Abstract

This study examines the digital inclusion and non-discriminatory public services provided by the Jambi City Government, with a specific focus on vulnerable groups, including individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and low-income populations. While digital transformation has improved accessibility and efficiency, systemic barriers such as limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and affordability challenges persist, leading to disparities in service utilization. Through a qualitative analysis using secondary data and Nvivo 12Plus, this research identifies key indicators influencing digital inclusion, including accessibility, digital literacy, privacy, and security, while highlighting affordability and public digital service usage as critical areas for improvement. The findings emphasize the importance of a multidimensional approach involving policy interventions, technological advancements, and community engagement to enhance digital equity. By addressing these challenges, Jambi City can foster a more inclusive digital governance model that ensures equitable access to public services for all citizens.

Abstract

Kecemasan sering dialami oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir, terutama mahasiswa keperawatan yang menghadapi tekanan akademik tinggi saat menyusun skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh metode self-healing dengan teknik Butterfly Hug terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Widya Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experiment dengan nonequivalent control pretest-posttest pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Sampel terdiri dari 60 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi SOP dan kuesioner Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan Mann-Whitney Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kecemasan setelah terapi Butterfly Hug, dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Kesimpulannya, metode self-healing dengan teknik Butterfly Hug berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan kecemasan mahasiswa keperawatan selama penyusunan skripsi. Metode ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi untuk mengelola kecemasan, terutama dalam menghadapi tugas akademik yang berat.

Abstract

This study analyzes the collaborative governance approach applied by the Jambi Provincial Government in an effort to tackle inflation in 2022, where as of July 2022 President Jokowidodo said that Jambi Province was the province that experienced the highest inflation in Indonesia, which was 8.55% and Jambi City was the city district that contributed to the highest inflation with an inflation value of 8.55% and was the highest inflation for the Regency or City level in Indonesia. Therefore, a collaborative governance approach is appropriate to see a framework that involves various stakeholders in Jambi City in overcoming inflation, including the government, private sector, academics, and the community, in the decision- making process and policy implementation. Through the formation of the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID), the Jambi City Government managed to integrate various resources and expertise to overcome inflation caused by various factors, such as rising prices of basic commodities and distribution disruptions, seen in early 2023 the Jambi City inflation rate began to stabilize. The method used is a qualitative approach, by describing the extent of the collaborative process carried out, and is inductive, this is because the data obtained is then developed into basic assumptions from informants, then followed up repeatedly so that it can be concluded that these assumptions can be accounted for. The stages of collaboration start from problem identification and goal setting, the formation of collaborative structures, the development of action plans, to the implementation of strategic policies and programs. Regular monitoring and regular evaluations are carried out to assess the effectiveness of the steps taken, followed by a strategy program based on the results of the evaluation with the stakeholders involved such as the market operation program, the 'Payo menanan chili' movement, UMKM assistance, and the local rice purchase program, all of these programs require active community participation and public education as an important component in maintaining price stability and managing inflation expectations in Jambi City. The results showed that the collaborative governance approach applied by the Jambi City Government was effective in tackling inflation and maintaining price stability as evidenced by the decline in the inflation index to 1.96% from the previous 8.55% highest in the nation. These findings can serve as a model for other regions in facing similar economic challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of licensing and non-licensing services through the SICANTIK Cloud application at DPMPTSPKUKM Tebo Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by referring to the Zeithml, Parasuraman & Barry service theory which includes five dimensions: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the implementation of the SICANTIK Cloud application as a breakthrough to simplify the licensing process has gone well, but the dimensions of physical evidence and reliability are still not optimal in facilitating community service, while the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have shown good performance even though they have not reached the maximum level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe of errors made by student in class XI MIA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Al-khairaat kalangkangan in solving narrative questions on arithmetic sequences and series based on newman’s stages. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Subjects were 2 students drawn from 36 class XI MIA 1. The results of this study were (1) no reading error made by the subjects as they able to read out the questions given very well. (2) no of the subjects made a comprehension error, this could be seen during the interview, all research subjects were able to provide known and asked information from the questions. (3) Transformation errors were made by all research subjects. This transformation error is characterized by the subject failing to change the problem into the correct mathematical model and the subject being wrong in determining the formula to be used to solve the problem. (4) Process skill errors were made by all research subjects, this was indicated by the subject knowing the steps to solve the problem but was wrong due to the subject's error at the transformation stage and the subject could not carry out the mathematical calculation process correctly. (5) errors in writing the encoding error were made by all research subjects, this was indicated by the subject not determining the final result of the answer and the subject being wrong in determining the correct answer due to errors made in the previous stage.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan, praktik baik dan berdampak pada perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Kurangnya kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan sejak usia dini berpotensi memperburuk kondisi lingkungan dimasa mendatang. Salah satu pendekatan strategis dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan Adalah melalui edukasi berbasis prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Desa Simbur Naik. Rendahnya integrasi edukasi lingkungan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, mindset tentang lingkungan bersih, serta terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pengelolaan sampah yang sistematis di sekolah menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk ketidakpedulian siswa terhadap lingkungannya. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama, sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada siswa, guru, dan warga sekolah mengenai pentingnya penguatan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R. Tahap kedua, mengadopsi praktik baik dengan memilah sampah organik dan non organik. Tahap ketiga pendampingan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai guna maupun nilai estetika. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan terbentuk ekosistem sekolah yang mendukung terinternalisasinya nilai-nilai kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dalam perilaku sehari-hari seluruh warga sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang mampu mengidentifikasi jenis sampah dengan benar, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan siswa dalam praktik pemilahan sampah. Selain itu, sekolah mulai menerapkan penggunaan tempat sampah terpilah dan mendukung kegiatan kreatif berbahan limbah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membentuk ekosistem sekolah yang lebih peduli lingkungan serta menjadi model bagi sekolah lain di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Public services are a real reflection of the quality of governance which plays a role as the main indicator of the country's success in fulfilling the basic rights of its citizens. In the context of regional autonomy, improving the quality of public services is a strategic aspect to strengthen the legitimacy of the government and build public trust in public institutions . This study aims to analyze public perception of the quality of Motor Vehicle Tax payment services at SAMSAT Jambi City using the SERVQUAL model which includes five main dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis technique based on questionnaire data from taxpayers who have paid motor vehicle taxes. The results of the study show that all dimensions of SERVQUAL are proven to be valid and reliable and have a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services. These findings confirm that the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of officers are the dominant factors that shape the public's positive perception of the performance of motor vehicle tax payment services at SAMSAT Jambi City. Empirically, this study concludes that improving the quality of public services needs to be directed at strengthening the professionalism of servant workers, developing empathy and interpersonal communication, and optimizing service facilities that support the creation of responsive, effective, and community satisfied public services.
