Abstract

MTs Muhammadiyah Srumbung is a school with strong Islamic teachings. Character education is delivered through two stages, namely the classroom culture and the culture of the school environment. This article aims to 1) Know the implementation of character education in social studies learning, 2) Know the students' responses to the implementation of character education in social studies learning, 3) Know the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of character education in social studies learning. The results of the study found that 1) Implementation of character education in social studies learning through classroom culture and school environment. Class culture goes through the planning, learning and evaluation process, while school culture is through habituation and extracurricular activities in schools, 2) The response of students to the implementation of character education is positive, 3) The inhibiting and supporting factors are school (teachers and students), parents and the environment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles in the procurement of social studies laboratories in Mts Negeri Demak Regency. This research was conducted at Mts Negeri 4 Demak and Mts Negeri 6 Demak. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, which describes the procurement of social studies laboratories at the State Mts level. The subjects studied were the Principal and social studies subject teachers at Mts Negeri Demak Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers found that obstacles in the procurement of social studies laboratories in general are contained in several obstacles, namely madrasahs that are still new, priority scale constraints, funding constraints, to space constraints.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Batulayang, Cisarua Bogor, dirancang untuk membantu pelaku UMKM lokal meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam branding dan pembuatan logo, khususnya untuk produk rajutan. Program ini melibatkan 11 mahasiswa dan 1 dosen pembimbing dari Universitas Djuanda Bogor, yang bertindak sebagai fasilitator dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan persiapan yang melibatkan analisis kebutuhan UMKM di desa tersebut, yang kemudian diikuti dengan perancangan materi pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dan difokuskan pada pengenalan konsep branding serta pembuatan logo yang dapat memperkuat identitas produk. Salah satu hasil signifikan dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya nama produk "Rajut Layang" dan logo yang dirancang dengan elemen-elemen yang menggambarkan identitas lokal dan tradisi Desa Batulayang. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya branding dalam memperkuat daya saing produk mereka di pasar. Evaluasi akhir menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif, tidak hanya dalam peningkatan keterampilan teknis peserta tetapi juga dalam membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya identitas produk yang kuat. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat membawa manfaat jangka panjang bagi UMKM di Desa Batulayang dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.
