Abstract

As for the purpose of study was determine the effect of compensation,discpline and commitment to the organization?s performance YPTK lecturer at the University Putra Indonesia Padang This research was conducted wirhin the University Putra Indonesia Padang YPTK population in this study was the entire faculty within the University Putra Indonesia YPTK . The samples were 50 people with engineering porposional types and sources of research data consist of primary data is data obtained from the respondents throught questionnairs opinion research and secondary data is data obtained from Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK data analysis techniques used in the study is hypothesis testing linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results  found 1) compensation positiveand significant effect on the performance YPTK lecturer at theUniversity Putra Indonesia Padang, 2) Discipilne of work but not significant positive effect on performance YPTK lecturer at the University Putra Indonesia Padang, 3)Organizational Commitment positive and significant impact on the performance of University lecturers Putra Indonesia Padang YPTK, 4) Compensation, Disciplin and commitment to work together organizations  have a significant effect on the performance of university lecturers Putra Indonesia Padang YPTK donation effect by 46% nd remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study finally, the author suggest to University Putra Indonesia Padang YPTK order to continue to improve compensation, and commitment to maintain discipline work, so that faculty performance continues to increase and produce graduates who are qualified. Keywords :       Compensation, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment , Performance  Lecturer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work ethics, work involvement and work environment on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia Padang Area Office. The population in this study were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in the Padang area office, totalling 62 employees. The sampling technique is the total sample because the population is less than 100 respondents. The total sample in this study is the entire population, namely 62 employees—collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analytical method used is the outer and inner models test and the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing tools. The results show that communication, work ethics, work involvement, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between motivation, work discipline and leadership on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Padang Branch. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis by distributing questionnaires to 89 respondents. Hypothesis testing using T test and F test. The results of the study obtained based on the Persian Test (t Test) obtained: (a) there is a significant influence between the relationship between motivation and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> t table (3.613> 1.988) with a significant level (0.001 <0.050), (b) there is a significant influence between the relationship between Work Discipline and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> t table (2.713> 1.988) with a significant level (0.008 <0.050), (c) there is a significant influence between the relationship between Leadership and employee performance as evidenced by the t count value> table (2.627> 1.988) with a significant level (0.010 <0.050). Then based on the simultaneous hypothesis test (F Test) it can be seen that the f count value is 46.410 with a significant level (0.000 <0.050). So the writer concludes that the influence of motivation, work discipline and leadership on the performance of employees of Bank BTN Padang branch based on the Determination Coefficient (R Square) test, the value is 0.622 or 62.2%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of motivation, work discipline and leadership variables on employee performance is 0.609 or 60.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and organizational culture toward employee performancewith organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The use of organizational commitment as a predictor in evaluating employee performances makes this research different from all other research. The source of data from this study was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires with sample size target is 141 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct relationship between locus of control and organizational culture toward organizational commitment and employee performance.Also, there is an indirect effect between locus of control and organizational culturetoward employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set on debt policy with Free Cash Flow as a Moderating Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 195 companies. The sample of this research is 66 companies in 5 years, so the total data obtained is 330 using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the official website of the company concerned. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using Eviews 9. The results show that a) Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, b) Dividend Policy has no effect on debt policy c) Investment Opportunity Set has no effect on debt policy d) Free cash flow is able to strengthen the influence of managerial ownership on debt policy e) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of dividend policy on debt policy. f) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of investment opportunity set on debt policy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and human resources on work performance and employee motivation as a mediation variable at PT. Teluk Luas Padang. Primary data was obtained by administering questionnaires directly to respondents who are PT Teluk Luas Padang employees. Data analysis in this study used validity, reliability, classical assumption test (data normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, Path Analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), partial regression coefficient (t-test), the regression coefficients together (F-test), while the overall data analysis uses SPSS statistic 16 software. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style significantly affects work performance. (2) human resources have a significant effect on work performance. (3) work motivation has no significant effect on work performance. (4) leadership style has no significant effect on work performance through work motivation. (5) human resources significantly affect work performance through work motivation. (6) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance. (7) leadership style and human resources simultaneously significantly affect work performance through work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar signifikan Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam.Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 variabel Indenpenden yaitu Self Leadership dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Metode pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 37 responden.Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian tersebut sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan Dari hasil penelitian pengaruh self leadership dan self efficacy terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam dapat disimpulkan bahwa :1.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,2.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,3.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,4.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,5.Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,6.Self leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam,7.Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Dinas Perikanan dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Agam. Data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 37 respondents.The method used is the Quantitative Method. Based on the results of this study, it is in line with the research conducted. From the results of the research on the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable for employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security, Agam Regency, it can be concluded that: 1. Self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 2. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Agam Regency, 3. Self-leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment to Service employees Fisheries and Food Security in Agam Regency, 4. Self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on organizational commitment at the Fisheries and Food Security Service in Agam Regency, 5. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of pricing strategy, promotion, and market share on the profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City. Using primary data collected through questionnaire surveys and a quota sampling technique, 100 valid responses were analyzed via multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Using multiple regression analysis, the findings show that both pricing and promotional strategies have a positive and significant effect on MSME profitability. Competitive pricing based on production costs and attractive promotions such as discounts and social media campaigns contribute to increased sales and brand recognition. However, market share does not have a significant effect on profitability, likely due to competition intensity, limited resources, and inefficient operations. Based on these results, MSMEs are encouraged to apply flexible pricing strategies, strengthen promotional efforts, and improve operational efficiency. Support from the government and stakeholders through training, digital marketing assistance, and improved access to capital is also recommended. The study is limited by its focus on Padang City, a relatively small sample size, and limited variables. Future research should consider broader geographic coverage, larger samples, additional influencing factors like product quality and external conditions, and the use of mixed methods and longitudinal designs. This research offers valuable insights for improving MSME profitability and serves as a reference for strategic development efforts in similar business environments.

Abstract

By using employee engagement as an intervening variable, this research aims to find out how individual career development and competency impact the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees. The analysis methodology is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which uses Partial Least Square (PLS), and distributed questionnaires to 74 respondents. The research results show that individual career development and competency have a significant positive effect on employee engagement, individual career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while employee engagement doesn’t have a significant effect on bank employee performance. Employee engagement doesn’t mediate the relationship between individual career development and competency on the performance of Bank Nagari Pangkalan employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah sakit tentara DR. Reksodiwiryo Kota Padang dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dengan jumlah karyawan yang diteliti sebanyak 57 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, untuk uji hipotesis digunakan yaitu uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil analisis regresi didapat uji parsial diperoleh semua variabel indenpendent berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Kemudian berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara bersama-sama dapat diketahui bahwa variabel dependen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Dan berdasarkan uji koefisien Determinasi yakni sebesar 75,8% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya persentase kontribusi variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior selebihnya dipengaruhi variabel lain.
