Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Body and Paint section of PT. Auto 2000 Astra International Tbk Bandar Lampung. The population in this study is 32 employees with saturated sampling, namely all members of the population. The research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The data analysis used includes: validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis test, and multiple linear regression test. As well as hypothesis testing in the form of T Test (Partial Test), F Test (Simultaneous Test) and R2 (Determination Coefficient Test). The results of this study show that the Work Motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Non-Physical Work Environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the variables of work motivation and non-physical work environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Body and Paint section of PT. Auto 2000 Astra International Tbk Bandar Lampung with a contribution of 62.7% of the influence that can be explained by the independent variable (work motivation and non-physical work environment) on the bound variable (employee performance), while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other variables that were not tested in this study.

Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya”. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” Sidodadi Village, Bangunrejo District, Central Lampung Regency. The population in this study were all farmers who were members of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” in Sidodadi Village. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya”. While partially leadership style and work discipline also have a significant effect on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” Sidodadi Village, Bangurejo District, Central Lampung Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.561 which explains that the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance variable of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” is 56.1%. It is expected from the results of this study that the Chairman of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” continues to develop his leadership style and farmers who are members of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” continue to improve their work discipline to get maximum performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi digital, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Top Shop Bandar Lampung. Perubahan perilaku konsumen ke platform digital di Indonesia telah menciptakan tantangan bagi sektor ritel, yang terlihat dari keluhan pelanggan di Google Maps yang menyoroti masalah kualitas pelayanan (43%), promosi digital yang tidak konsisten (32%), dan persepsi harga (25%). Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 200 responden dari pelanggan Top Shop Bandar Lampung, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, promosi digital, dan persepsi harga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi digital menjadi faktor paling dominan, dengan koefisien regresi 0,503. Sementara itu, kualitas pelayanan memiliki koefisien 0,279 , dan persepsi harga sebesar 0,289. Secara bersamaan, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 73,2% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,732. Sisanya (26,8%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara kualitas layanan, promosi digital yang efektif, dan harga yang kompetitif untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine compensation and career development on the performance of Bank employees.BRI Regional Office of Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were employees at Bank BRI Kanwil Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique usedpurposivesamplingand obtained a sample of 50 respondents. The variables of this study use two variables, namely dependent and independent variables. For the dependent variable (y) this study is employee performance. For the independent variables (x) include Compensation (x1), and career development (x2). Quantitative data analysis methods, using several linear regression analysis models by processing data using the SPSS 21 program.Career Development partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance of BRI Kanwil Bandar Lampung Employees with a t-test value of 0.371 with a significance level of 0.712. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of BRI Kanwil Bandar Lampung Employees with a t-test result of 3.365 with a significance level of 0.002.As well asCareer Development and Compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of BRI Kanwil Bandar Lampung Employees with the results of the F test with ni obtained of 11,704 with a significance level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the influence of promotions and prices on the satisfaction of purchasing fashion products on Shopee. The population in this study is 524 students of the Faculty of Economics,Universitas teknokrat Indonesia, Management Study Program. This study used a sample of 83 respondents. The research method used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the relationship between the independent variable, namely promotion and price, to the independent variable, namely purchase satisfaction. From partial testing, the T test shows that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. And on the price variable, it is obtained by proving that price has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. It can be concluded that promotion and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. The Coefficient of Determination (R Square) of 0.535 purchase satisfaction can be explained by promotion and price of 53.5% while the other 46.5% can be explained by other factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Profesionalisme Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Anugrah Mandiri Persada (AMP). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan survei kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 karyawan, penelitian ini mengukur variabel menggunakan skala Likert. Profesionalisme kerja dan kepuasan kerja dianggap sebagai faktor kunci yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian layak digunakan, sementara analisis regresi mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh profesionalisme kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian layak digunakan, sementara analisis regresi mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh profesionalisme kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi 0,321 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002. Kepuasan kerja memberikan dampak yang lebih besar dengan koefisien regresi 0,647 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel ini secara simultan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai F sebesar 115,520 dan signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan profesionalisme dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Keselamatan, Kesehatan, Kerja (K3) Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Setiap perusahaan ingin meningkatkan produktivitas Kerja karyawannya. produktivitas Kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan, Kesehatan, kerja K3. Untuk menganalisis keselamatan, Kesehatan, kerja K3 terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, maka diadakan penelitian oleh PT. Telkom Witel Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah karyawan PT. Telkom Witel Bandar Lampung. Populasi terdiri dari 56 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 56 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keselamatan, Kesehatan, kerja K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja karyawan. Namun variabel-variabel tersebut yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sehingga PT. Telkom Witel Bandar Lampung Bandar Lampung dapat meningkatkan keselamatan, Kesehatan, kerja K3 karena variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja karyawan.
