Abstract

Abstract— In making a sale of a product offline usually requires a sales force to market the product to various regions. But in the utilization of sales force, sometimes there are still many who do not plan how to deploy / allocate existing sales force to obtain optimal / maximum and efficient results. Of the various ways, one of the choices of ways that can be used is dynamic programming / programming which is a solution approach, where the method can be used to help provide planning in distributing sales force deployments to several regions, so simply this dynamic program can provide solutions in the problem of distributing the sales force that is done manually by by detailing the problem and solving it in stages. In the case of the distribution of sales force from the "ABC" Plate Crackers Center to several sales areas, the results are obtained for the allocation of sales force to 3 regions (sub-districts) with the result of 0 salespeople for the region (sub-district) 2, 0 salespeople for the region (sub-district) 3, and 3 salespeople for the region (sub-district) 1 in order to obtain maximum / optimal sales results. Keywords—: Sales force; Dynamic Program; Plate crackers.

Abstract

The Main Branch Post Office (Kantor Pos Cabang Utama, KCU) Madiun, as part of the Pos Indonesia network, plays a key role in managing parcel deliveries, document handling, and financial transactions in Madiun and surrounding areas. The delivery process includes three main stages: First Mail, Middle Mail, and Last Mail. In the First Mail stage, mail and parcels are collected at counters from various sources such as post offices, mailboxes, or customers. In the Middle Mail stage, items are sorted by officers based on their final destinations. Finally, in the Last Mail stage, parcels are sorted again by specific routes or locations within the city before being delivered directly to recipients by couriers.This research focuses on evaluating and improving the user interface of the "Tracking System," a digital tool used to monitor shipments across these stages. To measure its usability and user-friendliness, the System Usability Scale (SUS) method was employed, involving 10 statements for respondents, who were selected from system users. The study's findings reveal that the tracking system is categorized as "OK" in adjective ratings and "Marginal" in terms of acceptability. These results highlight areas for improvement in the system to better support the growing demands of digital postal services while ensuring user satisfaction.

Abstract

The delivery of information to the general public is one of the business processes that need to be developed at Mojorejo 01 Elementary School, Madiun City. The school profile website can be used as a medium for distributing school information, so that the general public, guardians, students, and teachers can obtain information on time. In addition, information about guidance and counseling from student achievements needs to be published to increase the school's excellence. In this study, an architectural design was designed for the development of a school profile website and e-counseling application to support the business processes at Mojorejo 01 Elementary School, Madiun City. The development of architectural design includes several stages of business process architecture design, data and information architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The results of the study are in the form of architectural design and recommendations for developing school web applications and e-counseling that can be used by schools and developers in developing applications. To assess the suitability of the architectural design to the needs of the business process and business processes of Mojorejo 01 Elementary School, an evaluation has been carried out with a result of 83.8%, which shows that the architectural design can be applied in application development.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in education is one of the important steps in improving the quality of learning in Indonesia, especially in primary schools. Along with technological developments, the use of graphic design applications such as Canva can increase teacher creativity in creating interesting and interactive learning media. SDN Sukosari, Madiun City, is the chosen location to implement training on the use of Canva for teachers to improve the quality of learning. The problem faced by teachers at SDN Sukosari is the limited ability to create learning media that is interesting and in accordance with the characteristics of students. Therefore, this training aims to improve teachers' skills in using Canva to design interactive learning media. The method used in this service is practical training with a hands-on approach involving 8 teachers at SDN Sukosari. The results showed that 90% of teachers felt more confident in using Canva, and 85% of students felt that learning became more interesting. The results of this service show that the use of Canva can improve the quality of teaching and learning at the primary school level, and provide a basis for the development of technology-based learning in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the digital branding potential of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri, a construction service company in East Java, through the use of TikTok as a promotional platform. The construction industry is traditionally slow in adopting digital media, making this study relevant in exploring new communication strategies. Using observations and interviews, the study identifies the company’s visual strengths—such as project progress updates, before-after visuals, and client testimonials—as effective content for short-form video storytelling. However, internal challenges include limited digital literacy, lack of content production tools, and the absence of standard procedures. External barriers such as skepticism toward social media marketing in the construction field and algorithm changes on TikTok also hinder adoption. Thematic analysis reveals three key needs: utilizing existing visual assets effectively, improving digital skills through internal training, and developing a culture that supports digital transformation. As an initial solution, the study proposes a basic strategy involving educational and behind-the-scenes videos, a simple content production guide, and a 30-day content campaign to test engagement. Collaboration with local creators is also suggested to increase reach. The findings support previous research on the role of short-form video in enhancing brand awareness and trust, particularly in service-based and traditionally conservative industries.

Abstract

Branding ialah sebuah istilah kegiatan dalam membangun merek meliputi penciptaan identitas visual, komunikasi sampai pembentukan perilaku atau budaya usaha. Salah satu unsur penting dalam penciptaaan identitas visual adalah logo usaha. Dengan adanya persaingan bisnis mengharuskan setiap usaha untuk menerapkan strategi dalam pemasaran produk guna memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan minat beli pada konsumen ialah penerapan branding pada usaha produk maupun jasa. Branding merupakan kegiatan untuk menciptakan image pada sebuah produk. Jasa cuci sepatu PastiClean merupakan salah satu usaha penyedia jasa cuci sepatu di sekitaran kampus Universitas PGRI Madiun. Meskipun usaha ini baru berdiri, usaha ini belum memiliki media untuk branding. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan membuat identitas visual pada usaha tersebut melalui proses branding dengan perancangan desain logo untuk promosi. Pembuatan logo dinilai tepat karena sesuai dengan kondisi usaha yang diperlukan oleh usaha ini. Desain logo mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen tentang kepercayaan dan kredibilitas suatu merek. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dimulai dengan melakukan survei pada pelaku usaha dengan melakukan wawancara, analisis kebutuhan usaha, dan penyerahan hasil desain logo. Hasil dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya identitas visual melalui logo sebagai identitas usaha dan media promosi.

Abstract

Pada dunia Pendidikan, guru memiliki peran penting untuk menyalurkan ilmu dan pengetahuan kepada siswa/siswi di Sekolah. MI Tarbiyatul Muballighin merupakan salah satu sekolah yang selalu memberikan pendampingan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan pemahan tentang Teknologi Informasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Pemanfaatan Open AI sebagai salah satu aplikasi pembantu mencari referensi saat ini menjadi aplikasi yang banyak digunakan berbagai pihak. Namun dengan adanya aplikasi Open AI, guru harus tetap memiliki sumber referensi yang valid, seperti buku, modul dan jurnal. Pendampingan pada guru untuk menggunakan Open AI dalam proses pembelajaran pada kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pada guru tentang teknologi Open AI (ChatGPT) yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari materi yang akan disampaikan pada saat pembelajaran. Namun guru harus memastikan materi yang didapatkan dari aplikasi Open AI sudah sesuai dengan sumber revenesi yang valid. Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan survey pretest dan posttest tentang pemahaman yang diisi guru peserta pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 85% dari pemahaman guru terhadap literasi digital untuk meningkatkan inovasi guru dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran.
