Abstract

Di dalam organisasi masyarakat khususnya perangkat desa memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan proses administrasi kependudukan sebagai salah satu bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Wilayah RT 31, Kelurahan Karang Joang, Balikpapan Utara, memiliki populasi penduduk pekerja pendatang serta penduduk asli yang mayoritas merupakan orang tua dan anak-anak mereka yang telah berkeluarga. Sistem administrasi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, termasuk dalam pengurusan surat pengantar, belum menikah, maupun yang telah wafat, yang mengharuskan warga mendatangi Ketua RT untuk meminta surat, membawanya pulang untuk diisi, dan mengembalikannya kepada Ketua RT. Proses ini dinilai kurang efisien, sehingga dilakukan pengembangan sistem administrasi RT berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pembuatan dan pengelolaan surat administrasi tanpa perlu melalui proses manual yang berulang. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mencakup pemasangan plang batas wilayah dan penanda batas RT untuk memperjelas wilayah administratif secara visual.

Abstract

This study examines the use of inhalers by individuals observing fasting, a topic that has sparked differing opinions among Islamic scholars. The background of this issue lies in the divergent interpretations and understandings of the concept between Ibnu Mas‘ud Al-Kasani and Ibnu Qudamah. The research employs a normative sociological methodology with a comparative approach. Primary data were obtained directly from the works of Ibnu Mas‘ud Al-Kasani and Ibnu Qudamah, as well as through interviews conducted at the research site. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using a comparative framework. The findings indicate a significant difference in perspective between the two scholars. Ibnu Mas‘ud Al-Kasani prohibits the use of inhalers during fasting, arguing that it invalidates the fast if the inhaled substance reaches the *jauf* (internal cavity). In contrast, Ibnu Qudamah rejects this view and offers a different interpretation of *jauf*. In Pegajahan District, cases of inhaler use during fasting have been observed, despite varying understandings of its legal basis. This study highlights the need for further public education on the diverse scholarly opinions regarding this matter and encourages dialogue among local religious leaders. [Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penggunaan Inhaler pada orang yang sedang melaksanakan ibadah puasa, sebuah masalah yang selama ini menuai perbedaan pendapat di kalangan ulama. Latar belakang permasalahan ini adalah perbedaan penafsiran dan pemahaman makna antara Ibnu Mas’ud Al-kasani dan Ibnu Qudamah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian sosiologis normatif yang bersifat komparatif. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari karya-karya Ibnu Mas’ud Al-kasani dan Ibnu Qudamah, serta melalui wawancara dilokasi penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pandangan yang signifikan antara kedua ulama tersebut. Ibnu Mas’ud Al-kasani tidak membolehkan penggunaan inhaler saat berpuasa karena dapat membatalkan puasa ketika aroma yang dihirup masuk sampai kedalam jauf. Sementara itu, Ibnu Qudamah menolak pendapat tersebut dan memiliki pandangan yang berbeda mengenai jauf. Di Kecamatan Pegajahan, ada kasus mengenai inhaler yang digunakan saat sedang berpuasa, meskipun pemahaman tentang dasar hukumnya berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya edukasi lebih lanjut kepada Masyarakat tentang berbagai pendapat ulama terkait hal ini, dan mendorong dialog antar tokoh agama setempat untuk mencapai pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif].

Abstract

A night light is a low-intensity lighting device designed to provide visual comfort in the dark. The research methodology includes designing an electronic circuit, placing the LDR sensor as an input element, and testing the system's effectiveness at various light levels. Parameters analyzed include the sensor's reaction to changes in light, the system's reliability in turning the light on and off, and its energy efficiency. The test results indicate that the system can operate automatically and stably, with a fairly good response to fluctuations in ambient light intensity. The lamp is optimally activated in dark situations and deactivated when exposed to bright light, providing the potential to improve energy efficiency and user comfort. Thus, an automatic night light using an LDR sensor can be a practical, economical, and simple choice for everyday use.

Abstract

Biodegradable plastic is a polymer generated from renewable materials. One method of manufacture includes use starch derived from organic waste products, such as banana peels. This research sought to establish the ideal ratio of kepok banana peel starch to cocoa pod husk cellulose for the production of biodegradable plastic that complies with the SNI 7818:2014 standard. The study was executed experimentally employing a Completely Randomised Design (CRD), comprising four treatments with starch-to-cellulose ratios of 10:0, 9:1, 8:2, and 7:3, each replicated four times, yielding a total of 16 experimental units. Statistical analysis was conducted using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and significant findings were then examined using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance threshold. The findings indicated that altering the ratios of kepok banana peel starch and cocoa pod husk cellulose markedly influenced the characteristics of the biodegradable plastic, including water absorption, water vapour transfer rate, tensile strength, elongation, and biodegradation rate. The optimal ratio was achieved with the 7:3 (starch:cellulose) treatment, demonstrating a tensilestrength of 27.72 MPa, elongation of 1.5%, water absorption of 28.96%, water vapour transfer rate of 0.228 g/m2/hour, and a biodegradation duration of 12 days.
