Abstract

Abstract The Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province still confronts a problem, i.e., unavailability of the evaluation of maturity level measurement of information technology performance. Thus, its loss towards the development of information technology information in the aforementioned provincial service will be slow. This present study aimed to find out the maturity level of information technology performance and to provide a recommendation in terms of performance betterment to improve information technology performance in the Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province. Cobit 4.1 Framework was used on account of its function as a supporting tool featuring the most appropriate scope of discussion from the aspect of research needs. One of which was to measure the performance of service delivery to be more beneficial in information technology management by applying DS (Delivery and Support) and ME (Monitoring Evaluation) domains. It was indicated that the performance maturity level in the site area had not arrived at the expected value. For such reasons, it was expected that the evaluation of information technology performance measurement could serve as the source of information. This research suggested the provincial service to enhance its information technology performance. Keywords: Governance Evalution; Information Technology Performance; Cobit 4.1 Framework; DS and ME Domains.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti pada bulan November 2022 di kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Limboto, menunjukan bahwa pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran desain grafis masih kurang optimal. dikarenakan kurangnya model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru serta pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru yang mengakibatkan kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi mengolah grafis dan video. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan II, setiap siklusnya teridiri atas 2 kali pertemuan. Yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan persentase hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimum yakni 44%. Namun hasil tersebut belum memenuhi capaian dari persentase hasil belajar yang telah di tentukan yaitu 80%, maka penelitian akan dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan persentase terhadapt hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan mencapai 100%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siwa kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Limboto pada materi mengolah grafis dan video. Kata kunci : hasil belajar;Kooperatif type jigsaw

Abstract

Tomini Bay is famous for its natural beauty under the sea, and seems to be a paradise for divers. Apart from the beautiful coral reefs, various types of fish also live here. Bone Bolango Regency is one of the areas located in and has a very rich potential for underwater biodiversity. Kabila Bone District has 9 villages, all directly facing Tomini Bay in the southern part, where it is known that Tomini Bay has biodiversity and natural beauty, especially in the marine sector. Therefore, Olele village is a village with very potential marine tourism, especially to revive the community's economy. The purpose of this Community Service Community Service is to empower the people of Olele Village in mapping the potential for marine tourism in the village as well as developing marine tourism applications that can be used by the wider community which is expected to strengthen the maritime sector.Tomini Bay is famous for its natural beauty under the sea, and seems to be a paradise for divers. Abstract

The level of students' interest in the concept of sorting algorithms is still low, mostly due to the use of traditional teaching methods by teachers, where students are less engaged in the active learning process. This method is often ineffective in helping students understand the concept of sorting algorithms comprehensively. Therefore, this study aims to rectify this situation by using project-based learning methods, which are expected to enhance students' comprehension. In this study, a pre-experimental study was conducted using a one-group pretest-posttest design to assess the impact of implementing the new method. The study's results demonstrate a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes, as seen by the disparity in scores between the pretest and posttest. On average increase of 14.167 and (Sig.) 0.000, with a value lower than 0.05, these data indicate that the project-based learning method successfully improves students' understanding of sorting algorithms significantly. ABSTRAK Tingkat ketertarikan Siswa terhadap konsep algoritma pengurutan masih rendah, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penggunan metode pengajaran yang bersifat konvensional oleh guru, di mana siswa kurang dilibatkan dalam proses belajar aktif. Metode ini sering kali tidak efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep algoritma pengurutan secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, adapun tujuannya guna memperbaiki situasi ini dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning yang mampu memberikan pemahaman lebih kepada siswa. Dilakukannya studi pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group – pretest posttest pada penelitian ini guna menilai dampak penerapan metode baru tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya peningkatan yang tinggi dalam hasil belajar Siswa, yang terlihat dari perbedaan skor antara pretest dan posttest. Dengan nilai rata-rata peningkatan 14,167 dengan (Sig.) 0,000 yang berada < 0,05, hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwasanya model pembelajaran project based leaerning berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman Siswa tentang algoritma pengurutan secara signifikan.
