Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the Value at Risk of single assets of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index using the Historical Simulation, Variance Covariance and Monte Carlo Simulation methods. The research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. The research design used in this study is a comparative study, this study uses data analysis methods with a quantitative approach. The results of the research are based on validity testing using the Backtesting Kupiec method and Basel traffic light known that all three methods are used in this study produces a valid (accurate) VaR value for used.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of use Mind Map Media (Mind Mapping) on student learning outcomes in social studies class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Attitude. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of Quasy Experiment . The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling , so that the samples were students of class IX.6 (Experimental class ) and students of class IX . 4 (Control class). Data collection techniques in the form of objective questions as many as 30 questions. After obtaining the data, a normality test and homogeneity test were carried out on the learning outcome data, then the t-test was continued . The results of the study show the average value of students who use Mind Map Media (Mind Mapping) that is 77.53 higher than students who use conventional media that is 70.5.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country that has large fishery resource potential and is spread over 11 Fishery Potential Areas (WPP). Therefore this research was conducted in order to obtain alternative strategies that can be implemented in an effort to increase the supply of tuna in the city of Padang using a system dynamic method approach. Based on the results obtained, increasing the amount of tuna supply can be done through existing policies in each scenario. The policies that can be carried out are: providing a fuel subsidy policy if scenario 1 is implemented, investing in the procurement of longline tuna vessels, licensing policies for increasing company capacity, and providing a fuel subsidy policy if scenario 2 is implemented, investing in the procurement of traditional vessels, investing in the procurement of longline tuna vessels, policies licensing for company capacity building, and providing fuel subsidy policies if scenario 3 is implemented. Determining the policies to be implemented for the next few years, this depends on policy makers who have considered the advantages and disadvantages of each scenario.

Abstract

Tujuan utuk memberikan bukti apakah variabel yang ada memang sudah diimplementasikan seperti keterikatan karayawan dalam temuan literatur yang ada dari berbagai jurnal online, permasalahan di atas merupakan permasalahan di perusahaan swasata yang berkaitan dengan variabel. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Metode kualitatif dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur terkait variabel dalam paper ini yang telah diimplementasikan dari hasil temuan paper tersebut. Temuan: Tulisan ini memberikan model dengan metode kualitatif dengan variabel yang ada dan menambah khasanah dan partisipasi dalam ilmu dan pengetahuan khususnya dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dengan objek penelitian di perusahaan swasta. Ada satu temuan yang sama dengan variabel tulisan ini dan objek yang sama yaitu hasil praktik manajemen SDM tertentu meningkatkan keterikatan karaywan dan menurunkan tingkat tuen over karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Hasil dari makalah ini juga menguatkan dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti lain untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan olah data SPSS untuk keakuratan statistik data.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the effect of economic growth, education and unemployment on poverty levels. This type of research is descriptive and associative research through secondary data. The results showed that (1) economic growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -1.4409 percent with a probability value = 0.00 2 (2) education had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -0.4376 percent with a probability value = 0. 006 (3) Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty by 0.502 percent with a probability value = 0.1771.

Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Relations of Mass Media to Human Resources and Hardware is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Mass Media relates to Human Resources; 2) Mass Media relates to Hardware; and 3) Human Resources related to Hardware. Apart from the exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables, there are other factors including: Electronic Media, Digital Media and Education. Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Hubungan Media Massa terhadap Human Resources dan Hardware merupakan artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Media Massa berhubungan terhadap Human Resources; 2) Media Massa berhubungan terhadap Hardware; dan 3) Human Resources berhubungan terhadap Hardware. Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing factors that influence entrepreneurial readiness are scientific articles that aim to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Creativity influences entrepreneurial readiness; 2) Self-efficacy influences entrepreneurial readiness; and 3) entrepreneurial motivation influences entrepreneurial readiness. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables, there are many other factors which influence entrepreneurial readiness which include entrepreneurial knowledge, internship experience, role of parents, and interest in entrepreneurship. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kreatifitas berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; 2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; dan 3) motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini, masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya yang mempengaruhi kesiapan berwirausaha dimana diantaranya yaitu pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengalaman prakerin, peran orang tua, dan minat berwirausaha.

The results of this literature review article include: 1) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences Entrepreneurial Motivation; 2) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences the Interest in Entrepreneurship; and 3) Entrepreneurial Motivation influences Entrepreneurial Interest. Apart from the exogenous variables above that influence the endogenous variables of Motivation and Interest in Entrepreneurship, there are other factors which include: Income expectations, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Personal independence, Family environment and Creativity. Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Pengaruh Jiwa Kwirausahaan terhadap Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha merupakan suatu artikel penelitian yang bertujuan dalam membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel literature review ini yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini antara lain: 1) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha; 2) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; dan 3) Motivasi Berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Selain dari variabel exogen diatas yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha, terdapat faktor lain diantaranya meliputi: Ekspetasi pendapatan, Pengetahuan kewirausahaan, Kemandirian pribadi, Lingkungan keluarga dan Kreativitas.
