Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat simpanan, tingkat sisa hasil usaha, pengaruh simpanan terhadap sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Karyawan “Harapan Kita” PT. Ceres – PT. PCI Periode 2015-2018, serta permasalahan dan upaya yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan simpanan dan sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Karyawan “Harapan Kita” PT. Ceres – PT. PCI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi studi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan kajian pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian, tingkat simpanan dan sisa hasil usaha setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa simpanan berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha sebesar 90% yang artinya sangat kuat sisanya 10% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya penurunan jumlah anggota , minimnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran anggota, kurangnya pengecekan barang dan minimnya luas lahan untuk display barang yang akan dijual ke anggota. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut koperasi melakukan melakukan kerjasama dengan perusahaan mengenai calon anggota potensial, pemberian rewards tambahan untuk karyawan yang memiliki simpanan diatas 10 juta, membuat jadwal pengontrolan barang yang diperjual belikan di toko secara rutin agar barang tertata rapi serta memaksimalkan area outdoor untuk display barang. Adapun saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah merekrut karyawan lama untuk menjadi anggota, mewajibkan keanggotan koperasi melalui serikat pekerja dan perusahaan, mengubah ketentuan minimal simpanan, exspansi perluasan waserda, merubah kebijakan penjulan barang ke selain anggota.

Abstract

Bank Muamalatis the first commercial bank inIndonesia to implement Islamic sharia principles inconducting its operations. Established in 1991, initiated by the MUI and the Government of Indonesia, and commenced operations in 1992, supported by Muslim scholars and businessmen well as the wider community. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of services, influence sharing and location to customer interest. The population of this study is that the data obtained from the questionnaire Muamalat customer savings with the sample are 70 respondent. This study uses a quantitative approach to the data measured by questionnaires distributed to customers Muamalat interest associated. The technique of data analysis uses the double analysis regresi with the program SPSS 23 Version to see the aim of connection. The question that used for this research has been tested in reliability and validity with reliability and validity tested, and the instruments are reliable and valid as a measuring instrument. The results of this study, partially that services (0.008) and location (0.000) have a significant effect on customer interest at PT Bank Muamalat Branch Cikarang. But variable influence sharing have not significant effect on customer interest with value of significant 0.228.

Abstract

Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) that operate with a non-usury system do provide distinct benefits for Muslims apart from being muamalah and also seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT. LKS distributes funds to the public in the form of financing. The objectives of this study are: (1) To explain the management strategy used by KJKS Shakira Arha Mula Purwakarta in an effort to increase members' interest in Murabahah financing. (2) To explain what are the driving factors for KJKS Shakira Artha Mulia in implementing the management strategy used. Interest in the community is the main factor that must be owned to attract them to become a member of a group or just to be a user, people will have an interest in an object if they gain an understanding that is easy to accept and also has a realistic element. Here people are often not interested in new things while it can be a help for themselves. This condition can also be divided into non-bank Islamic financial institutions, namely Islamic Cooperatives. The research method in this research research uses qualitative methods. Then the data was analyzed using data analysis methods, data analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman. While checking the validity of the data using observation persistence and data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the supporting data is taken from Observations, Documentation, and Statements from Management and Members. The results of the research are: Strategic Management carried out to increase members' interest in financing products: 1) conducting market segmentation, 2) after setting the target market then doing positioning, then 3) carrying out the marketing mix and the strategy implemented is the 4P marketing mix (price, place, product, and promotion). The driving factors in increasing members' interest in murabaha financing products are divided into two classifications. There are internal factors and external factors. Internal Factors Include: Member Participation, and HR Management. The external factors include: Government provisions and policies for cooperatives, cooperative locations, and the KJKS Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta service system.

Abstract

Skor PISA yang rendah serta fenomena learning loss akibat pandemi adalah beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidikan di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran PAI di SMP Amanah serta mengetahui persepsi pendidik terkait penerapan kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan konsep analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI di SMP Amanah yang menggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka secara umum tidak terlalu berbeda dengan mata pelajaran lainnya baik dari segi perancangan modul, metode ajar, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan penanaman nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Adapun penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka mendapatkan persepsi positif dari para pendidik di SMP Amanah.

Abstract

The background of this issue is the need for a comprehensive Islamic guidance model, given the weak understanding of faith and religious practices among converts after conversion. The purpose of this study is to develop a contextual and systematic curriculum and management model for Islamic guidance for converts in the city of Bandung. This study used a qualitative research method with a multiple case study design in three muallaf guidance institutions in Bandung City: Muallaf Centre Indonesia (MCI), Yayasan Muallaf Bandung, and the mosque's majelis taklim from January to June 2025. The informants in this study were institution managers, Islamic guidance instructors/teachers, community leaders, and active converts who participated in the guidance program. The data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study indicate that strengthening the faith of converts requires a special curriculum that integrates theological, worship, and socio-cultural dimensions, while adaptive guidance management oriented towards individual needs has been proven to increase the effectiveness of the internalization of Islamic values. The contribution of this research is the formulation of a contextual convert guidance curriculum model that can be replicated by Islamic da'wah and educational institutions in similar areas. The synergy between curriculum development and managerial management is identified as a key element in strengthening the sustainability of da'wah for convert groups

Abstract

Kandungan Nilai dalam Tujuan Pendidikan Nasional (Core Ethical Values). Tujuan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia setidaknya harus memperhatikan beberapa landasan pendidikan, diantaranya; landasan relIgius, landasan filosofis, landasan sosiologis, landasan kultural, landasan psikologis, landasan ilmiah dan teknologi, serta landasan yuridis atau hukum sehingga tujuan pendidikan nasional akan mengandung nilai yang berguna dalam mengarahkan perjalanan pendidikan nasional kedepan. Nilai yang terkandung dalam rumusan tujuan pendidikan nasional akan terus berubah sesuai dengan rumusan tujuan pendidikan nasional yang dibuat, walaupun tujuan pendidikan di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu tidak pernah bergeser dari pandangan hidup Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Perbedaannya hanya terlihat dari adanya penekanan untuk setiap tahap yang disesuiakan dengan tuntutan perkembangan kehidupan dalam masyarakat dan pembangunan di negara Indoensia.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has positive and negative impacts on the world of education, especially students. Improper use actually makes technology have the potential to create new delinquency and crime among teenagers. So that a special character education approach is needed in dealing with this, namely character education with local wisdom. This study uses a descriptive approach with a review of technical literature from various relevant written sources. So as to produce analysis, evaluation and synthesis of knowledge relevant to the expected problem. There are three approaches that can be taken in an effort to strengthen character education based on local wisdom in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. First, to integrate character education based on local wisdom into subjects. Second, control the school culture. Third, optimizing extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how facilities and infrastructure are managed and the role of facilities and infrastructure management on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDIT Insan Kamil. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The population and sample for this research was class IV at SDIT Insan Kamil, totaling 28 students. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and interview sheets. The data processing techniques used are data reduction techniques and data presentation techniques. The results of this research are to determine the planning, organization, procurement, implementation and management of facilities and infrastructure on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDIT Insan Kamil. Keyword: Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Learning Outcomes. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui, bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan bagaimana peran manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SDIT Insan Kamil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas IV di SDIT Insan Kamil yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan lembar wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik reduksi data dan teknik penyajian data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengadaan, pelaksanan dan pengelolaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SDIT Insan Kamil. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Sarana dan Prasarana, Hasil Belajar.
