Abstract

Hanjani Group is a company related to the textile industry. In the performance evaluation process, currently there is no system that can enter all sales data at each branch of the company. The proposed solution is creating a website using the balanced scorecard method that allows the evaluation process to be presented with practical nominal results in performance assessment when viewed from four perspectives, there are finance, customers, internal business processes, and growth. This website provides a better view that managers will use to conduct statistical processes and compare systems from various branches of the company because it allows for integration or connection between disciplines. Elements of system analysis and design are explained using context diagrams, flowcharts, DFDs, and ERDs. The steps taken by designing a software system using PHP (metatext preprocessor) as the translation language and MySQL as the database manager. After testing by the company owner, this website can load performance evaluation reports at various branches of the company in Hanjani Group. Key words: Performance Assessment, Balanced Scorecard, Hanjani Group

Abstract

The BRI Unit Plumbon Branch Office is a branch office that has a branch office service function in Cirebon. BRI branch offices are branch offices that carry out the function of collecting funds from the public in the form of savings and distributing them to the public in the form of credit or other means to improve people's lives. This study aims to identify and analyze the organizational culture model and the application of organizational cultural values at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cirebon Plumbon Unit so that they know what needs to be repaired and maintained. Organizational culture models and the application of organizational cultural values were identified and analyzed from organizational structure, human resource management policies, integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction, exemplary and respect for human resources. This researcher used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods in-depth interviews and documentation. The results show that the organizational culture model and the application of organizational cultural values tend to show problems in terms of integrity and professionalism. The value of integrity tends to be lacking because the tenure is too short for contract workers, so organizational culture is not well understood, especially those at the forefront of service. Professionalism shows that most of the frontline services are contract workers who are given short training, so that knowledge of BRI products is lacking. Keywords: customer satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational cultural values

Abstract

Eyelash SMEs in Purbalingga have great potential to grow, but still face challenges such as disorganized workplaces, low operational efficiency, and a lack of effective customer relationship management. This community engagement program aims to enhance the competitiveness of these SMEs through the application of Kaizen principles using the 5S method, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. The implementation involved problem identification, training, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. The results show significant improvements in productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. The application of Kaizen created a more efficient and organized work environment, while CRM strengthened customer relationships through a more personal and structured approach. This program demonstrates that the synergy between operational improvement and relational marketing strategies can be an effective solution to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of deceptive behavior as a moderating variable of trust in purchasing through e-commerce purchase intentions. The data of this research were obtained from the results of collecting a questionnaire of 100 respondents who were consumers who had made transactions through e-commerce sites. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural models (Inner Model) with the application of Partial Least Square (PLS). The PLS program used is SmartPLS version 3.02.8. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive effect on purchase intentions. However, with deceptive behavior as moderation, deceptive behavior weakens the relationship between trust in purchasing through E-Commerce and purchase intention as a mediating variable. Purchase intention is proven to be a mediating variable that mediates trust in mentally buying. The government should be more assertive in handling cases of e-commerce crime that are rife to create security and comfort for e-commerce site users.

Abstract

The Srikandi Waste Bank in Petir Village, Kalibagor, has faced challenges in managing waste due to limited human resources, insufficient managerial skills to apply science and technology, and inadequate infrastructure. As a result, unprocessed waste accumulates, occupying space and disrupting operations. To address this issue, community service activities were implemented, including training in the production of ecobricks and other marketable recycled products, the introduction of simple waste management technologies, and the optimization of storage spaces. These activities were complemented by post-training support, particularly in the use of social media for online marketing. The methodology adopted was the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) model, which emphasizes leveraging existing community resources and capacities. This approach enabled participants to apply newly acquired skills in creating added value from waste materials. The outcomes demonstrated increased production of ecobricks and creative recycled products, improved use of social media for marketing, and better organization of operational spaces. The synergy of this program has strengthened local waste management systems, contributed to environmental protection, and enhanced economic opportunities for the community. This aligns directly with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through the creation of green entrepreneurship opportunities; SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) by fostering environmentally responsible waste practices; and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) through the promotion of recycling and waste reduction. The program’s outcomes illustrate how community empowerment and the adoption of simple, replicable technologies can effectively support sustainable rural development and contribute to achieving global sustainability targets.
