Abstract

KSSP Syariah BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Ajung yaitu merupakan sebuah Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (LKMS) yang memadukan kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Ajung adalah melakukan kegiatan pengembangan usaha-usaha produktif dan investasi dalam melakukan meningkatkan kualtitas ekonomi pengusaha mikro dan kecil terutama dengan mendorong kegiatan menabung dan menunjang pembiayaan kegiatan ekonomi anggota serta masyarakat di lingkungannya. BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Ajung juga dapat berfungsi sosial untuk kepentingan masyarakat, seperti dana, infaq, zakat, dan shadaqah lalu kemudian mendistribusikan dengan prinsip pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai peraturan dan amanahnya. KSPPS (Koperasi Simpan Pinjaman Pembiyaan Syariah) BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Ajung adalah lembaga ekonomi swadaya masyarakat yang tumbuh dan berkembang di wilayah Ajung atau klompangan Ajung Jember. TugasKSPP BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Ajung ini untuk menciptakan sebuah lembaga perekonomian masyarakat sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan sosial ekonomi umat islam, dengan sasaran utama pada pedagang dan pengusaha kecil serta di masyarakat kecamatan Ajung jember.

Abstract

Adornment is something that is inherent in women. This can be seen from how they dress, there are a lot of models of women's clothing, therefore every day the clothes that women wear are always different. The trend of adornment and dressing is increasingly in demand today, both from social media and other media. And this has led to different ways of adornment and dressing people from ancient times and now. Also in this day and age, women also work and groom women with beautiful and attractive appearances.this research aims to find out how to adorn that women do when working. In this study, the maudu'i/thematic method was used, while the type of research used was library research and the approach used was qualitative approach. The result of this study is that adornment according to M. Quraish Shihab is not excessively adorned, not tabarruj, walking without swinging, not cursing perfume that smells strong. Adornment that women do when working adornment to Quraish Shihab is permissible as long as they do not adorn excessively, and do not fall into tabarruj and maintain Islamic manners.

Abstract

he fast-paced and complex dynamics of the business world require business actors to be responsive to shifts in technological, economic, social, and market competitive landscapes. The existence and success of today's corporations no longer rely exclusively on production lines and marketing activities. Management is now required to possess the skills to formulate tactical policies oriented towards long-term sustainability. From this perspective, the existence of a Management Accounting Information System plays a crucial role as an instrument providing supporting data that facilitates structured and empirical policy formulation. This study was designed with the aim of identifying and in-depth describing the contribution of the Management Accounting Information System in facilitating the strategic decision-making process at PT Gehael Food Indonesia, Bondowoso Regency. The approach applied in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection process in the field was carried out through a combination of interview techniques, direct observation, and document recording. Next, data processing activities are carried out through the stages of data compilation, data condensation or reduction, data presentation, and the formulation of final conclusions. The findings in this research indicate that the Management Accounting Information System at PT Gehael Food Indonesia, Bondowoso Regency plays a very vital and meaningful function in overseeing every phase of the organization's strategic policy determination. This system serves as a primary data provider that meets the criteria of relevance, accuracy, and timeliness. This information is utilized by management, from the obstacle mapping stage, through the formulation of policy options, to calculating the post-implementation impact of decisions. Based on four essential characteristics: broad scope, timeliness, aggregation, and integration, the system has proven to be highly effective in strengthening management effectiveness when establishing the company's strategic policy direction.

Abstract

Spending habits merupakan kebiasan mengeluarkan atau membelanjakan uang. Dari spending habits ini akan menimbulkan tingkat konsumsifitas yang tinggi dan berdampak buruk terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Pembelian barang yang dilakukan nelayan karena tuntutan gengsi, bukan menurut tuntutan kebutuhan yang sebenarnya, kecenderungan orang membeli barang bukan karena nilai manfaatnya tapi hanya sebuah citra berupa status sosial yang tinggi dengan memiliki barang-barang tertentu atau mengkonsumsi jasa mewah lainnya. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan berdasarkan pada: data yang muncul berwujud kata – kata dan bukan rangkaian angka. Serta dengan metode penelitian deskriptif artinya melukiskan variabel demi variabel, satu demi satu. Metode penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk: Mengumpulkan informasi aktual secara rinci yang melukiskan gejala yang ada, Mengidentifikasi masalah atau memeriksa kondisi dan praktek-praktek yang berlaku, Membuat perbandingan atauevaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Nelayan yang ada di Desa Kedungrejo masih tergolong nelayan tradisional. Alat yang dipakai oleh nelayan di Muncar masih menggunakan jaring, dimana alat tersebut merupakan alat yang ramah lingkungan. Terkait dengan spending habit, nelayan disana adalah konsumtif. Temuan penelitian ini, bahwa sebagian besar nelayan tidak memahami mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan keluarganya. Rata–rata nelayan dan keluarganya tidak memiliki tabungan. 85% dari sampel penelitian menyatakan sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, merencanakan pengalokasian keuangan dan tata cara menabung yang benar. Spending habits are the habit of spending or spending money. These spending habits will cause a high level of conductivity and adversely affect financial management. They are purchasing goods made by anglers because of the demands of prestige, not according to the demands of actual needs, the tendency of people to buy goods not because of the value of its benefits but only an image of high social status by owning certain goods or consuming other luxury services. At the same time, this type of research includes qualitative research based on: data that appears in the form of words and not a series of numbers. And descriptive research method means to describe the variable by variable, one after another. Descriptive research methods aim to: gather information in detail that describes existing symptoms, identify problems or examine conditions and applicable practices, and make comparisons or evaluations. Based on the results of the study, as follows: fishers in the village of Kedungrejo are still classified as traditional fishermen. Tools used by anglers in Muncar still use nets, where the device is environmentally friendly. Associated with spending habits, anglers there are consumptive. The findings of this study are that most fishers do not understand the mechanism of financial management of their families. The average fisherman and his family have no savings. 85% of the study sample stated that they need knowledge in financial management, financial planning allocation, and proper saving procedures.
