Abstract

Negara Indonesia merupakan Negara agraris yang mana sebagian penduduknya bermatapencaharian sebagai petani. Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi yang memiliki luas lahan sawah tertinggi pada tahun 2013 sedangkan  hasil produksi padi juga terbanyak pada tahun 2015. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi masyarakat Jawa Timur terkait pendapatan sebagian besar berasal dari pertanian. Namun, risiko pada pertanian memang sangat banyak dihadapi oleh petani, seperti pada petani di daerah Bojonegoro yaitu, bencana alam, cuaca atau iklim yang tidak menentu, serta serangan organisme pengganggu tumbuhan yang sering membuat petani mengalami gagal panen. Diperlukannya suatu program yang mana sebagai perlindungan kepada petani yaitu Asuransi Usahatani Padi (AUTP) yang mana program ini dibentuk oleh pemerintah dengan penunjukkan Jasindo sebagai pihak penanggung dan bertujuan untuk membantu permodalan petani apabila petani mengalami kerugian gagal panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar asuransi usahatani padi (AUTP) dapat mengurangi beban kerugian yang dialami petani di desa Gedongarum. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu petani memperoleh modal ganit rugi bagi yang mengalami kegagalan panen dan perolehan uang ganti rugi dihitung secara proporsional oleh petugas yang mensurvei kegagalan petani tersebut.Kata kunci:pertanian,  asuransi usahatani padi, modal tanam, ganti rugi

Abstract

Life has been changing rapidly. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is developed for people to make a novelty. Education as one of the important parts of people’s life is needed to be prepared for every change to improve the teaching and learning system. This article discusses a study conducted by using developmental research with the development of the 4-D design. This study was a Study Room Blog that was conducted for students who could learn individually based on the previous research and only focused on web development or e-module. The advantage of this Study Room Blog was equipped with an evaluation of students’ scores that could be accessed by teachers. The study involved the students in Elementary School to see their reading literacy. Based on the validator assessment result, the average score from the validation of IT-Technology Experts was 80, which was categorized as good. And the average score from the validation of the Linguist was 81.17, which was categorized as very good. It means that the blog could be used in the teaching and learning activity. After obtaining the validation assessment result from validators, then, this study room blog was applied by using a limited try-out which was applied in two classes, the experimental and control classes. In the experimental class, the average score of pre-test result was 50.71 which increased to the average score of post-test result, 80.9. In the control class, meanwhile, the average score of pre-test result was 60.57 which increased to the average score of post-test result, 75.89. Thus, the use of the study room blog was increasingly effective in learning reading literacy. It means that the study gives a contribution to the teacher and students in increasing reading literacy through the Study Room Blog as an interactive media in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Terdapat 213 perusahaan nonkeuangan yang melakukan IPO mulai tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2018, dan perusahaan yang mengalami Overpricing terdapat 23 perusahaan atau sebesar 11% memberikan return awal (initial return) yang negatif. Tahun 2013 menjadi tahun terbanyak yang mengalami overpricing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham pada saat penawaran perdana dapat dikatakan mahal atau tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kondisi pasar, financial laverage, profitabilitas dan alokasi dana IPO terhadap overpricing pada perusahaan nonkeuangan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian menggunakan perusahaan nonkeuangan tahun selama 8 tahun berjumlah 213 perusahaan dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method dan terpilih sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dipilih adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi pasar, financial laverage dan alokasi dana IPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap overpricing, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap overpricing. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi profitabilitas perusahaan menunjukkan tingginya kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba sehingga dapat dilihat investor sebagai perusahaan yang menguntungkan. Hal ini dapat mengurangi ketidakpastian IPO dalam menentukan harga saham yang wajar sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat overpricing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model on the listening skills of fifth-grade students. The research was conducted in classes VB and VC at UPT SDN 015 Sumber Sari, involving a total of 62 students, during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, specifically in July 2024. The study utilized a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, involving two classes: VC as the experimental class with 32 students and VB as the control class with 30 students. In the experimental class, learning was conducted using the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model, while in the control class, conventional teaching methods were applied. Students' listening skills were assessed through pretests and posttests in audio format, each consisting of 20 questions. The data collected were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing through the SPSS 24 application. The results showed that hypothesis testing using the t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. These findings suggest a significant effect of applying the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model on students' listening skills. This improvement was evident from the average posttest scores, with the experimental class achieving an average of 83.48, higher than the control class's average of 71.74. Thus, this study confirms that the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model is effective in enhancing the listening skills of fifth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to improve reading skills in finding the main ideas of fifth grade elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN 005 Kotabaru Seberida using skimming techniques. The data collection method is carried out by observation and tests. The test was carried out once in each cycle for 22 students and teacher and student observations were carried out twice in each cycle. In cycle I the average score obtained by students was 71.81, this resulted in an increase in reading skills in finding students' main ideas by 31.77% from the initial data. In cycle II the average score obtained by students was 88.18, an increase of 61.67% from the initial data. comparison of the completeness of individual students' learning results, initially only 13.63% or 3 students passed out of 100% or 22 students in the class. After taking action in the learning process by applying the skimming technique, there was an increase, namely in cycle I there were 10 students who completed or 45.45% and 12 students or 54.54% who did not complete. Finally, in cycle II there were 20 students or 90.90% of students who completed and 2 people or 9.09% of students who did not complete. It can be concluded that by applying skimming techniques to reading skills in finding the main idea, students can increase the grades they get

Abstract

Analysing instructional material needs in elementary science education is crucial to ensure alignment with student developmental characteristics and the current curriculum. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching materials grounded in the Melayu Riau cultural context for IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) in fifth-grade elementary classrooms. Additionally, the study seeks to assess the perceptions of both teachers and students regarding the implementation of these culturally-based materials. A quantitative quasi-experimental approach was employed, utilising a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through student assessments administered before and after the intervention, complemented by questionnaires completed by teachers and students to gather feedback on using the teaching materials. The findings revealed that the normality tests for the pretest (α = 0.178) and post-test (α = 0.086) produced values greater than the threshold of α = 0.05, indicating that the data were normally distributed. The average student score increased from 64.48 on the pretest to 80.57 on the post-test. Furthermore, the N-Gain score analysis yielded a value of 0.5277, categorised as medium, demonstrating a moderate improvement in student learning outcomes. Teacher responses to using the Melayu Riau culture-based IPAS teaching materials averaged a score of 82.97, classified as "Very Good." Similarly, student responses averaged 83.2, within the "Very Good" category. These results suggest incorporating local cultural elements into science teaching materials can positively influence student engagement and academic achievement in IPAS for fifth-grade students.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan KKN Tematik Halal para mahasiswa mendampingi para UMKM untuk mendaftarkan produk mereka untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan selama kegiatan KKN berlangsung di Desa Kalibaru Wetan. Tujuan diadakannya pendampingan yaitu agar para UMKM sadar akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal suatu produk dan jika para pelaku UMKM bersedia mendaftarkan produk mereka untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal, para mahasiswa KKN dapat membimbing dan mendampinginya. Adapun metode yang kami lakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan cara pendampingan di dalam ruangan dengan mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal secara online atau daring dengan memanfaatkan laman BPJPH SiHalal pada link ptsp.halal.go.id. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan secara offline di rumah para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan KKN berlangsung selama 40 hari. Kegiatan KKN ini bertempat di Desa Kalibaru Wetan Kecamatan Kalibaru Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Selama kegiatan KKN berlangsung para mahasiswa KKN Tematik Halal telah berhasil membantu penerbitan NIB 39 UMKM dan juga telah membantu mendampingi proses pendaftaran sertifikasi halal melalui SiHalal.

Abstract

This paper describes the instrument validity for digital learning resources for coastal areas based digital in the elementary school by using Aiken's V analysis. The purpose of the research is to develop an instrument that can be seen as the validity for every instrument item to obtain information about the need for digital-based coastal area disaster learning resources in elementary schools. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method. Instrument design and validation were carried out in three stages; (a) literature review, (b) instrument draft design, and (c) qualitative and quantitative rater review of the instrument. Content validity is validated using the V Aikens coefficient. The content validity coefficient is measured by 8 raters based on the assessment results. It is assessed based on certain scales, which consisted of strongly agree (scale 4), agree (scale 3), disagree (scale 2), and strongly disagree (scale 1). The research results indicate that aspect 1, with four instrument items, is in the high category. For aspect 2, three instruments are in the high category. Aspect 3 with three instruments is in the moderate category. For aspect 4, two instruments are in the moderate category. Aspect 5 with three instruments is in the moderate category. In aspect 5, there are two high-category instrument items and three medium-category instrument items. It is concluded that out of the 22 items of needs analysis, in general, it was valid. Nevertheless, several instrument items needed to be reviewed, namely on the editorial aspect of the statement.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out that the implementation of think pair square to improve students’ learning outcome. This was a classroom action research. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes from before the action, cycle I, and cycle II. Before the action only 9 students (56,25%) achieved the KKM, in cycle I increased to 11 students (68,75%) achieved the KKM, and In cycle II increased to 14 students (87.50%) achieved the KKM. Thus it can be concluded that the application of think pair square learning technique can improve students’ learning outcomes.
