Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pendidikan Islam berdasarkan konsep filsafat dan penerapan Konsep Al Thoumy Al Saibany dalam Pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode literatur review. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode kepustakaan adalah referensi, kajian teoritis, literatur ilmiah, serta referensi lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa 1) metode pendidikan islam berdasarkan kajian filsafat. Pendidikan sebagai lembaga yang sangat strategis dan potensial dalam menumbuh-kembangkan dan menghidup-suburkan perilaku moral, yang sudah semestinya diarahkan pada pembangunan humanitas; 2) pemikiran kritis dan inovatif seperti yang diungkapkan Al Syaibani, dalam konteks demi kemajuan dunia pendidikan Islam. Konsep Al- Syaibani, mengemukakan bahwa tujuan tertinggi pendidikan Islam adalah mempersiapkan kehidupan dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Regularly monitoring pond water quality in fish farming is a crucial practice often neglected, negatively impacting goldfish yields. Addressing this issue, a sophisticated device leveraging fuzzy logic has been engineered to accurately regulate acidity, temperature, and water levels, with real-time data accessible through the Blynk smartphone application. This innovative system employs a trio of sensors—namely an acidity sensor, a DS18B20 temperature sensor, and an HCSR04 ultrasonic sensor—coupled with three output mechanisms: an inlet pump, an outlet pump, and a heater, to ensure precise control. Rigorous testing under various conditions at different times of the day, lasting approximately one hour each, demonstrated the device's capability to adjust water's acidity by about 0.1 units per minute, reflecting the influences of fish activity and water temperature, with a deficient accuracy error of 0.19%. Additionally, the system's effectiveness in maintaining a consistent water level was confirmed, exhibiting a refill rate of 1.2 cm per minute as detected by the sensor. This integrated system is instrumental in safeguarding goldfish health and optimizing their productivity by ensuring water quality remains within the desired acidity, temperature, and volume parameters.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Islamic education methods based on philosophical concepts and the application of the Al Thoumy Al Saibany Concept in Islamic Education. The research approach uses a qualitative approach and literature review methods. This research is based on library methods, namely references, theoretical studies, scientific literature, and other references. The results of this research explain that 1) Islamic education methods are based on philosophical studies. Education as a very strategic and potential institution in developing and fostering moral behavior, which should be directed at developing humanity; 2) critical and innovative thinking as expressed by Al Syaibani, in the context of advancing the world of Islamic education. Al-Syaibani's concept states that the highest goal of Islamic education is to prepare for life in this world and the afterlife.

Abstract

The implementation of the Solar Dryer Dome innovation in Sungkai Green Park Ecotourism, Lambung Bukit Village, Pauh District, Padang City, is a strategic step in supporting urban farming practices. Lecturers and students from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Andalas University, have successfully integrated this technology in the cultivation of vegetables, fish, broiler chickens, and the tea drying process. This infrastructure is equipped with a UV plastic roof to protect plants from excessive UV rays, while the center of the dome functions as a fish pond that utilizes fish waste as natural fertilizer for plants. The IoT-based control system allows efficient monitoring and control via mobile devices, with various sensors for temperature, humidity, soil pH, and water quality. As a result, harvest time becomes more efficient—vegetables in 21-27 days, gourami fish around 1000 per year, broiler chickens in 30 days, and dried tea in 8 hours in sunny weather. The specific objectives of implementing this innovation at the Solar Dryer Dome location are to increase production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality, all of which have a positive impact on local food security. This initiative also supports sustainable urban farming practices and improves community knowledge and skills in modern agriculture. Overall, the Solar Dryer Dome has a significant positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pelanggaran hukum dan implementasi perizinan sumber daya air di Indonesia melalui studi kasus My Carwash di Denpasar sebagaimana tercantum dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar Nomor 770/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Dps. Penelitian ini memfokuskan perhatian pada mekanisme penerapan perizinan, tingkat kepatuhan pelaku usaha, serta implikasi sosial dan lingkungan akibat pelanggaran izin penggunaan air tanah. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan perundang-undangan, menggunakan data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menafsirkan norma hukum serta fakta dalam putusan pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran izin terjadi karena rendahnya kesadaran hukum dan lemahnya pengawasan pemerintah daerah. Penerapan prinsip ultimum remedium menggambarkan bahwa sanksi pidana dijadikan langkah terakhir untuk menegakkan kepatuhan hukum. Kasus ini menegaskan pentingnya perizinan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab hukum dan moral dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan.
