Abstract

The aim of the research is to avoid criminal acts of gambling and to make people aware of how dangerous gambling is and the impact it has on the family. The method used is the problem approach that the authors use is a normative juridical approach. Which means the problems in the field are juxtaposed with the existing legal aspects. Law is conceptualized as what is written in laws and regulations (law in books) or law is conceptualized as rules or norms which are standards for human behavior that are considered appropriate. result b.     If viewed from a juridical aspect, the matter of gambling is regulated in the Criminal Code, namely Article 303 and Article 303 bis and strengthened by Law no. 7 of 1974 concerning Controlling Gambling. Until now, the exact rules regarding the prohibition of gambling are still unclear. Judging from this provision, there is actually no prohibition for the public to gamble. In this article, what is prohibited is the holding of gambling without obtaining a permit. While Law no. 7 of 1974 is not a Law on the Prohibition of Gambling, because its contents are regulations for the implementation of gambling (bookies), so that they seek permission to organize gambling. In another sense, gambling is permitted under the law if it has complete permits. Because it is very possible that the maximum fine is imposed cumulatively. Because the burden of proof is placed on law enforcers. In Indonesia, it is indeed not easy to investigate assets resulting from a crime or those that have been laundered. In fact, in various kinds of news lately, many law enforcement officials have played a role, were involved or "backed up" big-name bookies at the national level.

Abstract

Purpose - This article discusses how Islamic religious education teachers in primary schools in Indonesia and Malaysia have understood and disseminated the concept of religious moderation to students in the classroom. Design/methods/approach – This research uses field research, which uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data was obtained qualitatively from in-depth interviews and observations. Findings – The findings show that most of the teachers who took part in this study have a good knowledge of religious moderation. They also show that the teachers internalized religious moderation for students in different ways according to the conditions of their respective schools. The findings also show that the teachers find shortcomings in delivering moderation messages to students. The significance of this study lies in its theoretical contribution, which confirms that schools are open places for the development of any ideology, including radicalism. Research implications/limitations – This study recommends that the state prevent radicalism by mainstreaming the ideology of moderation, including training to improve teachers' knowledge of religious moderation and effective ways to instil religious moderation in students. Originality/value – This research contributes to our understanding of the need for teachers to introduce religious moderation in basic education. Moderate behaviour in religion needs to be instilled in students from an early age to prevent them from being exposed to radicalism that has begun to penetrate the realm of education.

Abstract

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many increases in the prices of basic goods such as cooking oil. Indeed, Islam has provided a solution in overcoming the price increase. If the soaring price of basic necessities is caused by natural factors that cause a scarcity of an item, besides this, people are required to be patient. And in Islam it also obliges the state to overcome this scarcity by seeking supplies from other regions, even Islam forbids people who do not understand fiqh law (related to business) from doing business. In this study, the author uses a normative legal research method that relies on literature studies and the focus is on analyzing primary and secondary legal materials. Where primary legal materials are applicable legal regulations and legal cases, while secondary legal materials include legal opinions contained in legal books and journals.

Abstract

Silver rasbora (Rasbora argyrotaenia Bleeker, 1849) is one of the native species found in Panglima Besar (PB.) Soedirman Reservoir. High economic value of silver rasbora causes fishermen to tend overfishing. This over-exploitation threatens the native species of fish. Therefore, this study aims to determine several parameters of fish population dynamics so that they become the basis for fisheries management. Sampling was carried out at the PB. Soedirman Reservoir in November 2021, January 2022, and March 2022 using a survey method. The result of this research is, the population of silver rasbora was 3097 individuals dominated by male and small-size fish 0.5-8.5 cm. Length and weight relationship obtained b value <3 which means it is negative allometric. The condition factor ranged from 1.005 to 1.068. Total mortality value (Z) 6.21 per year, natural mortality (M) 1.69 per year, fishing mortality (F) 4.52 per year, with exploitation rate (E) 0.73 per year. The total length of silver rasbora fish obtained ranged from 0.5 to 8.5 cm. The maximum length (L∞) = 12.93 cm and K = 0.62 per year with the Von Bertalanffy growth equation, Lt = 12.93 (1-e(-0.62(t-0.3291))). The yield value per recruit analysis showed that the optimum exploitation was 0.224 and the current exploitation rate was 0.73. The population of silver rasbora was over-exploitation, especially in small-size fish.
