Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed at finding out the increase of student cooperation ability through the  implementation of the Power of Two learning strategy at the fourth grade of Babussalam  Elementary School Pekanbaru. It was a classroom action research. The subjects of this  research were a teacher and 16 of the fourth-grade students at Babussalam Elementary School  Pekanbaru. The objects were the Power of Two learning strategy with Corner Clock media  and cooperation ability. This research was conducted for two cycles, and every cycle  comprised two meetings. Documentation, observation, and test were the techniques of  collecting data. The technique of analyzing data was qualitative descriptive with percentage.  Based on the research findings and data analyses, the Power of Two learning strategy could  increase student cooperation ability. It could be seen from the upgrade graph of student Keyword : The Power of Two Learning Strategy, Cooperation Ability, Student of Elementary School   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama siswa melalui strategi pembelajaran the power of two di kelas IV SD Babussalam Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini  merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian 1 orang guru dan 16 orang  siswa kelas IV SD Babussalam Pekanbaru, dan objek penelitiannya adalah strategi pembelajaran the power of two sudut dan kemampuan kerja sama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes, sedangkan teknik analisisnya adalah  deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data,  diketahui strategi pembelajaran the power of two dapat meningatkan kemampuan kerja sama  siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari grafik peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama siswa sejak pra-siklus yang hanya mencapai nilai rata-rata 56,87 dengan kategori rendah, lalu meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 57,96 dengan kategori rendah, dan meningkat kembali pada siklus II  dengan nilai rata-rata 84,06 atau berada pada kategori baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran the power of two dapat meningkatkan kemampuan  kerja sama siswa di kelas IV SD Babussalam Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study examines the satirical language style in the lyrics of the song “Gugatan Rakyat Semesta” by the band .Feast using a cognitive semantic approach. This approach is used to reveal the hidden meaning behind the use of words and phrases in the song lyrics as a form of social criticism. The method used is the distribution method which begins with the application of the basic technique of Direct Element Sharing and is continued with advanced techniques in the form of expansion techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are seven words and eight phrases that contain satirical elements. Cognitive semantics is used to help reveal the critical and stylistic cognition of the music group .Feast. The lyrics of the songs studied reflect the cognition of the music group .Feast which is critical and has its own style. The satirical language style used functions as a means of social criticism that is packaged aesthetically and communicatively in musical works.

Abstract

The poem "Rumah Kita" by Suara Puan has a structure that originates from mimetic factors and expressive modalities. This second factor influences the style of the poem "Rumah Kita" to adapt it to the character of Suara Puan's writing. This research aims to analyze the meaning in the poem entitled "Rumah Kita" by Suara Puan and convey the contents of the poem as a whole so that readers understand the meaning conveyed in this research. The method used in this research is a descriptive method which examines the content of the meaning of the poem "Rumah Kita" using a mimetic approach combined with expressive modality discourse theory. The data for this research is diction which has mimetic factors and expressive modality and comes from the entire poem "Rumah Kita". The results of the analysis show that the poem "Rumah Kita" shows a discourse worry as author’s cognition. Keywords: ekspresive modality; mimetic; poetry ABSTRAK Puisi “Rumah Kita” Karya Suara Puan memiliki struktur yang bersumber dari faktor mimesis dan modalitas ekspresif. Kedua faktor ini mempengaruhi corak puisi “Rumah Kita” disesuaikan dengan karakter tulisan dari Suara Puan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna dalam puisi yang berjudul “Rumah Kita” karya Suara Puan dan menyampaikan isi puisi secara menyeluruh agar pembaca memahami makna yang tersampaikan pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif yang menelaah isi dari makna puisi “Rumah Kita” dengan menggunakan pendekatan mimetik digabungkan dengan teori wacana modalitas eksrepsif. Data penelitian ini yakni diksi yang memiliki faktor mimesis dan modalitas ekspreksif dan bersumber dari keseluruhan puis “Rumah Kita”. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa puisi “Rumah Kita” menunjukkan wacana kekhawatiran sebagai bentuk kognisi penulis. Kata kunci: puisi, mimetik, modalitas ekspresif
