Abstract

Reading literacy has a very important role for women. Both in a personal context, as well as in the family and community environment. Reading skills allow women to access the information and knowledge needed to improve their self-competence. Women who have good reading skills can play a role in improving the quality of their children's education. This study aims to describe the role of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in improving women's reading literacy skills and its impact on women's reading literacy skills in Bogor Regency. This research was conducted with members of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in Bogor Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively through a comprehensive data identification and analysis process. To ensure the reliability of the data, the researcher used the triangulation method. The results of the study show that the structured reading literacy program initiated by Nasyiatul has successfully contributed to improving women's reading skills, especially Nasyiatul Aisyiyah members in Bogor Regency. This program not only provides benefits in literacy, but also supports the development of broader life skills, so that women become more prepared and empowered in facing challenges in society.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran terutama dalam konteks bahan ajar untuk anak usia dini. Namun, pendidik PAUD masih kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI untuk diterapkan dalam pembuatan bahan ajar. Metode: Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu PAUD Bunda Gemilang di Kecamatan Nanggung, dengan jumlah peserta 10 (sepuluh) orang guru. Metode yang digunakan yaitu edukasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan guru PAUD Bunda Gemilang dalam membuat bahan ajar menggunakan teknologi AI. Namun, guru PAUD Bunda Gemilang masih kesulitan mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran PAUD. Kesimpulan: Edukasi dan pendampingan membuat bahan ajar berbasis AI untuk guru PAUD penting dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di PAUD.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan penguasaan kata baku dan kalimat efektif dengan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas VII MTs Al Amin Bogor. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan; 1) adanya hubungan penguasaan kata baku dengan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur yaitu rhitung sebesar 0,691 dan rtabel 0,349. Disimpulkan rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,691 > 0,349 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, 2) adanya hubungan penguasaan kalimat efektif dengan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur yaitu rhitung sebesar 0,583 dan rtabel 0,349. Disimpulkan rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,583 > 0,349 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, 3) adanya hubungan penguasaan kata baku dan kalimat efektif dengan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur menghasilkan rhitung sebesar 0,713 dan rtabel yaitu 0,349. Disimpulkan bahwa rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,713 > 0,349, sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. KATA KUNCI: Penguasaan kata baku, kalimat efektif, keterampilan menulis teks prosedur   MASTERY OF STANDARD WORDS AND EFFECTIVE SENTENCESFOR STUDENTS OF MTS AL AMIN BOGOR INPROCEDURE TEXT WRITING SKILLS   ABSTRACT: This research intend to determine the relationship between mastery of standard words and effective sentences and procedural text writing skills in class VII students at MTs Al Amin Bogor. Based on data analysis, it was found; 1) there is a relationship between mastery of standard words and procedural text writing skills, namely rcount of 0.691 and rtable of 0.349. It can be concluded that rcount is greater than rtable, namely 0.691 > 0.349 so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, 2) there is a relationship between effective sentence mastery and procedural text writing skills, namely rcount is 0.583 and rtable is 0.349. Abstract

Rapid and continuous changes in education policy have placed high schools in a complex, ambiguous, and uncertain organizational condition. In this context, school principals are not only required to ensure administrative compliance with policies, but also to interpret policies and convert them into contextual strategic decisions and actions. This study aims to analyze the process of sensemaking of school principals in understanding education policies, examine the seizing process in strategic decision-making and mobilization of school resources, and explain the relationship between sensemaking and seizing in the leadership practice of school principals.This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with principals, observation of leadership practices, and analysis of school policy documents. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn.The results of the study show that sensemaking plays a role as a cognitive and interpretive foundation for school principals in understanding education policy as a transformation instrument oriented to the needs of students. The seizing process can be seen in data-driven strategic decision-making, program prioritization, and allocation of school resources to support policy implementation. The linkage between sensemaking and seizing forms an adaptive leadership pattern that allows schools to respond to educational policy dynamics more effectively and sustainably. This research contributes to the development of educational leadership studies by offering a sensemaking and seizing based on school principal leadership frameworks that are relevant to the context of high schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

Waiting time is a problem that often causes complaints from patients in several health facilities, one of which is the public health centre. Consistently long waiting times can lead to patient dissatisfaction. The length of waiting time has a great influence on patients on their level of satisfaction because it is related to the quality of service or treatment so that it must be considered by policy makers. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of respondents, length of time and patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Unit of Puskesmas I South Denpasar. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach with the sample technique used is purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire using the dimensions of tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and reliability. The results of this study indicate that most of the patients said the waiting time was not long and the patients were satisfied with the services at the outpatient unit of Puskesmas I South Denpasar.
