI PARE, while the object of this research is the organization HIPMY PARE. The collection is done by the method of interviews, observations and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Through the HIPMI PARE work programme our potential can be developed through various activities where we are motivated, dig potential, awaken awareness of the potential that we have, and give the opportunity to play a role to its widest. By developing self-potential, we can become more self-reliant, creative individuals, and have the ability to make a positive contribution to society. Therefore, it is important for organizations of both students' and youth organizations to provide the means for us young people to develop their own potential.Keywords: Potential Teenagers, Organization

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persiapan, proses dan hasil pelaksanaan program full day school di SLBN 1 Makassar dan SLBN 1 Gowa sesuai dengan Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2017 tentang Hari Sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model Countenance Stake dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program full day school terlihat dari aspek masukan yang meliputi organisasi, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan/anggaran dan partisipasi masyarakat telah terlaksana dan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Namun, khusus di SLBN 1 Gowa untuk komponen kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana belum memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan atau hanya 50% yang sudah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi. Aspek proses yang meliputi perencanaan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan penilaian hasil belajar telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan dan telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi yang ditetapkan. Aspek hasil yang meliputi kompetensi lulusan dengan sub komponen UN/UAS, Prestasi/Bakat dan alumni telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan dan telah memenuhi kriteria evaluasi yang ditetapkan. Secara umum, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa evaluasi program full day school di SLBN 1 Makassar dan SLBN 1 Gowa dapat diterima dengan catatan bahwa program ini harus direvisi. Khusus untuk anak tunagrahita, tidak diikutkan pembelajaran full day school di sekolah tetapi hanya untuk anak tunanetra, tunadaksa dan tunarungu yang diikutkan program full day school. Sarana dan prasarana di SLBN 1 Gowa untuk dapat dilengkapi sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan, kemudian program ini dapat dilanjutkan kembali.
