Abstract

Belajar adalah suatu proses kompleks yang terjadi pada diri setiaporang sepanjang. hdupnya belajar itu terjadi karena karena ada interaksi antara seseorang dengan lingkungannya. Oleh karena itu,belajar dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja. Salah satu pertanda bahwa seseorang itu telah belajar adalah adanya perubahan tingkah laku pada diri  seseorang, hal itu yang mungkin disebabkan oleh terjadinya perubahan pada tingkat pengetahuan,ketrampilan atau sikapnya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media with the Macromedia Flash 8 application to increase the learning motivation of class X MA PKP Al-Hidayah Jambi City. The researcher chose the Macomedia Flash 8 application because it makes it possible to create interactive learning media which consists of complete features so that the developed media is able to actively involve students' senses of sight and hearing so that the material absorption process becomes more optimal. And in the end the learning objectives can be achieved. This study aims to develop a learning media with the Macromedia Flash 8 application to increase the learning motivation of class X MA PKP Al-Hidayah Jambi City. The researcher chose the Macomedia Flash 8 application because it makes it possible to create interactive learning media which consists of complete features so that the developed media is able to actively involve students' senses of sight and hearing so that the material absorption process becomes more optimal. And in the end the learning objectives can be achieved. The results of this study are English teaching media in terms of validity, display quality, presentation quality and attractiveness aspects. Based on the results of the assessment questionnaire, media expert lecturers, design experts, and material experts gave the results of the assessment questionnaire in the very good category. The results show that aspects of convenience, attractiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of the product have been achieved. This proves that this product fits the needs and increases student motivation. Based on this research, learning subjects using macromedia flash 8 teaching media is in accordance with the needs of class X MA PKP Al-Hidayah Jambi City students. The development of this product can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi manajemen karakter religius serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan etika berbasis agama di SDIT Nurul Ilmi Jambi. Melibatkan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi implementasi kurikulum berbasis agama, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, peran guru dan karyawan, keterlibatan orang tua, serta sistem monitoring dan evaluasi dalam upaya pembentukan karakter siswa. Matriks analisis akan digunakan sebagai alat utama untuk merinci setiap komponen strategi manajemen karakter dan dampaknya pada etika berbasis agama. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai efektivitas strategi manajemen karakter religius di SDIT Nurul Ilmi Jambi serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pihak sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembentukan karakter dan etika siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki relevansi signifikan dalam konteks pendidikan karakter di sekolah-sekolah Islam terpadu.

Abstract

Class VIII-C student learning outcomes experience classical mastery. This is motivated by how active students are and how extensive understanding of the material impacts learning outcomes. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Make a Match model to learning aqeedah morals can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-C Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Jambi City. This type of research is classroom action research. The class that was used as the class under study was class VIII-C as a whole the students in that class. Data collection techniques using multiple choice questions, interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of applying the Make a Match learning model, it is categorized as very good. This can be seen from the scores of student learning outcomes after the learning process in each cycle has increased. Based on the learning outcomes scores obtained by students from cycle I, the average value was 73,3 or 17 students had completed learning, cycle II had an average score of 86,3 or 27 students had completed learning. So it can be concluded that the average increase in learning outcomes after the application of the Make a Match learning model that occurs from cycle I to cycle III is 79.8, which means that through the application of the Make a Match learning model it is able to improve learning outcomes to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kebutuhan beras sebagai bahan pangan pokok di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan, peningkatan produktivitas padi menjadi hal yang sangat mendesak. SRI merupakan salah satu metode budidaya yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas padi di Indonesia. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kelompok tani Tunas Mudo tentang potensi budidaya padi dengan metode SRI. Metode: Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan di Desa Koto Dua Lama Kecamatan Air Hangat, Kabupaten Kerinci, Provinsi Jambi. Peserta kegiatan adalah Kelompok Tani Tunas Muda Desa Koto Dua Lama. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan ceramah dan diskusi. Sebelum dan setelah kegiatan selesai, kuesioner mengenai materi budidaya padi SRI dibagikan kepada petani yang mengikuti sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Hasil: Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan dalam sosialisasi metode SRI yang dilakukan pada kelompok tani Tunas Muda berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan motivasi petani untuk mengadopsi teknik budidaya SRI. Langkah selanjutnya yang perlu dilakukan adalah pendampingan secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan implementasi metode SRI berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak nyata terhadap peningkatan produktivitas padi di wilayah tersebut. Kesimpulan: Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta sosialisasi yaitu 55% peserta cukup paham dan 45% sangat paham tentang teknik SRI. Pelatihan memberikan pengetahuan baru terkait penggunaan bibit muda, jarak tanam lebar, penyiangan dan pengelolaan tanah, dan pengaturan irigasi. Sebanyak 82% peserta berencana menerapkan metode SRI. Semua peserta (100%) menyatakan metode SRI lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan metode konvensional.

Abstract

Leadership Management in Improving Service Quality in private universities in Jambi Province which is the target of research is under the Regional Kopertais Environment of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The quality of service in an organization is the main focus, considering that services that can be carried out effectively and efficiently are a dream for all customers, and the goal of the organization itself. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative-naturalistic approach. Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that an overview of leadership management and service improvement will be raised. The naturalistic approach demands data collection in a natural setting. The method used in collecting data in the field is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of service quality carried out by the Three Private STAIs in the Kopertais Region XIII Jambi City environment have both implemented the eight standards as specified in the planning. However, there is a very significant difference between Ashanta and Al-Azhar Private STAI and Al-Marif Private STAI. Of the three STAIs, the one that is superior is the Al-Ma'rif Private STAI, with evidence that can be seen from the number of students quite a lot, and the majority of the teaching staff are S2 qualified and some are even S3 qualified. When viewed from the satisfaction of service quality from customers, Al-Ma'rif Private STAI has the advantages of the three Private STAIs that are the targets of researchers, satisfaction indicators such as learning facilities and infrastructure are independent and have their own. In addition, the management of financing is more organized and transparent from the Foundation and the Chairperson of the Foundation to their subordinates. Payment of honorarium for staff and lecturers in accordance with the provisions specified and paid on time.
