<![CDATA[Di Indonesia tingkat pengangguran terus mengalami kenaikan. Terutama jumlah lulusan mahasiswa yang semakin hari semakin banyak. Dalam data BPS tahun 2017 di lansir dari depok pos permasalahan utama pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia adalah tingginya angka pengangguran dan lambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Tercatat pada bulan November 2017 saja, tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia mencapai 5,50% sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun ini atau di triwulan ke III tumbuh sebesar 5,03% jumlah tersebut telah naik dari tahun 2014 sebesar 4,79% yang mana itu merupakan presentase terendah dari 6 tahun terakhir. Peran perguruan tinggi sangat penting dalam membangun karakter generasi bangsa. Salah satu hal yang dapat ditawarkan sebagai solusi efektif adalah membentuk mahasiswa yang berkarakter entrepreneur. Hal ini penting karena dapat secara efektif mengurangi tingkat lulusan pencari kerja sekaligus meningkatkan lulusan pencetak kerja; dan dapat berkontribusi terhadap kemakmuran bangsa. Karakter entrepreneur yang diharapkan adalah karakter yang bisa mencetak usaha produktif dan inovatif. Entrepreneur yang secara konsisten selalu kreatif dan inovatif dalam melihat danmenciptakan peluang, serta mampu merealisasikan peluang itu menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berharga di bidang agraris, bidang perikanan, bidang perindustrian, bidang peternakan dan bidang jasa.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of educational institutions is supported by several system elements including supervision of education carried out by principals as supervisors as mandated by Minister of National Education Regulation (Permendiknas) Number 13 of 2007 concerning Standard Principals who must supervise education in the form of supervision and assessment of teacher performance and employees who aim to assist teachers and employees in achieving educational goals starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to be optimal in carrying out institutional tasks in an organizational frame that leads to the quality of the institution. Educational supervision serves to coordinate all school efforts including all role holders in the school organization and broaden the experience through giving constructive criticism from the principal to teachers and employees. References to educational supervision include curriculum components, curriculum content and curriculum development strategies, improvement of teaching references in terms of making learning planning, optimizing the educational functions and educational goals embodied in the school's vision and mission. <![CDATA[The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge to residents on Jalan Siwalan Manyar regarding making cash flow reports (Cash Flow) in managing household finances, especially for residents of Siwalan Manyar so that expenses are not greater than their expenses. To realize this goal, we are holding a training program entitled "Assistance in creating cash flow reports in managing household finances on Jalan Siwalan Manyar Gresik" namely proposed services for the economic and educational problems experienced by PKK women on Jalan Siwalan Manyar Gresik. The results of this training show that the items most in demand by PKK mothers are investment knowledge with a percentage of 85% and basic personal finance knowledge items with 80%. By embodying the principles of financial planning and decision making, household accounting will produce accurate financial records and reports, and can be used to compare the current month with the previous month so that it can be used as assessment material in the process of making a financial plan for the following month.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaporan keuangan meliputi laporan keuangan dan cara lain untuk melaporkan informasi. Pelaporan keuangan terdiri dari laporan keuangan prospek, peramalan manajemen, penjelasan mengenai dampak lingkungan dan sosial yang diakibatkan. Pelaporan keuangan memiliki arti yang lebih luas dari laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan merupakan unsur utama pelaporan keuangan terdiri dari posisi laporan keuangan, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan ekuitas, cash flows (laporan arus kas) serta catatan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan bentuk pendampingan langsung pada UD Meubel Barokah yang terletak di Desa Sendang Pragaan, Sumenep, Madura Jawa Timur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan penyajian laporan keuangan ini berisi materi pengelolaan keuangan sehingga diharapkan setelah kegiatan pendampingan ini selesai UD Meubel Barokah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan PSAK terkini.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates how earnings management affects how masculine a CEO's attitude toward performance is. Structural Equation Modeling using Software Stata is used in the study to examine data from Indonesian Stock Exchange businesses for the years 2018 through 2022. The results indicate that earnings management, with increases and decreases in earnings management having an impact on the size of the CEO's face, mediates the relationship between a male CEO's masculinity and performance. The results can aid in the development of Financial Accounting Standard No. 19 by the Indonesian Accountants Association and show that earnings management mediates the size of a CEO's manly face toward performance]]>

<![CDATA[This study has a purpose, namely to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity and company size on stock prices in primary consumption sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018 – 2020. This study uses a quantitative approach, this method uses the multiple linear regression analysis by doing classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are obtained partially, liquidity has no effect on stock prices, firm size affects stock prices, while simultaneously liquidity and firm size affect stock prices.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective : This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Company Size, Profitability and Leverage on Corporate Social Responsibility in Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016 – 2020. The results of this study are expected to be used by companies as material evaluation in order to increase the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Research method : This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, by testing classical assumptions, testing hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The population of this study were 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016 – 2020. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 11 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Findings : The results obtained partially, Firm Size has a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability has a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, and Leverage has no and no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Company Size, Profitability, and Leverage have a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility.]]>
