Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of TQM practices implementation which consists of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and analysis, people management, and process management on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia. The population were 540 employees and 270 employees as respondent. The sample obtained based on simple random sampling method. Both descriptive statistic and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were employed to test the effect among variables. Data processing were used by SPSS and AMOS 16.00. The finding of research indicates that: TQM practices implementation which consists of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and analysis, people management, and process management have significantly and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance dan sistempengendalian internal terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan. Kurang optimalnya pelayanan danpengendalian terhadap karyawan yang kurang membuat kinerja semakin menurun. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di bidangakuntansi, pelaporan dan auditing sebanyak 30 orang,. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsialdengan uji penerapan good Corporate Governance menunjukkan bahwa t hitung < t tabel (0,505 < 2,04841)dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,617 (0,617 > 0,50) yang berarti variabel penerapan good corporate governancetata kelola tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan. Variabel sistempengendalian internal menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (2,938 > 2,048141) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar0,007 (0,007 < 0,05) yang berarti variabel sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan. Dan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan uji f diperolehbahwa f hitung > f tabel (21,150 > 3,35) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) yang berarti pengaruhpenerapan good Corporate Governance dan sistem pengendalian intern secara simultan mempunyaipengaruh yang signifikan. berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

In the business world, business actors must be able to maintain their existence and compete with other companies. To achieve this goal, a high level of customer satisfaction is required. Interpersonal Communication and Service Quality are factors that can increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Wild Original Majalengka. This research is a survey research type using a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study is the Wild Original Majalengka consumers with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, model feasibility test and partial hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap miskonsepsi siswa kelas X pada konsep Archaebacteria dan Eubacteria menggunakan tes diagnostik two-tier multiple choice di SMAN 9 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang. Data tes diagnostik dikumpulkan menggunakan two-tier multiple choice untuk mengidentifikasi pemahaman konsep siswa kedalam paham konsep, miskonsepsi, menebak dan tidak paham konsep. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari tes diagnostik two-tier multiple choice terhadap siswa kelas X MIA1 - X MIA6 SMA Negeri di Bandar Lampung bahwa miskonsepsi teridentifikasi disetiap subkonsep pada konsep Archaebacteria dan Eubacteria. Urutan subkonsep yang teridentifikasi miskonsepsi dari yang memiliki persentase tertinggi hingga terendah adalah sebagai berikut : peranan bakteri dalam kehidupan  (31%), cara bakteri mendapatkan nutrisi (28%), archaebacteria (26%), eubacteria (25%), struktur tubuh bakteri (25%), bentuk-bentuk bakteri (24%), dan reproduksi bakteri (22%). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 26 % siswa mengalami miskonsepsi pada konsep Archaebacteria dan Eubacteria sedangkan sisa persentase kategori lainnya didominasi oleh kategori memahami, menebak dan tidak paham konsep.

Abstract

Sales at CV. Jasmine Maddani Tolengas Sumedang is experiencing fluctuating sales conditions, which is due to the many competitors that have sprung up in Sumedang Regency, lack of advertising promotions, and the impact of the co-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out how the implementation of E-Marketing on CV. Jasmine Maddani and to find out how to solve E-Marketing problems on CV. Jasmine Maddani. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. The research subjects are owners, account operators, and employees at CV. Jasmine Maddani. Techniques and data collection used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques and data analysis used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are CV. Jasmine Maddani has implemented communication and service from the very beginning and has been running very effectively because she was able to get a good response from consumers. In business transactions CV. Jasmine Maddani has implemented developments in banking, namely via transfers to make transactions easier with consumers. On online CV. Jasmine Maddani uses social media such as Shoppe, Instragram, Facebook and Email. The most dominant application is Instragram. CV. Jasmine Maddani only uses email for employee recruitment needs, sending interior designs to consumers. CV. Jasmine Maddani uses Facebook for media as a promotion. CV. Jasmine Maddani has implemented Shoppe but her sales are very low because account owners and operators still have a lot to learn how to increase sales on the marketplace

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies of UMKM Kerupuk Bangreng Sawargi in Village Ambit, Kecamatan Situraja, Kabupaten Sumedang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. SWOT analysis was employed to identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats. The findings reveal that the business’s main strengths lie in its authentic taste and competitive pricing, while weaknesses include reliance on traditional marketing methods and limited capital. Opportunities such as government support programs and the growth of digital markets can be leveraged to overcome challenges posed by intense competition and shifting consumer preferences. Recommendations include embracing digital marketing platforms, enhancing production capacity, and innovating product variations and packaging. This study underscores the importance of integrating modern strategies to ensure the sustainability and growth of small businesses in an increasingly dynamic market environment.

Abstract

PT Sinar Sagara Sejatera Sumedang is a company engaged in the fashion industry to produce special women's shoes and sandals. Every company certainly requires good marketing management to achieve optimal sales targets, especially regarding promotional strategies that can influence consumers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the analysis of promotional strategies at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera Sumedang as well as obstacles and solutions to its implementation. The method used is a qualitative method with informants totaling 10 people. Data collection techniques of this research through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the promotion strategy at PT Sinar Sagara Sejahtera was good enough by implementing personal selling and sales promotion optimally. However, the company has not been maximized in implementing advertising, public relations and direct marketing because it has not provided print media advertisements, has never participated in exhibitions/events and does not have its own website on telemarketing

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of distribution channels, the challenges encountered, and the solutions undertaken at PT Cipta Niaga Semesta Sumedang. Using a qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the distribution process runs fairly well through two channels: Zero Level Channel and One Level Channel. Inventory, warehouse, and transportation management are considered effective. However, challenges such as limited road access and uneven distribution coverage still persist. The company is advised to expand its distribution network, improve inventory management, optimize warehouse usage, and increase the number of delivery fleets.

Abstract

The background of writing this thesis is the lack of awareness and knowledge of land and building tax sanctions in South Sumedang District. The object of research is South Sumedang District. This study aims to determine how the influence of awareness and sanctions on the compliance of land and building taxpayers in South Sumedang District. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a total of 100 samples. The method of determining the sample uses probability sampling using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the taxpayer awareness variable has a significant effect on land and building taxpayer compliance and has a significant effect with a Tcount of 3.050 > Ttable 1985. The sanctions variable has a significant effect on the compliance of the Land and Building taxpayers and has an effect with Tcount 3.081 > Ttable 1.985 and simultaneously the taxpayer awareness and sanctions variables have a significant effect on the compliance of land and building taxpayers in South Sumedang District and have an effect with Fcount 6.230>Ftable 3.091 and give an effect of 43.1% and 100%-43.1% = 56.9% influenced by other factors that are not included in the research variables

Abstract

The focus of this research is work communication at the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega especially the production department, this study aims to find out how the work communication process and how to solve work communication problems between the production department team leader and employees in the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is natural. The data collection technique is purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with certain considerations with the number of informants as many as 7 people. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the work communication process at the Food Division of PT. Vadco Prosper Mega especially the production department has been running well, especially in terms of fun, influence on attitude, and good relations between superiors and employees and employees with other employees. In terms of understanding and action, this is not fully optimal because there are still some employees who do not understand their work duties and responsibilities and there are still some employees who do not carry out their work duties and responsibilities properly, thus hindering other work.
