Abstract

As part of the ecological system, humans have a dominant role in determining the good and bad of the environment. The stability and comfort of the environment depend on the positive behavior around the elements of the ecosystem in it, including humans. The emergence of various environmental problems is also inseparable from human indiscipline in protecting and preserving them. An environment that is maintained properly, will respond positively by providing great benefits to humans. Otherwise, an environment that is treated badly will repay with damage and disaster. The leadership of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah at IAIN Kediri was fully aware of this, especially the Hadith Science Study Program. This awareness forms a religious construction based on an understanding of religious texts, particularly Hadith. Through qualitative research, this reality will be described descriptively and analytically. The results illustrate that the epitome construction of environmental conservation activities is manifested in participation in the Green Campus program. The sociological construction contestation was seen in the leadership of the Hadith Science Study Program and the academic community for the absorption of religious teaching, thus generating practices in the form of involvement in tree and flower planting activities in the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah.

The uniqueness of this tradition has a function that can be described in manifest and latent forms. So, the aim of mapping this function is so that there is no ambiguity in the merariq process because merariq could be the legality of the bride and groom's relationship if it is not approved by one of the family members. This research uses a qualitative method with a library approach, with data sources from books and articles that have been prepared and adapted to the object of the research study. Abstract

The Sufistic poem Jalaludin Rumi signals the living creature that death is a real entity. However, death is illustrated as a pleasant experience for believers, a last resort to the creator. Death is not frightening, but "death" is a symbolic message of desire in the next life by improving our attitudes and behavior. While in the poetry of Rumi the discourse of "Death" has a double dimension: in psychoanalysis the dimension of self (self) which performs self-identification becomes a passive-narcissistic desire, and in ethical-social discourse becomes a social self (collective subject), but the latter never happens because the real never identifies: free subjects never materialize. In the real world, the subject's desires are not satisfied. The meaning of death is always symbolized in the form of "burial" so that humans are defined if death is something scary.

Abstract

This research is a historical reflection of the condition of the Indonesian people who were battered by the Covid-19 pandemic, not only in the economic, political, social, and even psychological sensations of the people in doing religious activities. The interests overlap with the dedication on behalf of the community, from the self-quarantine system, large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), and, no doubt, the public who are less aware of the existence of Covid-19, resulting in the increased statistical number of Covid-19 confirmed cases. It hasbeen a year that the Indonesian people have been plagued by this never ending problem, and like a spotlight, Covid-19 always looms over people’s lives. The people’s attitudes vary, starting from the assumption that Covid-19 is God's army to finish off arrogant humans, to Covid-19 as a scientific reality proven through empirical research. The perspective dualism of the Indonesian people is interesting to discuss in the form of societal religiosity sensations, both of which have a deep distinction in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even if the religious community really understands the religion (Islam) in a deep way, of course, it is very clear how to respond to Covid-19 in the style of Prophet Muhammad SAW and the history of the companions of the Prophet.

Abstract

Globalization not only affected the development of science and technology but also the socio-religious life of society. In this study, religious symbols are reproduced into a phenomenon in the form of a trend or Islamic lifestyle applied by Hijabers Kediri. This study was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection carried out in 3 ways: observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the chairman and members who play an active role in the Hijabers Kediri community. Sources of data were in the form of primary and secondary data sources. This study was analyzed using the Theory of Consumption Society by Jean Baudrillard. So the results obtained are that the consumption community has been represented concretely by Hijabers Kediri through the Islamic Lifestyle that they applied, where hijab is a consumptive cultural lighter for Muslim women. It was no longer a religious symbol used to cover aurat as outlined in Islamic law. However, it is a fashionable need to use the hijab. The use of famous brands is carried out not based on need but an urge to do "updating" so that they are not alienated in their social groups.

Since the development of electronic mass media technology has spread widely, it has made information resources easily accessible and life's dependence on technology. At present, the development of "global villages" in developed countries is getting worse and ultimately affecting developing countries like Indonesia. Although it provides convenience, it also raises concerns. The development of the social media which should be a source of information and facilitate access to communication instead becomes a place for pornography. Abstract

The existence of modernity has given rise to industrialism which has resulted in environmental degradation. More than that, the emergence of degradation is also caused by several factors such as demographic factors, economic factors carried out by society, internal changes in society and market dynamics. Not all environmental degradation or changes have a negative impact, environmental changes provide economic-demographic opportunities and create changes in attitudes, values and norms in society. This article aims to explain the ecological dynamics of the coastal community of Kili-Kili Beach which is located in Wonocoyo Village, Panggul District, Trenggalek Regency. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The research results show that poor natural interactions and natural transformation that occurred in Wonocoyo Village have given rise to environmental consequences that have an impact on environmental degradation. Environmental changes that occur in Wonocoyo Village occur due to natural and human factors. Apart from that, demographic factors are also one of the causes of environmental changes in Wonocoyo Village, with the increasing number of residents in Wonocoyo Village causing an increase in human needs for nature. Natural changes in Wonocoyo Village also provide demographic economic opportunities for coastal communities and create changes in attitudes, values and norms in the community so that they succeed in making Wonocoyo Village a superior and advanced village based on environmental conservation.
