Abstract

Continuous waterlogging on the road surface accelerates deformation due to the erosion process of the road base material and weakening of the pavement layer. At the same time, water flowing along the side of the road also has the potential to increase damage by eroding the structure of the roadside. Road preservation is an effort to maintain and repair to maintain the condition and function of the road so that it remains suitable for use, safe, and comfortable for users. The objectives of this study are: 1) to identify the existing condition of the height of the drainage channel against road damage, 2) to obtain the results of the study of the criteria needed for road preservation at the time of the study, 3) to analyze the results of the road preservation study against field conditions. The method used is a literature study and expert opinions on road preservation, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study are 1) the existing condition of the Parung-Salabenda highway found that the condition in the field of the drainage channel is higher than the road surface, so that when it rains the road will flood, 2) based on the study that the technology criteria have a very large influence, namely 0.665. This means that technology plays a very important role compared to economic and environmental criteria, 3) the results of the paired comparison analysis of technology criteria with the highest road preservation sub-criteria of 0.546 and the economic criteria sub-criteria of reducing road maintenance costs of 0.538 and finally the environmental criteria sub-criteria of high rainfall of 0.630. So that more intensive handling is needed to prevent further damage.

Abstract

Depok juga menjadi percontohan sebagai kota tertib lalu lintas dengan pengaturan arus lalu lintas dan pola pergerakan penduduk yang beragam. Keberagaman perjalanan warga kota ini mengakibatkan jumlah penduduk yang melewati kawasan semakin beragam pula. Mobilitas penduduk juga memerlukan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai itu adalah memenuhi kriteria seperti aman, nyaman dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat. Peningkatan ini menimbulkan masalah di bidang tranportasi. Kecepatan sepeda motor, kecepatan mobil pribadi dan kecepatan mobil angkutan umum tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap polusi suara yang dihasilkan. Perhitungan dan analisis yang diperoleh adalah pada persamaan dengan nilai R Square terbesar pula pada penelitian hari keempat titik ketiga (Sound Level Meter 3), dengan kontribusi sebesar 25,30%. Seperti persamaan disamping ini, y = 60,212 + 0,149x1 - 0,053x2 + 0,318x3. Maksud dari persamaan ini adalah jika tidak ada penurunan kecepatan sepeda motor, mobil pribadi dan mobil angkutan umum maka tingkat polusi suara di SLM3 adalah sebesar 60,212 dBA.

Abstract

Kornita High School is a Senior High School located on Jalan Tanjung Kampus IPB Darmaga Bogor, which is under the auspices of the Dharma Foundation of the Bogor Agricultural Institute. The school has grown and developed since 1986. Generally, in the school area, the need for parking space is quite large considering that most students, teachers, and employees bring private vehicles. In solving this problem, this study aims to determine the characteristics of parking, capacity and parking space needs that occur at this time. Based on the data obtained from the maximum volume of motorcycle parking included in the parking load, namely the number of vehicles during a certain time period occurred on Monday, October 23, 2023, as many as 149 vehicles, with the maximum accumulation of motorcycle parking vehicles parked during a certain time period of 148 vehicles, with a maximum motorcycle parking duration (in hours) of 10:00 hours. For the maximum average duration, it occurred at 09:36 hours. For the minimum duration, it occurred at 0:47 minutes, with the highest parking turn over of motorcycles in a certain period of time reaching 123.14%. The motorcycle parking index is the percentage of the number of vehicles parked in the Kornita High School parking area, the highest reaching 122.31%, this shows that the performance of motorcycle parking is quite high, this is indicated by seeing the parking index exceeding 100%. thus the parking capacity for motorcycles available is not sufficient to accommodate motorcycles in the Kornita High School parking lot.
