Abstract

This study was done at Seruyan Hilirsubdistrict of Seruyan regency to know whether there was an effect of parents ’education toward the level of children education in traditional fishermen family. Whether the parents’ income had an effect toward the level of the traditional fishermen’ children education and it was also to know the effect of parents’ education and parents’ income toward the level of children education in traditional fishermen of SeruyanHilirsubdistrict of Seruyan regency. The aim of this study was to know the effect of parents’ education and parents’ income toward the level of children education in traditional fishermen. The differences in the high level of education and the amount of parents’ income whether had an effect on their children’s education level. The study was one of a quantitative research method. The instrument of data collection on this study used questionnaires. The data analysis applied descriptive presentation and regression multiple. The technique of sample collection used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique because the stratified population. The amount of sample was determined by using Isaac and Michael tables. The result of analysis showed that the significance value on the result of SPSS 16.0, the effect of parents’ income toward the level of the traditional fishermen’ children education was 0.00 < 0.05, which was obviously variable X1 and X2 influenced the variable Y. The effect of parents’ income toward the children education got P value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), the H0 rejected and H1accepted, it meant that there was a significant effect of fishermen income toward the level of the traditional fishermen’ children education. According to the result of computation apparently show that X1 and X2 had an effect toward Y. Based on the table R2 value (R square) was 0.676 or (67.6%). It showed that the contributory percentage of the independent variable effect (Fishermen’ education and income) toward dependent variable (the education of fishermen children) were 67.6%.

Abstract

People's Business Credit is one of the government programs that aims to help the Indonesian people who have small businesses to prosper the nation's economy which is carried out by certain banks, one of which is BRI. This study aims to analyze the procedures for granting public private loans as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for distributing people's business loans at Bank BRI Palangka Raya Unit Yos Sudarso. In this study using qualitative analysis, qualitative analysis techniques are carried out by collecting, compiling and drawing conclusions about the procedure for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso. The techniques of data collection procedures in qualitative analysis are interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Bank who understands the procedure for granting KUR and one of the customers of the BRI KUR Palangka Raya unit, Yos Sudarso. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the procedure for providing People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso has been carried out quite well and in accordance with government regulations, namely the first stage of credit application, namely the process of collecting administrative data as the first requirement to apply KUR. The second stage is credit analysis, analyzing administrative files and making visits to prospective customers' places of business. The third stage is the credit decision, the head of the unit will provide the final result, namely the credit decision. The fourth stage is credit disbursement, which is filling out a credit agreement or credit agreement regarding the rights and obligations of the customer. The supporting factors for distributing people's business loans are data on business actors who received assistance from the president for MSMEs and data from the market office. The inhibiting factors for the distribution of people's business loans are business actors who do not and do not want to apply for loans and business actors who have businesses but have a bad loan history and some customers who apply for loans but do not own businesses.

Abstract

Analysis of the Implementation of Calculation and Distribution of SHU at KPRI SMADA at SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya. The location of this research is KPRI SMADA SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya which is located at Jalan K.S. Tubun No.02 Pahandut, Palangka Raya City. This cooperative was formed on January 25, 1988 with a cooperative legal entity No: 1057/BH/XIX/1989. This thesis was written with the aim of knowing the implementation of the calculation and distribution of SHU in the KPRI SMADA Cooperative in 2021; and to find out the distribution of SHU KPRI SMADA in 2021 in accordance with the provisions in the AD/ART KPRI SMADA SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, this type of research uses a document studies, data collection methods used are documentation, interviews, and observation, and the data obatined is analyzed using the profit an loss formula. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the calculation and distribution of the remaining operating results (SHU) of KPRI "SMADA" at SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya in 2021, namely; (1) a) Total revenue minus total expenditure so as to produce Remaining Operating Results (SHU) of Rp. 721,639,036.93 of the calculation of the Remaining Operating Income (SHU) is in accordance with the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART) in the KPRI SMADA SMA Negeri 2 Palangka Raya report. b) The distribution of the remainder is determined based on; 25% reserve fund, 35% loan service, 20% deposit service, 7.5% management fund, 5% employee fund, 2.5% education fund, 2.5% social fund and 2.5% work area development fund. (2) Calculation and distribution of Operating Profits (SHU) in accordance with applicable regulations and provisions in AD/ART based on accounting principles, cooperatives, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives and AD/ART. (3) Calculation and Distribution of SHU for Members, namely; The distribution of SHU of maya members is Rp. 1,749,922; SHU dino of Rp. 877,608; bima SHU is 1,334,570, the higher the loan the higher the interest and Remaining Operating Income (SHU) obtained and the calculation and distribution is in accordance with accounting principles, cooperatives and the provisions of Law no. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives and in accordance with the Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART).
