Abstract

Abstract— Information and communication technology is currently developing very rapidly, this is indicated by the use of the internet by the general public. The internet as a medium of communication and information has now become a primary need. The benefits of the internet are very large, especially in the world of education, entertainment, business and government. Kiringan village is one of the villages located in Takeran District, Magetan Regency. Kiringan Village still uses conventional information media, namely by using a notice board located at the village office to convey public information such as an introduction to the organizational structure, activities, location and village potentials that the community feels is less legible. With the development of information and communication technology that is increasingly rapid and massive, the village of Kiringan needs an online information medium which can also be called a village website. So that this village website is expected to optimize public information to the Kiringan village community and the community outside the Kiringan village as a village promotion media in introducing the village potentials as well as the administration of public services in the Kiringan village. Keywords—: Information Technology; Kiringan Village; Public service; Village Website.

Abstract

The library is a Technical Implementation Unit in tertiary institutions that has a role as a means of supporting the lecture process for students as well as media for gathering and disseminating information in the aspects of education, research aspects and aspects of community service to help achieve the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Digital Library is the result of the role of information technology that provides convenience in providing information to users without being hindered by time and space. The aim of this research is to evaluate the digital library of Madiun University using the HOT-Fit Model (Human, Organizaton, Technology) method, which contains several variables, namely system quality, service quality, information quality, service use, service quality, system benefits and customer satisfaction . the results of this study as a whole can be seen the relationship between the three variables interplay between variables.

Abstract

Abstract. Information technology systems in the era of globalization have become something important and become one of the supporting needs and human life. Information technology has now spread to become a medium used by people to carry out activities such as communication, discussion, and as a forum for providing information through Websites with internet connections. Bendo Village is one of the sub-districts in Magetan Regency which until now does not have an official village Website. Even though the village has good potential, such as in the fields of UMKM, agriculture, and plantations. This of course can develop well if this potential can be managed properly, namely by integrating the use of technology and information through the creation and use of village Websites. This Community Service activity began on April 9, 2022, with the stages of data collection and analysis, the Website needs analysis, Website creation, content filling, training for admin or Website operators to managing village Website management carried out by 3 Bendo Village staff. This Community Service activity resulted in a Kelurahan Website with the domain https://bendo-magetan.id/. Through this kelurahan Website, kelurahan officials can disseminate information such as profiles, vision and mission, organizational structure, administrative areas, kelurahan information, demographics, and news content, and other information. In its implementation, this Community Service activity encountered obstacles including the absence of administrative staff or special staff assigned to manage the Website so that news content and information were not updated, internet network connection infrastructure was not maximized and soft skills in writing news or informational content on the Website. . It is hoped that related parties to policymakers in Bendo Sub-district can prepare soft skills for sub-district apparatus, so that in the future all Bendo sub-district officials can upload news or information contained on the village Website. Abstrak. Sistem teknologi informasi pada era globalsisasi menjadi sesuatu yang penting dan menjadi salah satu penunjang kebutuhan dan kehidupan manusia. Teknologi informasi saat ini sudah banyak merambat menjadi medium yang digunakan orang untuk melakukan kegiatan seperti komunikasi, diskusi, maupun sebagai wadah penyedia informasi melalui Website dengan koneksi internet. Kelurahan Bendo merupakan salah satu kelurahan di kabupaten magetan yang hingga saat ini belum memiliki Website resmi kelurahan. Padahal kelurahan tersebut memiliki potensi yang baik seperti pada bidang UMKM, pertanian dan perkebunan. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat berkembang dengan baik jika potensi tersebut dapat dikelola dengan baik yakni dengan mengintegrasikan pada pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi melalui pembuatan dan pemanfaatan Website kelurahan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dimulai pada tanggal 9 April 2022 dengan tahapan pengumpulan serta analisis data, Analisa kebutuhan Website, pembuatan Website, pengisian konten, pelatihan admin atau operator Website hingga pengelolaan manajemen Website kelurahan yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang staff Kelurahan Bendo. Dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan sebuah Website Kelurahan dengan domain https://bendo-magetan.id/. Melalui Website kelurahan ini, pihak kelurahan dapat menyebarkan informasi seperti profil, visi misi, struktur organisasi, wilayah administrasi, informasi kelurahan, demografi, dan konten berita serta informasi lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaanya, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini mengalami kendala diantaranya belum adanya tenaga administrasi atau staff khusus yang di tugaskan untuk mengelola Website sehingga pengisian konten berita dan informasi kurang update, infrastruktur koneksi jaringan internet yang belum maksimal serta softskill dalam penulisan konten berita atau informasi di Website. Diharapkan pihak terkait pemangku kebijakan yang ada di kelurahan bendo dapat mempersiapkan softskill perangkat kelurahan, sehingga kedepannya semua perangkat kelurahan Bendo dapat melakukan pengunggahan berita atau konten informasi di Website kelurahan.

Abstract

Teachers and staff of the State Elementary School 01 Klegenserut, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency are required to be dynamic towards technological developments that are overgrowing so that their students can develop using available applications such as PowerPoint applications and Google Education. The use of the Microsoft PowerPoint application by using presentation slides and Google Education (Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Drive) at the State Elementary School 01 Klegenserut, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency has not been optimal with the lack of ability of teachers and staff in presenting presentations using presentation media. This is from the Community Service Team providing training to these teachers and staff in addition to deepening the material for Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Education to provide skills in this application. This activity is carried out by preparing the material, ensuring the place and supporting facilities, explaining the theory about the material by direct practice, making student learning media and also this activity is carried out in the form of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers in the classroom which is attended by seven teachers and one teacher Administrative staff.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Ubi alabio (Dioscorea alata L.) is a type of yam plant that is widely cultivated in lebak swamplands and is classified as a shrub and grows vines with a length of 3-10 metres. Problems that are still faced by many farmers, namely the presence of pest attacks by caterpillars, beetles and aphids so that good tillage and plant maintenance are needed. This study aimed to determine the optimal growth results of alabio sweet potatoes with the use of Liquid Organic Fertiliser from goat manure. The method used is Randomised Group Design (RAK), which is a repetition method. The results of this study that the goat manure POC factor consists of 5 levels with 5 replicates and each replicate consists of 5 plants, so that the number of plants observed is 125 plants. In stem length, goat manure POC affects plant growth, stem length is increasingly influential at week 4 after planting, but at week 16 the plant has no real effect. In the analysis of stem height observations, goat manure POC had no significant effect on the growth of the main stem height with the highest number of 546 cm at 16 weeks after planting. For the number of leaves, POC has no significant effect on the observation variable time at the highest result is at 291.8 at 16 weeks after planting. In the observation of the number of branches, goat manure POC had no significant effect on the number of branches, for the highest results obtained at 6.44 at 16 weeks after planting. This study concluded that the use of POC from goat manure can be a good alternative to increase agricultural yields, although it is necessary to choose the right concentration to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

The Main Branch Post Office (Kantor Pos Cabang Utama, KCU) Madiun, as part of the Pos Indonesia network, plays a key role in managing parcel deliveries, document handling, and financial transactions in Madiun and surrounding areas. The delivery process includes three main stages: First Mail, Middle Mail, and Last Mail. In the First Mail stage, mail and parcels are collected at counters from various sources such as post offices, mailboxes, or customers. In the Middle Mail stage, items are sorted by officers based on their final destinations. Finally, in the Last Mail stage, parcels are sorted again by specific routes or locations within the city before being delivered directly to recipients by couriers.This research focuses on evaluating and improving the user interface of the "Tracking System," a digital tool used to monitor shipments across these stages. To measure its usability and user-friendliness, the System Usability Scale (SUS) method was employed, involving 10 statements for respondents, who were selected from system users. The study's findings reveal that the tracking system is categorized as "OK" in adjective ratings and "Marginal" in terms of acceptability. These results highlight areas for improvement in the system to better support the growing demands of digital postal services while ensuring user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kegiatan abdimas ini merupakan hilirisasi dari penelitian tim sebelumnya yang mengambil tema analisa dan optimalisasi teknologi digital pada proses pembelajaran sekolah dasar di Kota Madiun. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, kendala yang dialami pada proses pembelajaran, terutama pembelajaran daring diantaranya ialah menguasaan IT atau teknologi digital  guru yaitu mendapatkan nilai 12% dimana kendala tersebut merupakan kendala yang meniliki point yang tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan abdimas ini adalah meningkatkan softskill atau kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran dengan pelatihan penggunaan Google Education dan Pen Tablet. Metode dalam pelaksanaan Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdapat empat tahapan diantaranya Survey,  Optimalisasi, Materi, dan Evaluasi. Kegiatan abdimas dalam bentuk pendampingan atau pelatihan yang telah dilakukan cukup berhasil, hal tersebuat dapat dilihat dari indikator prosentase peserta yang dapat mengimplementasikan teknologi digital berupa Pen Tablet dan Google Education dengan nilai 72%. Namun setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian ini hendaknya dilakukan kegiatan tindak lanjut agar kemampuan literasi digital guru terus meningkat dan Guru harus mengaplikasikan hasil pelatihan ke dalam pembelajaran agar hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in education is one of the important steps in improving the quality of learning in Indonesia, especially in primary schools. Along with technological developments, the use of graphic design applications such as Canva can increase teacher creativity in creating interesting and interactive learning media. SDN Sukosari, Madiun City, is the chosen location to implement training on the use of Canva for teachers to improve the quality of learning. The problem faced by teachers at SDN Sukosari is the limited ability to create learning media that is interesting and in accordance with the characteristics of students. Therefore, this training aims to improve teachers' skills in using Canva to design interactive learning media. The method used in this service is practical training with a hands-on approach involving 8 teachers at SDN Sukosari. The results showed that 90% of teachers felt more confident in using Canva, and 85% of students felt that learning became more interesting. The results of this service show that the use of Canva can improve the quality of teaching and learning at the primary school level, and provide a basis for the development of technology-based learning in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the digital branding potential of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri, a construction service company in East Java, through the use of TikTok as a promotional platform. The construction industry is traditionally slow in adopting digital media, making this study relevant in exploring new communication strategies. Using observations and interviews, the study identifies the company’s visual strengths—such as project progress updates, before-after visuals, and client testimonials—as effective content for short-form video storytelling. However, internal challenges include limited digital literacy, lack of content production tools, and the absence of standard procedures. External barriers such as skepticism toward social media marketing in the construction field and algorithm changes on TikTok also hinder adoption. Thematic analysis reveals three key needs: utilizing existing visual assets effectively, improving digital skills through internal training, and developing a culture that supports digital transformation. As an initial solution, the study proposes a basic strategy involving educational and behind-the-scenes videos, a simple content production guide, and a 30-day content campaign to test engagement. Collaboration with local creators is also suggested to increase reach. The findings support previous research on the role of short-form video in enhancing brand awareness and trust, particularly in service-based and traditionally conservative industries.
