Abstract

Democracy today is very important because all citizens are given relatively equal rights in making decisions that can change their lives for the better. Some previous studies have shown that the amount of allocated funds distributed tends to correlate with areas that have been controlled by the party that is currently in control of the government. This study will focus on examining the impact of political concentration on the allocation of DAU and DAK, which will indirectly impact PAD. This research uses quantitative analysis of secondary data with the object of researching all districts and cities in Prov. Papua and Prov. West Papua in the period 2017-2021. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results found in this study are that there is a positive correlation between HHI and DAU per capita and DAK per capita. However, in statistical testing, the effect of HHI does not appear to be significant on PAD per capita within a district/city area in Prov. Papua and Prov. West Papua.

Abstract

The Trusted Government Leadership Model: Public Policy Perspectives in Indonesia is the subject of this study's description and analysis. This paper is based on several ideas and earlier research findings that illustrate the dynamics and issues with government leadership specific to regional heads of state. A literature review, including a conceptual analysis of textbooks and earlier research findings pertinent to this study, is the methodology employed. The results demonstrated that competence, goodness, integrity, and policy are the four (four) factors that impact a trustworthy government leadership model. Government leaders must possess the following qualities: (1) competence, which includes knowledge, skills, personality, and managerial abilities; (2) kindness and compassion; (3) integrity, which includes ethics and adherence to the law; and (4) policy, which consists of ten main principles, including the following: (a) public interest; (b) planning; (c) qualified; (d) management; (e) morality; (f) integrated; (g) impact; (h) honour; (i) glorify; and (j) learning.

Abstract

This research presents the design and development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Automatic Fish Feeder system using the Blynk platform to address common challenges in fish feeding management. The primary goal is to ensure consistent feeding schedules, minimize manual intervention, and provide remote control and monitoring capabilities. The system utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller integrated with ultrasonic sensors and servo motors to dispense feed accurately. Real-time data transmission is enabled via the Blynk Cloud, allowing users to schedule feeding times, monitor feed levels, and receive notifications when the feed stock is low. The methodology involves a multi-layer communication architecture: perception, data processing, communication, and application layers. Ultrasonic sensors calculate the remaining feed stock, while servo motors execute precise feeding commands. Users can interact through a user-friendly Blynk interface that visualizes feed levels, logs feeding history, and supports customizable schedules. The system also sends real-time alerts to ensure proactive management. The implementation successfully reduces manual feeding tasks, mitigates overfeeding risks, and enhances feed efficiency. This innovative approach supports sustainable aquaculture practices, promoting healthier fish growth for hobbyists and commercial breeders alike. Results demonstrate high reliability and user satisfaction, paving the way for future smart aquaculture solutions.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lembaga Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Lembaga Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 32 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas,heteroskedastisitas,uji t dan R2 .Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas (independent variable) dengan variabel terikat (dependent variabel ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat nilai R square 0,667 yang berarti disiplin kerja memiliki kontribusi sumbang sebesar 66,7% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lembaga Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru.Secara persial diperoleh variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Lembaga Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru dengan thitung 7,744 > ttabel 1,69726. Dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana dalam penelitian ini : Y = 0,756 + 0,828 X. Dengan signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05.Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini, bahwa hipotesis secara persial antara variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya.
