Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of the covid 19 pandemic on the financial performance of companies in the tourism sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during 2019 to 2021. This type of research is explanatory. The population of this study are tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. The sample in this study are 12 tourism companies selected by purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of tourism companies. The analytical tool in this study uses SPSS with the analysis technique of the sample paired t test. The results of this study indicate that the Return on Equity Variable there is no significant difference in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Operating Profit Margin Variable there is no significant difference in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Return on Assets variable has no significant difference in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Variable Current Ratio there is no significant difference in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Variable Debt to Equity Ratio there is no significant difference in the tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Variable Size of the Company does not exist significant difference in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat difokuskan pada siswa-siswa kelas X pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 20 Surabaya, terdapat tiga permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu: (1) Kurangnya pemahaman siswa dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi atas kain batik ecoprint; (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan menentukan harga jual produk berupa kain batik ecoprint; (3) Kurangnya pengetahuan estetika menata daun-daun di atas kain mori putih. Adapun solusi yang diberikan : (1) Melakukan pelatihan dengan memberikan materi dan pengetahuan cara menghitung harga pokok produksi, (2) Melakukan pelatihan cara menentukan harga jual serta, (3) Melakukan pendampingan kepada siswa-siswa pada saat melakukan proses penataan daun-daun di atas kain mori putih, agar mendapatkan estetika yang lebih bagus. Terdapat empat tahap yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu : tahap persiapan (identifikasi kebutuhan), tahap penentuan jadwal, tahap pelaksanaan (pendampingan dan pelatihan) dan tahap evaluasi. Keempat tahap sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan ketiga solusi telah dilakukan dalam dua kali pertemuan yaitu berupa pendampingan estetika penataan daun dan pelatihan cara menentukan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual kain batik ecoprint.

Abstract

This service journal is the output of community service activities that have a topic on customer service by involving the role of students in it. Where this activity aims to provide an overview to students about the application of learning during the lecture process and as another form of guidance to students and the community where this programme takes place. The location of the service is located in the sub-district of Gresik. There are several planning steps that have been conceptualised to support this activity. At the time of implementation, it was found that one of the various obstacles faced was the lack of understanding regarding adequate facilities to support activities and marketing methods that could support increased repurchase interest in medium business development activities which were planned to focus on online and offline-based development. From the activities that have been carried out involving product users, the implementation of activities that have been agreed by both parties is considered to have an influence on increasing repurchase interest.

Abstract

Financial management behavior is a person's ability to organize and control planning, budgeting, auditing, managing, controlling, raising funds, and storing financial funds on a daily basis. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and lifestyle on financial management behavior in society. The number of respondents in this study was 160, with the criteria of being domiciled in the city of Surabaya and having a minimum income of IDR 4,000,000 per month. Respondent data was collected by questionnaire using judgmental (purposive) sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study explain that financial literacy has no effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior, and lifestyle has no significant effect on public financial management behavior.

Abstract

Minat investasi mencerminkan kecenderungan seseorang untuk menanamkan modal yang dimiliki pada instrumen keuangan dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri apakah terdapat pengaruh dari variabel literasi keuangan, persepsi risiko, dan motivasi terhadap minat investasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 142 responden pada generasi Z dengan rentang usia 17 hingga 27 tahun yang berdomisili di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan dan motivasi terbukti berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Namun, pada variabel persepsi risiko tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan motivasi guna mendorong minat berinvestasi generasi Z untuk mulai berinvestasi agar mencapai kesejahteraan finansial berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investment interest reflects a person's desire or tendency to invest their capital in financial instruments with the aim of obtaining profits in the future. High investment interest can be supported by financial literacy, risk perception and motivation to determine appropriate investment instruments. This research aims to explore whether there is an influence of the variables financial literacy, risk perception and motivation on investment interest. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This research used 143 respondents from Generation Z with an age range of 17 to 27 years who live in the city of Surabaya. The data analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using SmartPLS-4.0 statistical software. The results of this research show that the financial literacy variable is proven to have a significant positive effect on investment interest. Furthermore, the motivation variable is proven to have a significant positive effect on investment interest. However, the risk perception variable was not proven to have a significant effect on investment interest. Based on the results of this research, prospective investors can increase their education about risk management so that prospective investors can be wiser and more informed to increase interest in investing.

Abstract

In an era where micro, small, and medium-sized businesses are developing and growing, proficiency in SMEs' financial reporting management is becoming increasingly important. This expansion is not unrelated to Indonesia's micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) growth, which is primarily concentrated in the Greek district and keeps growing every year. The supporting activities and training management of the financial report presentation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises SMEs in the village of Semampir, Cerme district of Gresik, are described in this article. This course aims to assist SMEs (micro, small, and medium-sized businesses) in becoming more proficient in handling financial reporting. The recording of financial transactions about cash inputs and cash outputs, the division of personal and corporate finances, financial protection, and financial planning are the four key topics covered in the supporting and training materials. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important contribution in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Poor financial management not only has an impact on business growth but can have an impact on national economic growth. MSME players need knowledge and access to banking products and services. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on MSME financial management in Tanggulangin District and to examine the effect of financial inclusion on MSME financial management in Tanggulangin District. This research is a quantitative research using data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. This study used a sample of 151 MSME actors. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a t test. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on MSME financial management. Meanwhile, financial inclusion does not have a significant positive effect on the financial management of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya dalam bidang kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur dan aplikatif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kurangnya metodologi pengajaran inovatif, serta keterbatasan kolaborasi dengan praktisi bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan dengan pendekatan pelatihan interaktif dengan melibatkan seluruh peserta dalam laboratorium pelatihan kewirausahaan digunakan dalam program ini. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar kewirausahaan, keterampilan praktis, dan kemampuan guru untuk menciptakan program berbasis kewirausahaan. Dengan dukungan pihak terkait, pelatihan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam mengintegrasikan transformasi pendidikan berbasis kewirausahaan di lingkungan sekolah. Keberhasilan pelatihan juga mendorong kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia industri serta menjadi ajang promosi bagi Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas untuk mengenalkan profil dan capaian terbaiknya kepada masyarakat.
