Abstract

Teacher perceptions in Teacher Professional Development are very important to make teachers more skilled in teaching, managing classes, and relating to school affairs. The experience gained from Teacher Professional Development will have a big impact on any teacher's activities, it's all because of the useful activities that have been designed in Teacher Professional Development. This study aims to find out teachers' perceptions of Teacher Professional Development and how teachers conduct during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive research in the qualitative method. The participants of this research were three junior high school English teachers from various places who had participated in Teacher Professional Developments, the schools were SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta, SMP Negeri 1, 3 and 5 in Selakau, West Kalimantan. Data was collected through an Interview. Findings from this research show that there are three perceptions of a teacher towards Teacher Professional Development (TPD) such as TPD can help teachers to assist students in learning language learning theories, TPD is very helpful for developing teachers' abilities and creativity and TPD can make teachers control the classroom situation by both professionally. Furthermore, there are two ways for teachers to participate in a certain Teacher Professional Development during the COVID-19 pandemic, TPD is done online and TPD assignments are given online. This research concludes that every teacher must participate in Teacher Professional Development because this activity brings many benefits to teachers in teaching and managing school affairs.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing for street food businesses in Malang, focusing on training housewives to improve content creation and promotion strategies. The research aims to bridge the digital gap for small-scale food vendors by providing essential digital skills and AI tools. Method: The research employed a mixed-method approach, including pre-training assessments, online training sessions, and personalized mentoring. A total of 20 housewives running street food businesses participated in the training, which was conducted over three months. The AI tools used included Canva AI and Flair AI for photo editing, content creation, and social media optimization. Practical Applications: The study demonstrates how AI-driven tools can enhance social media engagement, brand visibility, and customer interaction for street food vendors. This initiative provides a model for empowering small business owners to leverage digital marketing tools effectively, contributing to their long-term success. Conclusion: The training resulted in significant improvements in participants' digital marketing capabilities, with increased confidence in using AI tools. The findings highlight the transformative potential of AI for MSMEs, particularly in enhancing the competitive edge of street food businesses in Malang.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays an important role in the success of inclusive education, especially in the implementation of the Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS). MTSSis an approach that aims to provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support through tiered interventions. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style on work motivation and its implications for teacher performance at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School (GCS) Depok. The research approach used is quantitative, with Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) analysis. Data were collected from 35 teachers through a structured questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation, (2) transformational leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and (4) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance when mediated by work motivation. Considering that the direct effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance is not significant, these results confirm the complete mediation of motivation on teacher performance. The results of this study recommend that school leaders provide professional development programs, as well as implement transparent performance evaluations to improve teacher effectiveness in inclusive education. Future research could explore additional variables, such as job satisfaction, school environment, and parental support, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence teacher performance in inclusive educational environments.

Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi hal yang penting yang harus diperhatikan perusahaan, karena mampu meningkatkan penjualan, menurunkan biaya pemasaran dan menentukan kelangsungan sebuah perusahaan, ada banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebab terbentuknya loyalitas pelanggan dalam sebuah perusahaan diantaranya harga, kualitas pelayanan dan mewujudkan pengalaman pelanggan yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan perusahaan jasa expedisi sebagai objek penelitian. PT. Samudera Express Indonesia Logistik selalu menjaga loyalitas pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan PT. Samudera Express Indonesia Logistik di Jakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah 100 orang pengguna jasa transportasi logistik atau expedisi yang berlokasi di wilayah Jabodetabek dan Bandung dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui kuesioner dibuat dalam google form dan disebarluaskan dalam bentuk link melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan pengalaman pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT. Samudera Express Indonesia Logistik.
