This study intends to examine the understanding of fundamentalism that exists in society as one of the discussions on contemporary issues in the Islamic religion using the perspective of maudhu'i interpretation in the Koran. The research method that we used in writing this research is a qualitative method, namely by collecting accredited journals to serve as references and reading material and taking references to several reliable sources. To interpret the verse we use the thematic interpretation method, namely by searching for the word to be interpreted, then looking for the intended theme of the verse and presenting the verse and its translation and writing the asbabun nuzul and its interpretations. Beginning with choosing words in the Koran that are in accordance with meanings that are close to fundamentalism, then studied and examined using maudhu'i interpretations. This research presents and describes the problems of Muslims who still use fundamentalism and do not want to open themselves to other than their group, as well as people who understand religion rigidly and are fixated on texts alone.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam (YPI) Adabiyah Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini 40 guru. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Penddidikan Islam Adabiyah. Variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan pengaruh sebesar sebesar sebesar 0,864 persen, sedangkan 13,6 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Fisheries potential contained in Hulu Sungai Utara District into its own record in anattempt to boost a greater role in the economy Hulu Sungai Utara District. Besides this,the human resources to move the fishery sector has to prospect for development. Becausethe fishery potential is very large and is supported by natural resources is great, but theproduction of the fisheries sector is still relatively small, so to the need for policies thatcan encourage to increase fish production in the particular subsector of aquaculture inHulu Sungai Utara and indirectly will improve people’s welfare especially fish farmers.This study aims to determine what factors are some influence on farmers’ incomefish pond, method of this study is research that is descriptive quantitative research objectincome of farmers in HaurGading Village research object income of farmers inHaurGading Village using this type of primary data obtained from interviews of all fishfarmers fish pond with a population of 32 respondents and secondary data obtained fromthe relevant agencies.The result showed that the factors of land, feed, seed, and drugs affect concurrentlyor simultaneislyti the farmer's income fish pond, and there are factors of land and seedsthat are partially significant effect on the income of farmers fish pond in HaurGadingDistrict.
