Abstract

The sampling technique used in this research was the author's use of random samplingtechnique or by random method, all employees were a population of 162 and weresampled using the Slovin formula in Husein Umar, 2017, obtaining only 62 samples.Based on the results of the regression analysis, it turns out that the mobile bankingservice quality variable can significantly increase customer satisfaction, the equationvalue Y = 7.298 + 0.777 the ttable value in (60) is = 1.671, then Ho is rejected andHa is accepted, meaning there is evidence that mobile banking service quality has avery significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis results, thereis a positive influence of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction, avalue of 0.844 is obtained, so it can be concluded that the influence is very strong orthe Coefficient of Determination (KD) value is: 71.2%.

Abstract

Empowerment of Natural Resources in the education environment provides positive values for the environment and provides its own economic contribution for institution. Environmental factors also have added value for students in carrying out the teaching and learning process so that researchers will find out whether the education model by integrating on empowering aspects of natural resources will provide creativity to students and also how integrated education patterns in natural resource empowerment aspects will produce results of academic and non-academic achievements. In addition, the results of this study can provide inspiration for prospective educators to find out about education models that integrate into Natural Resources at school locations and for education can be used as role models of education in the future. Therefore researchers will conduct research with a qualitative research method approach. The use of data collection tools in the form of interview guide sheets, observation sheets, documentation, and questionnaires. The interview model is carried out with open and structured interview techniques. Interview guides that have been arranged, but if there are questions that are developing but are still relevant to aspects of the research will be adjusted to the answers of the subjects or respondents. The   distribution   of   questiionnairs about   students’s   satisfaction   with the results of the antpes education that show more   than   70%   of   them   are   happy   and motivated to learn many things and obey the rules tht have been announced . This natural resource    which is one of the sources    of income    in Modern    Islamic    Boarding     School teaches the students   the balance of life   and is implemented   with daily   activities    that are always guided by making very significant result in the academic achievement   and the non academic achievement .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Cabang Pembantu Bank Pertamina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasinya berjumlah 35 karyawan, dengan sampel yang sama besarnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Analisis menggunakan excel dan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi secara parsial sebesar 27,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi secara parsial sebesar 55,4% terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 71,5% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun terdapat 28,5% variasi kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the trend of research in the field of competition in the banking industry, the synthesis of competition theory and stability theory. The study used bibliometric analysis and used Publish or Perish software with Google Scholar as a database. This study used systematic data to reveal competition contributes to banking performance measured by the size of the company's market forces can be measured using the Lerner Index, Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, or through structural behavioral performance hypotheses (SCP). Researchers typically use concentration ratio, market share or Herfindahl - Hirschman Index (HHI). Using the concentration of bank deposits as a measure of traditional competition. More specifically, total bank deposits by the three largest banks in a country are divided by the total deposits in the country. As. HHI is the sum of the square market share of each bank in a country.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pengurus terhadap kesejahteraan anggota Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Tangerang Kuat Sejahtera. Kompetensi diukur melalui pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja, sedangkan kesejahteraan anggota dianalisis menggunakan lima tingkatan kebutuhan Maslow: fisiologis, rasa aman, sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 1.551 anggota, dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih melalui stratified random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengurus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan anggota, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001, t-hitung 12,445 > t-tabel 1,66, dan R² sebesar 0,612. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi pengurus, semakin meningkat kesejahteraan anggota. Penelitian ini mendukung teori kompetensi Edison, Anwar, dan Komariyah (2017) serta teori kebutuhan Maslow (1954).
