Abstract

The uses of technology in daily organization operational becomes ordinary thing. The optimum technology uses are the use technology that  align with the need of the users in order gaining efficiency and inclining productivity. STMIK  Asia has used finger print absensce media for recording its employees attendence.Yet, the attendence machine that has been used for a long period, can not accomodate the Human Resource Department’s  need in order to observe its employee presence during working-hours.The emergence information regarding the employee presence during working hours, is supported by manual written absence book.However, this manual written book, can not provide a real-time information the presence of the employee. Furthermore, in the end of the period, recapitulation absence book become a burden, take a lot of time for inputting data to the computer. Thus, STMIK Asia adopting other technology in order to fulfill the need of Human Resource Department. The new adapted technology is not a more modern or sophisticated  machine, however the new technology accomodates employees attendence system that align with STMIK Asia needs. Keywords: attendence, finger print, convertion, HR Information System

Abstract

Today's world has been facing a new era that emphasizes every creative industry to overcome information technology, especially for selling and marketing needs, namely the digital era. In this era of disruptive technology, company size cannot be guaranteed, so that the creative industries processing waste and used goods can take this opportunity to penetrate domestic and international markets. The success of innovative products penetrating the global market will provide enormous benefits for the industries that show one of marketing performance, especially if it is balanced by high intellectual capital. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of digital marketing on the marketing performance of creative industries processing waste and used goods through intellectual capital. The population of this research is the entire creative industries entrepreneurs processing waste and used products in Malang town whose numbers are unknown. The research sample of 150 respondents was selected through accidental-purposive-sampling technique. Quantitative primary data were collected through questionnaire surveys and analysed using path analysis. The results showed that digital marketing has direct and indirect effects on marketing performance through intellectual capital as an intervening variable which these effects are positive and significant

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style and discipline on employee performance at PT. Notojoyo Nusantara in a case study of the construction of the Greenstone City Malang housing area. This study used a research instrument, namely a questionnaire to obtain primary data. The population in this study were all employees of Greenstone City with the determination of the sample using the saturated sample technique with the stratified random sampling method. Respondents in this study were 44 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis where it is known that leadership style and discipline have no significant positive effect on the performance of Greenstone City employees.

Abstract

This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. Need further research to ensure that marketing influencer had an effect on purchase decision. Keywords: Product quality, price, marketing influencer, buying decision

Abstract

Saat ini di kota Malang semakin banyak bermunculan industri kreatif sub-sektor kriya berbasis olahan sampah dan barang bekas. Namun, dalam perkembangannya, banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh industri-industri kecil ini, seperti pemanfaatan digital marketing yang kurang optimal. Sebagaimana yang telah diketahui oleh masyarakat luas, inovasi digital dapat membangun konektivitas sehingga pelaku-pelaku bisnis banyak yang terhubung dengan pasar baru maupun akses modal yang berdampak pada kinerja industri. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui intellectual capital, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Studi ini dilakukan terhadap para pengusaha industri kreatif pengolah limbah dan barang bekas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 100 sampel pelaku industri dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuisioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengaruh langsung digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui intellectual capital. Walau demikian, intellectual capital mampu memediasi pengaruh digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Jadi, digital marketing yang digunakan oleh para pengusaha industri dapat meningkatan pengetahuan yang bisa diubah menjadi profit, sedemikian hingga volume penjualan, pertumbuhan pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan pendapatan juga semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kreativitas produk terhadap inovasi produk dan bagaimana fungsi mediasi keunggulan bersaing atas pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja industri. Penelitian ini merupakan field-research studi kasus terhadap 119 creative-preneurs yang ada di kota Malang yang dipilih secara accidental-purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi produk, keunggulan bersaing tidak memediasi pengaruh kreativitas terhadap kinerja industri tetapi memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja industri. Sehingga, untuk meingkatkan kinerja industri kreatif, produk-produk kreatif yang dihasilkan oleh industri kreatif harus memiliki keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulan bersaing ini dapat berupa harga yang kompetitif, produk yang memiliki manfaat tinggi, memiliki differensiasi dan tidak mudah tergantikan. Untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing tersebut, industri kreatif seharusnya melakukan inovasi produk dengan cara menemukan produk baru yang unik dan memiliki daya tarik tinggi, atau minimal mengembangkan produk yang sudah ada atau melakukan duplikasi dan sintesis produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of market orientation, innovation and product creativity on the performance of creative industries to achieve competitive advantage. This research is a field research case study on creative-preneur industries incorporated in Malang Creative Fusion (MCF). Sample was chosen by non probability sampling with purposive sampling approach that are creative-preneur industries that have willing to be respondents and can provide information needed in the study amounted to 133 respondents. The result of the research shows that market orientation, innovation and product creativity have positive and significant influence to the performance of creative industry to achieve competitive advantage. The managerial implications of the results of this study are that in order to achieve competitive advantage in highly competitive environments, creative-prenur industries should improve industry performance by optimizing market orientation, not just focusing on what can be produced, but also looking at what the customer wants, competitors, how to coordinate across the internal functions of the industry and think about its impacts for both consumers and the environment. Creative-prenur industries should also try to find new, unique and original creative products, or at least develop existing products, strive for products to have their own character, quality and high attractiveness.

Abstract

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.
