Abstract

The balance between human physical and psychological aspects is essential. In today's technological age, many individuals tend to prioritize material possessions, often at the expense of their inner needs. To address this imbalance, it is vital to incorporate spiritual dimensions, especially those that focus on the relationship with God. Sufism, particularly through practices such as the Tarekat Tijaniyah, offers spiritual guidance that enables individuals to attain peace of mind.This study explores the role of spiritual guidance through dhikr within the tarekat as a means of enhancing the spiritual quality of its followers. A qualitative approach, utilizing phenomenological research, is employed to understand the experiences of adherents of Tarekat Tijaniyah in the Pragaan Subdistrict. The findings indicate that through the regular and heartfelt practice of wirid and dhikr, followers experience profound spiritual moments that cultivate admirable qualities such as sincerity, patience, tawakkal (trust in God), and gratitude. This underscores the importance of achieving a balance between the spiritual and material aspects of life, resulting in inner peace and reinforced faith. The spiritual guidance provided by the muqoddam includes enlightenment, counsel, and practical spiritual exercises. The personality and charisma of the muqoddam serve as significant role models, promoting religious discipline and enriching the spiritual and mental lives of the community, ultimately benefiting society as a whole.

Abstract

The role of a teacher in educating, teaching, guiding and improving the personality of students is something that is absolutely essential. Because it is known that the role of teachers is very significant in forming a strong, independent and confident personality. Choleric personality is a personality that is full of ambition, self confident and likes to lead. Meanwhile deaf children are children who have hearing impairments, so they really need to develop a self confident personality. So to find out more deeply the researcher used data collection techniques namely structured interviews, non participant observation and documentation. So this research shows that the role of teachers at SLB PGRI Pamekasan in improving choleric, personality is as educators, mentors, motivators and facilitators and developers of students potential, where teachers have several strategies in building good communication with sign language, facial expressions and body movements and so on, making it easier for teachers improve the choleric personality of deaf children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Spiritual Emotional Freedom Tehnicque (SEFT) adalah teknik yang mengandung ilmu spiritual dan penyelarasan dengan sistem energi yang di dalam tubuh manusia untuk mengatasi masalah fisik dan emosional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat memahami bagaimana cara kerja SEFT untuk menangani rasa trauma masa lalu (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) yang ada pada konseli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara langsung untuk mengetahui masalah yang hadapi oleh konseli. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah SEFT dapat memebantu konseli dalam menangani trauma yang dialami di masa lalu. Penggunaan SEFT dengan menumbuhkan rasa Mujahada an-Nafs, menjadikan konseli merasa lebih tenang jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi sebelum penerapan SEFT dalam proses konseling yang dilakukan.Abstract: Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) is a technique that contains spiritual science and alignment with the energy system in the human body to overcome physical and emotional problems. This study aims to understand how SEFT work to deal with past trauma (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) that exists in clients. The research model used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of case study. At the same time, the data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques that are carried out directly to find out the problems faced by the client. The result of this study is that SEFT can help clients deal with trauma experienced by clients in the past. And the use of SEFT, by fostering a sense of Mujahadah an-Nafs, makes clients feel calmer compared to conditions before applying SEFT in the counselling process.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk yang disebut sebagai makhluk sosial, tentu tidak dapat hidup dalam kesendirian diberbagai sektor kehidupan, temasuk juga dalam bidang perekonomian. Dalam kajian ini, penulis tertarik untuk meninjau secara lebih jauh terkait bagaimana konsep perekonomian kebersamaan dalam  islam. Adapun hasil dari kajian yang ditemukan oleh penulis adalah: Pertama, prinsip kebersamaan dalam al-quran terdapat dalam surat al-Hujurat ayat ke 13 dan surat al-Ma’idah ayat 2. Kedua, Prinsip kebersamaan  sebagai salah satu pilar penting dalam ekonomi umat yang dapat mendatangkan kemaslahatan dalam perekonomian seluruh elemen masyarakat. Ketiga, Koperasi, BUMR serta penyertaan Modal merupakan sebagai salah satu wadah dalam perealisasian dari Prinsip ekonomi kebersamaan.

Abstract

Children's learning abilities are often associated with their intellectual abilities. Children with learning disabilities (slow learners) have limitations in understanding lessons, which often leads to low self-confidence. This study aims to determine the implementation and results of individual counseling services in increasing the self-confidence of slow learners at MTs Mabdaul Falah Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation involving two slow learners as the main subjects, as well as teachers and school staff as additional data sources. Individual counseling services were conducted in four sessions, including the opening stage, problem identification, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation. The results showed that individual counseling services were effective in boosting the self-confidence of slow learners. This was evident from changes in student behavior, such as the courage to express opinions, increased participation in class discussions, and active involvement in school activities. However, these changes required ongoing support from the school environment and family. This study contributed to the development of individual counseling theory and practice, particularly in supporting slow learners to overcome their academic and social challenges.

Abstract

Setiap individu tentu akan merasa asing ketika berada di tengah lingkungan yang berbeda dari budaya asalnya. Hal yang demikian juga dialami oleh beberapa mahasantri kampus IDIA Prenduan, dimana mahasantri mengalami gegar budaya pendidikan khususnya bagi mahasantri baru. Hal ini dikarenakan budaya pendidikan kepesantrenan yang ada di Kampus IDIA Prenduan berbeda dengan budaya pendidikan tempat tinggal mereka sebelumnya. Sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti terkait gegar budaya pendidikan mahasantri dan faktor penyebabnya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan, dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian deskriptif, data-data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah Mahasantri Intensif IDIA Prenduan Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. Yang akan diambil sampel dari penelitian ini ialah 14 mahasantri IDIA Prenduan yang mengalami gegar budaya pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; Gegar budaya pendidikan sebagai sebuah reaksi individu dalam penyesuaian diri terhadap budaya pendidikan dan lingkungan baru. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi gegar budaya pendidikan Mahasantri ada dua faktor; pertama, karena tingkat perbedaan atau ketimpangan yang jauh antara kebudayaan pendidikan lama dengan kebudayan pendidikan baru. Kedua, karena perbedaan kepribadian individu itu sendiri. Gegar budaya pendidikan yang dialami mahasantri IDIA Prenduan sejalan teori pembelajaran sosial (social learning) Albert Bandura, dimana Mahasantri melalui proses pengamatan dalam melakukan penyesuaian terhadap kondisi budaya dan lingkungan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Individual behavior is not formed suddenly, but is influenced by various factors. In the context of Islamic boarding school education, fostering student behavior is an important aspect, and one of the distinctive values of Islamic boarding schools that can be utilized in fostering behavior is andhap asor. This study aims to find out how Andhap Asor is instilled as a strategy for shaping student behavior. It also examines how the reinforcement and development of Andhap Asor behavior are maintained. This study was conducted using a qualitative field approach, collecting data from informants, namely Kiai, administrators, and students at the Raudlatul Ulum Palongan Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, through interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed using Huberman's data analysis method. The findings of the study are as follows. First, behavioral training is carried out through the initial stage of theory transfer as a form of stimulus, then reinforced through the reinforcement process and continued continuously with the creation of an environment that reflects the values of Andhap Asor. Second, the Andhap Asor culture developed in Islamic boarding schools is framed in Islamic values, which are instilled through a structured habituation process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the behavioral guidance of students at Islamic boarding schools through behavioral counseling strategies can be effective by integrating Andhap Asor values as a cultural foundation. Thus, this strategy not only shapes behavior technically, but also instills character in accordance with the noble values of Islamic boarding schools.
