Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between curriculum quality, educational facilities, and time management on student satisfaction in the learning process at High Schools. Using a quantitative approach with a stratified random sampling technique, the study involved 250 students from various High Schools. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that all three independent variables—curriculum quality, educational facilities, and time management—have a simultaneous and significant influence on student satisfaction. Among the three, curriculum quality has the most dominant effect, followed by educational facilities and time management. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicated that 37.7% of the variance in student satisfaction can be explained by the three variables. These findings highlight the importance of a relevant and flexible curriculum, adequate school facilities, and effective learning time management in improving students' learning experience.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is an activity that minimizes tax funds incurred by a company. This activity is legally effective, but goes against the government's efforts to increase state tax revenues. One of the tax avoidance practices that businesses can do is to implement external funds through debt costs. Debt costs are the rate of return arising from the company's debt transactions to external parties. This study attempts to determine the relationship between tax avoidance and debt costs in mining companies in 2021-2024. The data from this study use secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2024. The total sample used in this study was 84 samples. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study indicate that the Tax avoidance variable has no effect on debt costs.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of work motivation on employee performance (empirical study of CV. Ayna Factory Sumedang and CV. Seven Brave Sumedang). The problem of these two companies is the lack of optimization in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Ayna Factory Sumedang and the effect of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Seven Brave Sumedang. This study uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, documentation, data collection techniques, namely by observation and questionnaires. Sampling was carried out by saturated sampling with a total of 54 respondents from CV. Ayna Factory Sumedang and 44 respondents from CV. Seven Brave Sumedang. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, correlation test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and t test with data processing using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of the discussion of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) show that the effect of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Ayna Factory Sumedang of 67.9% and the influence of work motivation on employee performance at CV. Seven Brave Sumedang is 23.7%, and the rest is influenced by other factors such as leadership, awards, structure, job design, resources, work environment, and others that are not discussed in this study. The results of the t test show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Ayna Factory Sumedang. And also work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Seven Brave Sumedang

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of service and customer satisfaction at CV. Gumilar Putra, as well as to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Gumilar Putra. The problem in this research is the decreasing number of CV customers. Gumilar Putra in 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this research was incidental sampling with a total sample of 230 respondents. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observation. Statistical testing in this research used IBM SPSS for Windows 25 software. Data analysis used was normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the implementation of service quality has good criteria with a total score of 14,193. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction has good criteria with a total score of 8,696. The magnitude of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction is 37.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Based on the hypothesis results, tcount > ttable (4.662 > 1.651564) is obtained, which means that the influence of service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
