Abstract

Berecek Village, located in Sukatani District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province, has a river that has not been used optimally. This community service aims to utilize the available water energy so that it can produce Micro Hydro power plants. The manufacture of a micro-hydro power plant starts from measuring water potential, designing turbines and generators, then observing the work system and estimating the electrical power that will be generated. From the survey results, it is known that the water discharge is 0.0059 m3 / s and has a fall height of 4 m. This data is used to select the type of turbine, reservoir selection, quick pipe, and generator design. The results of the manufacture of micro power plants obtained by designing using an open flume propeller turbine with a turbine rotation speed of 2063 rpm, this PLTMH is able to produce turbine power of 1346 watts with a water discharge of 45 liters / second so that the power obtained is 1076 watts.

Abstract

Films are often used as a medium to address ongoing issues in society, one of the examples is HIV/AIDS. A “death sentence” as results from “deviant behavior” is still stigmatized and remains a major obstacle in mitigating the spread of the HIV up to the present day, since its first case in Indonesia back in 1987. One of Indonesian films that address the issue of HIV/AIDS is "Mika" (2013) revolves around a girl named Indi who falls in love with Mika, an ex-injectable drug user who suffers and eventually dies from AIDS. This film will be studied from an interdisciplinary perspective by analyzing the content, concepts, and contexts within the framework of visual cultural theories, using descriptive qualitative research methodology. The film "Mika" (2013) should have a close connection to the issues they represent and how they responsibly address the main issue at hand, which is to break the negative stigma associated with HIV/AIDS rather than reinforcing the notion of 'punishment' for 'deviant behavior' by exploiting the tragedy. Keywords: Film, HIV/AIDS, Content, Concept, Context.

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this research is the rampant competition in the bus transportation business which is marked by the increasing number of bus transportation companies in several locations that are even close to each other, which results in customers being faced with a lot of choices. One of the famous transportation services in Blitar City is the Rosalia Indah bus. Ticket sales from PO Rosalia Indah are higher every day compared to other POs, such as PO Harapan Jaya. Therefore, transportation service companies compete with each other to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure on user interest. The population in this study were Rosalia Indah bus users, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Rates, Accessibility, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on increasing user interest. Based on the research results, the regression equation model is Y = 1.821 + 0.424 + 0.263 + 0.178 + . the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.424, the accessibility variable with a coefficient of 0.263, the variable of facilities and infrastructure with a regression coefficient of 0.178. From the regression equation, the tariff variable has the most dominant effect on increasing the number of users with an R2(R Square) test of 0.626 or 62.6% which means that user interest is influenced by tariff variables, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and other factors that influence Rosalia Indah bus user interest is 37.4% or 0.374.
