Abstract

Kompensasi adalah semua pendapatan baik yang berbentuk uang, barang langsung atau tidak langsung yang diterima dosen sebagai imbalan atas jasa. Maka dari itu, pemberian kompensasi dosen di bayar sesuai dengan beban kerja dosen dengan tujuan pemberian kompensasi (balas jasa) untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dosen. Meodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian jurnal ini adalah kualitatif naturalisik, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) bentuk kompensasi yang diterima oleh dosen STAI Ma’arif Sarolangun yaitu kompensasi honor mengajar, menguji, membimbing mahasiswa PPL dan kukerta. 2) belum ada kompensasi yang berbentuk barang sebagai penghargaan kepada dosen yang berprestasi., 3) sistem pembayaran kompensasi dosen STAI Ma’arif Sarolangun sudah sesuai dengan prosedur, miskipun jumlah nominal Rupiah (Rp) yang diterima dosen masih dikategori rendah, jika dibandingkan dengan dosen STAI lain di bawah lingkungan Kopertai wilayah XIII Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Kebjikan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah dalam meningkatkan mutu sarana dan prasarana Madrasah sangat penting, maka dari itu yang menjadi Pertanyaan yaitu : 1) bagaimana kebijakan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah, 2) apa saja factor yang menjadi penghambat kepala Madrasah Aliyah, 3) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah Aliyah. Tujuan penelitian, mengetahui secara lebih mendalam tentang kebijakan, factor dan upaya Kepala Madrasah Aliyah. Manfaat penelitian secara teoritis dapat mengungkapkan data tentan Kebijakan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah, secara praktis menjadi menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan menjadi kontribusi untuk Madrasah Aliyah. Metode penelitian Deskriftip kualitatip mengungkapkan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Data Lapangan Kebijakan Kepala Madrasah Aliyah membuat perencanaan peningkatan mutu sarana dan prasarana, Banyak Faktor yang menjadi penghambat serta berupaya untuk melakukan perbaikan mutu sarana dan prasarana Kesimpulan belum ada kebijakan kepala Madrasah Aliyah dalam meningkatkan mutu Sarana dan prasarana. Faktor penghambat internal dan eksternal serta factor ekonomi orang tua siswa. upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala Madrasah Aliyah adalah diskusi, kekompakan secara internal dan keluar Madrasah Aliyah melakukan kerja sama dalam peningkatan mutu sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Leadership Management in Improving Service Quality in private universities in Jambi Province which is the target of research is under the Regional Kopertais Environment of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The quality of service in an organization is the main focus, considering that services that can be carried out effectively and efficiently are a dream for all customers, and the goal of the organization itself. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative-naturalistic approach. Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that an overview of leadership management and service improvement will be raised. The naturalistic approach demands data collection in a natural setting. The method used in collecting data in the field is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of service quality carried out by the Three Private STAIs in the Kopertais Region XIII Jambi City environment have both implemented the eight standards as specified in the planning. However, there is a very significant difference between Ashanta and Al-Azhar Private STAI and Al-Marif Private STAI. Of the three STAIs, the one that is superior is the Al-Ma'rif Private STAI, with evidence that can be seen from the number of students quite a lot, and the majority of the teaching staff are S2 qualified and some are even S3 qualified. When viewed from the satisfaction of service quality from customers, Al-Ma'rif Private STAI has the advantages of the three Private STAIs that are the targets of researchers, satisfaction indicators such as learning facilities and infrastructure are independent and have their own. In addition, the management of financing is more organized and transparent from the Foundation and the Chairperson of the Foundation to their subordinates. Payment of honorarium for staff and lecturers in accordance with the provisions specified and paid on time.

Abstract

Building the format for the transformation of Islamic Higher Education into a Private Islamic Institute is the target of three Private Islamic Higher Education under the Provincial Kopertais XIII Environment. Therefore, each PTAIS strives with all its might to meet the various requirements that have been determined, even though here and there there are still various obstacles faced such as it is still difficult to find Human Resources or teaching staff who are liner S1 and S2 in accordance with the Program Existing and future studies. In addition, there are still inadequate facilities and infrastructure from some PTAIS and other related matters. However, efforts will still be made to fulfill it so that what is desired can be achieved and realized.
