Abstract

Service is a producer's action to fulfil customer needs and desires to achieve customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a non-bank financial institution that offers credit services with collateral to the public. As a state-owned company, Pegadaian operates in the financial services sector and focuses on distributing loans with collateral to the community, especially the lower middle class and entrepreneurs classified as economically weak and small class. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature study with qualitative descriptive analysis. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Grogol Branch carries out pawn services, divided into pawn service procedures, re-pawn service procedures, and pawn redemption service procedures. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Grogol Branch provides pawn services for customers visiting the nearest pawnshop outlet, bringing collateral in the form of gold and original ID cards, apart from the service procedures of PT. Pegadaian also has several pawn products and services, including KCA (Fast et al.), Kreasi, and Krasida.

Abstract

Penjualan sering menghadapi persaingan antar perusahaan, termasuk menjual produk yang sama dan masalah persaingan harga. Dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut, mereka berusaha membuat produk lebih menarik bagi konsumen dengan memproduksi wadah dan kemasan yang baik, tetapi juga dengan memperhatikan keamanan produk mereka, seperti wadah dan kemasan yang tidak tumpah dan produk yang bagian dalamnya terjaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan pengaruh perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas serta mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peneliti mengenai hasil pada penelitian tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk perusahaan menentukan kebijakan atau keputusan yang tepat pada masa mendatang. Analisis data yang digunakan penulis yaitu analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi sofware statistical program for social scince (SPSS) versi 27. Metode analisis data yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan analisa regresi berganda. Perputaran piutang memengaruhi positif serta secara signifikan terhadap ROA. Perputaran persediaan memengaruhi positif serta secara signifikan pada ROA. Perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan memengaruhi secara bersamaan terhadap (ROA).

Abstract

Bank Jabar Banten Syariah is a company with a service sector, namely banking. Its production does not create goods but sells fund products, savings, credit and other service services. One of the products at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah is the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings which is a special savings for collecting funds according to Sharia for those who want to go on Hajj. The purpose of this Final Assignment is to find out the marketing strategy of the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings Product, the obstacles and solutions provided to face the obstacles in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings Product. The data collection method in the preparation of the Final Assignment is the observation method, interview, documentation with the analysis method using qualitative descriptive. The marketing strategy used is in accordance with the 4P marketing mix theory, namely, product, price, place, promotion. The obstacles faced in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product are that prospective hajj pilgrims have a less than good mindset, the long waiting list for hajj departure, the increase in hajj costs, the decreasing level of trust, and the large number of umrah travel. The solution that has been implemented by PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah in facing the obstacles in marketing the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product is to always conduct evaluations, carry out Islamic propagation, provide extra services to customers, cooperate with other institutions, and market products via online media.

Abstract

Strategi adalah pendekatan secara keseluruhan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan gagasan, perencanaan, dan eksekusi sebuah aktivitas dalam kurun waktu. Di dalam strategi yang baik terdapat koordinasi tim kerja, memiliki tema, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pelaksanaan gagasan secara rasional, efisien dalam pendanaan, dan memiliki taktik untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif. Disamping itu, pemasaran berfungsi untuk mendekatkan jarak antara produsen dan konsumen. Dengan memproduksi barang atau jasa, perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan penjualan dengan cara dan strategi yang tepat untuk merebut pelanggan sebanyak mungkin, setiap perusahaan memiliki cara dan strategi yang berbeda penggunaan cara dan metode tersebut dalam ilmu pemasaran disebut strategi pemasaran. Dari hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk yang diterapkan oleh PT Trikomsel Oke Outlet Samsung Experience Store Mall Grand Indonesia Jakarta adalah dengan menggunakan metode bauran pemasaran berupa produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Dalam melakukan kegiatan Strategi Promosi PT Trikomsel oke Outlet Samsung Experience Store Mall Grand Indonesia yaitu, promo harga, promo cashback, promo trade in, promo operator. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan PT Trikomsel oke Outlet Samsung Experience Store Mall Grand Indonesia dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk sudah sangat baik

Abstract

PT Inti Marina Netting yang dipilih sebagai objek penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan jaring ikan, aksesoris kelautan, peralatan menyelam serta peralatan untuk kelautan yang dalam kegiatan perusahaannya membutuhkan gudang yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam suatu perusahaan dagang, gudang memiliki arti yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan.Gudang atau storage merupakan tempat menyimpan barang baik bahan baku yang akan dilakukan proses manufacturing maupun barang jadi yang siap dipasarkan. Sedangkan pergudangan tidak hanya kegiatan penyimpanan barang saja melainkan proses penanganan barang mulai dari penerimaan barang, pencatatan, penyimpanan, pemilihan, penyortiran, pelebelan, sampai dengan proses pengiriman barang. Penelitian ini mengambil judul Prosedur Administrasi Gudang Alat-alat Kelautan Pada PT Inti Marina Netting Jakarta Barat. Penulis meneliti dengan metode pengamatan secara langsung, wawancara dengan kepala logistik Gudang Jaring dan dokumentasi dengan analisanya berupa kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Pelaksanaan administrasi gudang pada PT Inti Marina Netting Jakarta Barat dimulai dengan penerimaan barang masuk yang dikirim dari supplier dan pengeluaran barang yang akan dikirim ke customer sudah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

An important component in the company's procurement process is purchase. Starting from which supplier to buy, the type and quantity of goods to be purchased, and when to complete the purchase process. The purchasing department often prioritizes the selection of suppliers with the most affordable (lowest) prices and high-quality products. The purpose of purchasing a product is to guarantee its availability for use in the sales process, which highlights how important it is to purchase the product to meet a company's need for the product and keep costs low. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research methodology. To describe and study the phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and thoughts of people individually and in groups, qualitative research is used. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Operating Cash Flow and Financial Distress on the going concern audit opinion of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020 to 2022. A going concern audit opinion is an auditor’s statement regarding a company’s ability to continue its operations, serving as a crucial indicator for stakeholders in making economic decisions. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the factors that influence auditors in issuing such opinions is essential. This research adopts a quantitative approach using panel data logistic regression analysis. The analytical model employed is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), selected based on the results of the Chow and Hausman tests. The study sample consists of 23 manufacturing companies selected purposively according to specific criteria. The results indicate that the Operating Cash Flow variable has a significant effect on the going concern audit opinion, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.0003. This implies that the lower a company’s operating cash flow, the higher the likelihood of receiving a going concern opinion from the auditor. Similarly, the Financial Distress variable also has a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.0057, indicating that high financial pressure (as reflected by a lower Z-score) correlates with an increased risk of receiving a going concern opinion. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on audit opinion, as shown by the F-test probability value of 0.000800 and an R-squared value of 0.3485. These findings suggest that auditors consider key internal financial factors when evaluating a client’s going concern risk.

Abstract

Pengolahan Data Akuntansi Menggunakan Zahir Accounting 5.1 Pada PT.Menara Warna Indonesia Dalam era globalisasi ini teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik didalam pembuatan hardware maupun software. PT. Menara Warna Indonesia membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu program yang menunjang dalam pencapaian visi misi dan memberikan informasi yanng akurat dan tepat waktu. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat penelitian mengenai Pengolahan Data Akuntansi menggunakan Zahir Accounting 5.1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui system yang sedang berjalan, membuat perencanaan system, melakukan analisis dan pengujian system serta melakukan implementasi pengolahan data akuntansi. Penelitian ini berguna untuk membangun system pengolahan data akuntansi pada PT.Menara Warna Indonesia. Dalam pengolahan data akuntansi penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur yaitu metode prototype dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Setelah selesai dibuat, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pembuatan Zahir Accounting Versi 5.1 dalam system keuangan.

Abstract

In the era of intense global competition, organizations are increasingly required to adapt, innovate, and improve internal condition, including the creation of a conducive work environment that enhances employee comfort and motivation. This study aims to invatigate the influence of leadership style and organization culture on employee job satisfaction within Sekretariat Kota Administarsi Jakarta Selatan. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected through a survey involving 35 respondents. The data analysis was conducted using statistical software SPSS (Version 25). The result of the F-test showed a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, indicating that leadership style and organizational culture have a statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the research confirms that both variables play an important role in shaping employee satisfaction levels and hypothesis H3 is accepted. These finding emphasize the importance of effective leadership and a supportive organizational culture in enhancing workplace satisfaction

Abstract

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is a social community organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society that grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially engaged in medium and small businesses. While the membership of the Atsiri Citayem Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperative Mothers, is every member of the community. Atsiri Women's Cooperative, Established on December 11, 2011, is located at Jl. Jalan Sedap Malam Raya no 45 Rt 01 RW 12 Atsiri Permai Housing, Ragajaya Village, Bojonggede District. Bogor Regency. Postal Code 16920, engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Artificial intelligence has become the main focus in the development of computer systems that have the ability to resemble the function of the human brain. One of them is the development and utilization of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) as a tool to help work in various fields and in Kopwan Atsiri, One of which is through further training activities on the use of information technology, online marketing, business management, and other relevant aspects. So that the training and socialization carried out do not stop only in the scope of meetings, but can also be applied by the community in their daily business activities. In this context, the training aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the type of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), in providing customer service at Kopwan Atsiri. Through the implementation of direct implementation of practicing Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA), which is the most efficient in the context of customer service. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbot Ecosystem Virtual Assistant (EVA) in improving the effectiveness of customer service, as well as one solution in increasing knowledge, and making it easier to get fast information and provide a more accurate and strong understanding of efficiency.
