Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology presents both opportunities and challenges for rural communities in education, economic activities, and environmental safety. In RW 13 Cibuntu Village, Bekasi Regency, limited digital literacy among students, low adoption of digital payment systems by MSME actors, and insufficient street lighting affecting community safety were identified as key issues. This community service program aimed to integrate digital literacy, QRIS-based digital payment systems, and street lighting technology to support technology-driven community empowerment. The implementation employed educational, participatory, and collaborative approaches, including digital literacy and online safety education for junior high school students, training on digital media utilization and QRIS for MSMEs, and installation of public street lighting in poorly lit areas. Evaluation was conducted through observation, discussion, and comparison of conditions before and after the program. The results indicate improved students’ understanding of safe digital media usage, increased MSME awareness of cashless transactions, and enhanced community safety following the installation of street lighting. The integration of these technological aspects contributed to strengthening community digital capacity, improving environmental quality, and supporting local economic activities. Therefore, integrated digital technology implementation can serve as a sustainable and adaptive model for rural community empowerment.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence literacy is increasingly relevant to Quranic education, especially for supporting recitation practice, memorization, and access to learning resources. This community service program aimed to strengthen the conceptual understanding and responsible use of artificial intelligence among students and educators at the Nurul Qurani Islamic Da'wah and Education Foundation in Bekasi City. The activity was conducted on 29 December 2025 through preliminary coordination, material preparation, an interactive presentation, demonstrations of Qaraa and ngaji.ai, guided discussion, and descriptive evaluation. Data were obtained from facilitator observations, oral questions and answers, participant responses during demonstrations, field notes, and activity documentation. The program introduced basic artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, speech recognition, potential applications in Quranic learning, and ethical issues. Qualitative findings indicate that participants were able to recognize the distinction between artificial intelligence as a supporting tool and the irreplaceable pedagogical and spiritual role of teachers. Participants also identified opportunities for immediate feedback, independent repetition, learning progress monitoring, and semantic information retrieval, while acknowledging limitations related to accuracy, privacy, bias, and unverified religious information. The originality of this program lies in contextualizing artificial intelligence literacy within Quranic education and combining technical demonstrations with ethical and religious verification principles. Future programs should add validated pre-test and post-test instruments, longer hands-on practice, and structured mentoring for educators.

Abstract

Proses penetuan keputusan pemrosesan order chemical di PT. Sinarmas Indah Lestari masih dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan pertimbangkan pihak terkait sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang konsisten. Kondisi tersebut menjadi tantangan karena perusahaan beroperasi tanpa safety stock dan memiliki keterbatasan cashflow, sehingga setiap keputusan pemrosesan order harus mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek risiko untuk meminimalkan kerugian operasional maupun finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode fuzzy logic mamdani untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi keputusan pemrosesan order secara lebih objektif, terstruktur, dan terukur. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, pengujian serta implementasi sistem. Metode fuzzy mamdani mengolah empat variabel input, yaitu jenis chemical, nilai order, risiko pembayaran, dan urgensi pelanggan, melalui enam belas basis aturan. Proses inferensi dilakukan melalui tahapan fuzzifikasi, evaluasi aturan, agregasi, dan defuzzifikasi menggunakan metode weighted average untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa kategori proses normal dan langsung proses. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa keluaran sistem sesuai dengan perhitungan manual, sedangkan fungsional menggunakan metode blackbox testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan secara lebih objektif, konsisten, dan terdokumentasi serta membantu meminimalkan risiko operasional dan finansial perusahaan.
