Abstract

Traffic safety is influenced by several factors including Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions. Of the three, have an important role in improving traffic safety with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety on Jl. Holy-Pati Raya In this study, the research population is Traffic Safety on Jl. Raya Kudus-Pati with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: the independent variable is Driver Discipline (X.1), Law Enforcement (X.2), and Motorcycle and Road Conditions (X.3) and the dependent variable is Traffic Safety (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.16 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.758 + 1.963 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.287 X3+ ยต . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Driver Discipline on Traffic Safety (t count 13.675> t table 1.98447), Law Enforcement on Traffic Safety (t count 1.292 > t table 1.98447), Motor and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety (t count 2.099 > t table 1.98447), individually, Rider Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions affect Traffic Safety. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 71% on Traffic Safety and 29% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.

Abstract

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this research is the rampant competition in the bus transportation business which is marked by the increasing number of bus transportation companies in several locations that are even close to each other, which results in customers being faced with a lot of choices. One of the famous transportation services in Blitar City is the Rosalia Indah bus. Ticket sales from PO Rosalia Indah are higher every day compared to other POs, such as PO Harapan Jaya. Therefore, transportation service companies compete with each other to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure on user interest. The population in this study were Rosalia Indah bus users, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Rates, Accessibility, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on increasing user interest. Based on the research results, the regression equation model is Y = 1.821 + 0.424 + 0.263 + 0.178 + . the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.424, the accessibility variable with a coefficient of 0.263, the variable of facilities and infrastructure with a regression coefficient of 0.178. From the regression equation, the tariff variable has the most dominant effect on increasing the number of users with an R2(R Square) test of 0.626 or 62.6% which means that user interest is influenced by tariff variables, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and other factors that influence Rosalia Indah bus user interest is 37.4% or 0.374.
