Abstract

Many people want to start a small business at home without a lot of capital, and many also don't understand what to do considering there are many limited capital for starting a business, either capital or knowledge. Through technical guidance, you can explore your ability to manage existing resources, human resources become a benchmark in developing entrepreneurship and business potential. Resources that are capable, competent and intelligent in using science and technology in processing business ideas, even more than that, require resources that can innovate to provide added value so that existing resources provide high economic value and are also able to maintain sustainability. This Technical Guidance provides a broad and varied learning experience by combining participants from various backgrounds and roles as well as interactive learning methods. This is very profitable, especially because Bimtek participants come from the general public who need guidance, support and inspiration. Providing participants with detailed entrepreneurial knowledge and materials can help them create an effective action plan for setting up a new business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 43 orang Pegawai sebagai responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Bahwa Pelatihan pengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja, terdapat Pengaruh Posistif dan signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Disiplin Kerja, Pelatihan pengaruh positif dan Tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, terdapat Pengaruh Posistif dan signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja tidak dapat memediasi Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja tidak dapat memediasi Pengembangan Karir, terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada perum bulog kantor wilayah sumatera barat. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi, serta penelitian pustaka. Sampel diambil berdasarkan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 72 orang karyawan yang ada pada perum bulog kantor wilayah sumatera barat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling partial least squares (sem-pls) dengan menggunakan software smartpls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one way for someone to work towards a career for their future life, besides that entrepreneurship also helps the government's task in reducing unemployment growth in this country. Opening a business or business is something that requires sincerity and maturity of steps. One form of sincerity that needs to be shown by someone who is an entrepreneur is to make a business plan. But unfortunately not everyone understands how to make a good and correct business plan. comprehensive understanding and able to influence a well-designed business and can form MSMEs to clarify the vision and mission, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis), develop strategies to utilize strengths, reduce weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and overcome threats (SWOT analysis), allocate resources effectively and efficiently, monitor progress and adjust strategies as Understanding the best strategies and practices of planning in entrepreneurship can provide significant benefits for MSMEs in the era of globalization. The involvement of human resources who understand the field makes the preparation of a business plan that is made only based on needs not a mature plan. To stay relevant and competitive with fellow MSMEs, it is important to think about a strategic and solid business plan, this is a management tool used to manage the current situation and project future conditions. A business plan is very important in guiding MSME business owners towards success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dengan Mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar signifikan Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam.Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 variabel Indenpenden yaitu Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 37 respondents.The method used is the Quantitative Method. Based on the results of this study, it is in line with the research conducted. From the results of the research on the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable for employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security, Agam Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 2. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 3. Self-leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment to Service employees Fisheries and Food Security in Agam Regency, 4. Self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on organizational commitment at the Fisheries and Food Security Service in Agam Regency, 5. Organizational citizenship behavior is important positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 6. Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationship between emotional intelligence, financial education, financial behavior, and financial competence among employees at PT. PPI Cabang Padang. Using path analysis, the study examines both direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence and financial education on financial competence through financial behavior. The findings reveal significant direct effects of emotional intelligence and financial education on financial competence, highlighting their crucial roles in shaping individuals' financial capabilities. Additionally, the analysis uncovers significant indirect effects of emotional intelligence and financial education on financial competence through their influence on financial behavior. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan menggunakan random sampling untuk memilih sampel sebanyak 70 karyawan PT. PPI Cabang Padang. These results underscore the importance of fostering emotional intelligence skills and providing comprehensive financial education within the organization to promote positive financial behaviors and enhance overall financial competence among employees. By integrating targeted interventions and education initiatives, PT. PPI Cabang Padang can empower its workforce to make informed financial decisions, ultimately leading to greater financial stability and success for both individuals and the organization.

Abstract

This study explores the balance between personalization and privacy in ethical marketing practices, examining how companies can effectively use customer data for personalized marketing without violating privacy rights. As personalization has become a crucial element in enhancing customer experiences, privacy concerns have escalated, driven by the increasing volume of data breaches and stricter privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Through a qualitative approach, the research gathers insights from key stakeholders, including customers, companies, and regulators, using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The findings reveal that while customers value personalization, they are highly concerned about data privacy, emphasizing the need for transparent consent-driven practices. Companies face challenges navigating complex data privacy regulations, but those prioritizing ethical data use, such as Apple with its privacy-centric strategies, are more successful in maintaining customer trust. This study highlights the importance of integrating technologies like data anonymization, encryption, and blockchain to protect customer privacy while enabling effective personalization. However, limitations such as the sample size and scope of the study suggest that further research is needed to explore the long-term effects of privacy regulations on marketing innovation and to offer sector-specific solutions for balancing personalization and privacy. This research provides valuable insights for businesses, regulators, and customers in navigating the evolving landscape of data-driven marketing.

Abstract

The emergence of sharia investment products in the Indonesian capital market opens up opportunities for Indonesian Muslims to invest. At present, the growth of investors in Islamic stock investment has not developed significantly. Sharia Online Trading System (SOTS) is the first system in the world developed to facilitate sharia investment in conducting stock transactions in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the intention to invest in sharia shares in Indonesia with attitude as mediation using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory using a questionnaire in data collection. The population in this study comes from data on Islamic stock investors in Indonesia with a total of 382 respondents and the data was analyzed using descriptive SEM-PLS research. The results of the study found that there was an influence perceived ease of use, religiosity, investor attitudes towards investment intentions in sharia shares. Perceived ease of use, religiosity had an effect on attitudes. The perceived usefulness does not show an influence on investor attitudes and there is also no effect of the perceived usefulness on the intention to invest in sharia shares. Variables perceived ease of use and religiosity using attitude as mediation, a positive influence was found, but not with perceived usefulness in attitude as mediation on the intention to invest in sharia stocks.
